Pinx went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. Their service is better than I've ever seen at any other wedding, including bringing apps to the bridal party during photos, making 100% the bride and groom ate, etc. I could tell they were paying attention to every detail in order to make things stress free. We had 100 people and chose a taco bar and salad bar for dinner and had passed apps during cocktail hour - the display was beautiful and the food was delicious. We had people telling us how much they enjoyed the food days after the wedding. Communication with the team was quick and professional, even when I had to make a few last minute changes. I appreciate it all and would highly recommend them!

Pinx Catering prepared the dinner for my wedding on December 7th. We had a very large crowd to feed (360 people) and we wanted something that would work for everyone and within our budget. They prepared a great menu (Jamaican Jerk Chicken Fettuccine, Caesar Salad, and their to-die-for Honey Brown Sugar Rolls--we got so many raves about that roll!). But outside of the food, their service was great. They provided the food and service with so much care--like it was their own wedding. Chef Pinky was so easy to work with, and any special request I had she was eager to accommodate. Another thing to note, because it was such a large crowd that they individually served at each table (not a buffet), their operation and process were able to serve everybody in a very timely manner so nobody was waiting too long for a plate--it was more like just-in-time serving which was great! I highly recommend Pinx Catering, you'll love working with them!
