so easy - we met with Mo a couple of times so she could get to know us and our personalities. This was really helpful for us since we opted not to do an engagement shoot and instead did an hourly package. We outlined timing and the order of family shots, and we felt very prepared in the days leading up to the event. Mo was an absolute rockstar the day of the wedding. From the moment she arrived onsite, she was running around snapping photos of people, places, and details. Everything moved quickly, but with such care and intentionality that it did not feel stressful. Since she was familiar with our venue, Mo knew the best locations for the first look and formal portraits. When the locations we had previously selected for our photos would not work because of lighting issues, Mo helped us find somewhere else that worked even better. She was also incredibly fun to work with and helped us all feel comfortable in front of the camera. We got the link to our online photo album about two weeks after the wedding - way ahead of schedule! Every photo truly captured the energy of the day. They are all so joyous and filled with love! We had an incredibly positive experience working with Mo and Piper Brown Photography for our wedding photography and strongly recommend them to everybody!

and what I was looking to have captured. When I tell you she made this process easy, it's an understatement. I was coordinating this from San Diego, CA, haven't lived in RI in 10 years and was planning to propose after flying in on a red eye. Clearly a lot could have gone wrong and I had no clue what I was doing. Mo took control and helped set the tone of afternoon to make this perfect. In true New England fashion, the weather was not cooperating, but Mo made some adjustments to still make this happen exactly how I envisioned it. She was flexible, patient and most important, kind. She helped make one of the most important days of my life so incredibly special. I'm so thankful she was there to capture the absolute joy and love my partner have for each other on this special day.

But what I realized on in wedding day was how much personality mattered. First of all, I would never hire a vendor I didn’t like, no matter how good they were at their job. But I felt that Mo and I clicked right from the beginning. What I didn’t realize was just how big of a part of your photographer played on wedding day. It’s so much more that taking photos. They’re with you the entire time to create and capture all those special moments. She was there for all the laughter and all the tears. But it was more than that. She was also there to keep our large family on task during portrait shots. She was there to calm me and helped my mom with my veil when I was on the verge of a meltdown. She was there to make us laugh and smile at all the right moments so even our portraits looked candid. She was there with a quick wit whenever I seemed forlorn about the fact that it rained on our wedding day (I know, I know, it’s good luck) and canceled my plans for an outdoor cliffside ceremony at the venue I picked because of its picturesque views. And somehow, she was able to turn that same rain that erased those amazing views, and used it to create the most breathtaking shots. I heard the food was good and the cake was delicious. I remember the DJ being great. I receiver so many compliments on my gorgeous bridal bouquet and our charismatic Officient. But months later, it’s the photos that I look at every day that never fail to make my breath catch and take me back to relive all the moments of that special day.

The ease and efficiency in which they work is so impressive. When our time together was running out, they guided us to ensure that we got all the shots we wanted from the day. When considering someone for your wedding photography, I really wouldn't bother looking at anyone else except Piper Brown! The results of their work were absolutely stunning and I can honestly say that I am obsessed with the final product! Thank you for everything!

r 2021 due to COVID, we also had to find a new photographer. We loved Mo’s style and she was extremely responsive as soon as we reached out to her. She was very straightforward and simple with her explanation of pricing/services offered and it never felt like she was trying to sell us anything we didn’t need or want. She made sure she understood our vision for the day and the photos and then helped develop a photographer bundle that worked within our budget. She was very organized and we felt very comfortable with the photography plan leading up to the wedding. She made sure to keep track of what photos we wanted/who we wanted photos with so she could create a schedule. On the day of the wedding, she was an absolute hit! My husband and I had already grown to love her, but all of the wedding party, family and friends remarked on how fun and energetic she was. She made us all feel very comfortable during the photos and made sure we were enjoying ourselves as well. She did a really nice job with organizing the types and timing of photos to minimize the time we and our wedding party spent away from the cocktail hour and the party. The pictures themselves turned out fantastic - we absolutely love them and will cherish them forever. There are also A TON of them, which allows us to relive the day through photos! My only critique was the timing of receiving the photos after the wedding. I know it was a busy fall/winter wedding season for Mo, so much of this may have been out of her control. We had an initial meeting set up to review our photos about 4 weeks after the wedding. We unfortunately had to reschedule and weren’t able to get another meeting with her until about 10 weeks after the wedding. We were just so anxious to see the photos! Overall it was a phenomenal experience working with Mo and she really did help make our celebration so so special. I would highly recommend her to any family member or loved one looking for a photographer!

Mo made the process of working together very easy and it felt like a true collaboration. She was as invested as we were in creating our timeline, ensuring we had time for the photos we wanted, and understanding our wedding photography priorities. She was able to make changes to her schedule to accommodate our busy schedules leading up to the wedding Come our wedding day things ran a little late, and the weather wasn’t the best for what we had planned, but Mo made everything work. We were able to get the photos we wanted and they were just stunning. Mo has just and amazing eye for detail, and just a joy to work with. You can clearly see her passion for photography through her work and mindfulness towards our needs. My entire family loved her enthusiasm and fun personality. lanning our wedding three months before our date and needed to find a quality photographer, fast. Our friends recommended Mo, who had shot their wedding. When we emailed her, she called us that same night. Right away, we clicked. Even over the phone, she was so friendly, easygoing, and flexible. She also knew the right questions to ask. From talking to her, we discovered there were details of the day we hadn't thought to plan for yet. It was like having a photographer/wedding guide in one. Once we booked her, every step of the process was clearly laid out. We always knew what was supposed to happen, when - from creating the shotlist to making downpayments. The day of the wedding, Mo somehow made those nerve-wracking hours in the lead up to the ceremony both fun and relaxing. She knew how to deftly maneuver family members through the group shots - including an energetic 5-year-old nephew - and our couple's shots were a fun collaboration of her ideas and ours. During the ceremony and reception, she was so unobtrustive, we hardly knew she was there. But when the sun was setting outside, which we were oblivious to, she knew to grab us for a few quick shots. Oh, and the photos? They were great - a mix of classically beautiful pictures and candid, documentary-style moments. All happy reminders of a happy day!

When I first met her she showed us a brilliant selection of the work she has done and explained how she works, she is funny and interactive. She can help even the shyest of brides, like me, come out of their shell so they can truly work the camera and become the star you are meant to be on your wedding day. Her prices for a couple on a budget were also incredibly reasonable; especially since her work is priceless. We purchased a package that included an engagement photo session and she met us on time and was ready to get right into taking our photos. The entire experience moved smoothly, she even had us laughing and got us to loosen up. If you aren’t a natural diva don’t worry she will show you how to stand where to put your hands the whole nine, you never have to worry about looking bad in one of her photos. When it finally came time for the wedding day I had her up with me in my bridal suite taking some photos before the big event. I was honestly so nervous and didn’t know what to do with myself that she helped me overcome this; she played music to lighten up the atmosphere made jokes and even gave me something to focus my energy on so all my nerves washed away. Aside from being a photographer she also helped adjust my the train on my dress and with her eagle eyes helped find the bustle on my own dress and on my sister’s dress. My family even loved her with my mother and sister saying “she’s cool.” Her photos were gorgeous and I love everything she was able to do for me on that day. Morayo was able to provide us a sneak peak of her work before she released all the photos which help any bride who has anxiety about how everything looked, this is a huge plus. She captured everything I was looking for when it came to my photos the venue, my cake, rings, dress, guests and most importantly my entire family. I honestly would recommend this woman to anyone I know getting married or even looking for someone to do Christmas cards. She is simply the best, I could not be happier.
