Was so helpful throughout the planning process and day of everything was perfect! Easy to work and communicate with and made my dream wedding come to life!
Pleasanton Rentals came as a preferred vendor from our venue but was also used by many of our friends for their wedding rentals. We stopped by their offices twice to really narrow down what we wanted and even changed our minds just a few months before the wedding, but they were always extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process.
Pleasanton Rentals was very easy to work with (through the Palm Event Center). They had many great options to choose from and after placing our order (and adjusting based on guest count), they took care of everything. Would definitely work with them again.
I was able to work with Kat at Pleasanton Rentals and it was such a seamless, enjoyable process! We rented table linens, water goblets, silverware, napkins, chargers, and lanterns from them, and everything arrived in perfect condition, no issues with pick up or delivery. The quality of the rentals is amazing and the selection is huge! The rentals took our reception to another level and I was so pleased with everything.
The décor at our wedding was so special thanks to the items we rented from Pleasanton Rentals. They supplied tables, linens, glassware, utensils, etc. Everything was as we had ordered it. We ran into some supply issues with some of the linens and they were quickly in communication with us so replacements could be chosen. I will definitely use them again for other events.
Pleasanton rentals was amazing. They had great customer service and their selection was so much better than anywhere else. They really helped me execute my dream wedding.
We worked with Pleasanton Rentals through our caterer and they were so easy to work with! We were able to go into their show room to pick out our rentals for the wedding day where they helped make suggestions and put together our table settings so that we could visualize how it would look on the day of. They have a lot of great options for decor!
Pleasanton rentals was on the preferred vendor list for my venue. They were decent in responding to emails leading up to my event. However, on the day prior to my wedding (a WEDNESDAY), I received a call from one of the staff members asking if I was still planning on picking up my order, and if so, it had to be before 3pm. It should be noted that I never received a call/email prior to this regarding their window of hours. Their website notes: "Our friendly staff will assist you to load/unload your vehicle with your rental items. This service is available M-F 9:00-5:00 and Saturday 9:00 - 3:00pm." I also had trouble finding the location / warehouse portion of the building and whoever I spoke to via phone was not helpful at all with directions and seemed annoyed.
I rushed to Pleasanton Rentals, flustered / irritated at the bomb dropped on me, because no one could pick up the order on the day of the wedding (bridal parties always start getting ready early). It caused a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion for myself and one of my bridesmaids. It could've been avoided, had they told me beforehand.
At pickup just before 3pm, I see that one of the items on my order was severely rusted & dirty (this item was supposed to hold face masks for guests at our wedding). So disappointing...& when I asked if there was anything to switch it out - I was given a chipped ceramic dish. They didn't offer any discount or solution; everything was "as is". I asked them to make sure I wouldn't be charged for it upon returning; hopefully that's the case.
I wouldn't recommend them; it's a shame their showroom & displays are so beautiful. I felt very short changed. Looks can be deceiving!!!
Cherie was a dream to work with, helping us select the best options for our intimate backyard wedding. We played with colored linens, mixed glassware and fresh white china to achieve our fun, tropical inspired design. We loved the finished look!!! Delivery and pickup was seamless and made the event run almost effortlessly.
We had an outdoor wedding where we required having portable restrooms. We rented our restroom from Sherri Creighton and her family. Sherri understood my concern to have a ADA friendly option for our handicap guests. She worked with us to find a solution. We ended up using a solo ADA unit and also rented the Veranda Cottage restroom. The cottage restroom was just darling and our guests loved it. We had a little less than 200 guests and the 4 stalls of the cottage was perfect, it kept the lines short to the restroom. We had total 5 with the additional ADA unit. I cannot recommend her family company more. They delivered the unit the day before and picked up the day after. That really eased my mind since I didn't have to worry about the restrooms arrival. Great company!
We used Pleasanton Rentals for the chargers for our wedding. We were going to go with their napkins as well. We went to our appointment with them and they showed us options. We spent awhile there and finally settled on the napkins we wanted. Then when they went into their computer to put in our order, they said they only had 2! We were frustrated as we didn't understand why they would have shown us that one as an option. We had to go elsewhere for those. But the chargers were beautiful! They set up delivery and pickup with our venue so we didn't have to worry about anything. The pricing was reasonable as well. They were upfront about how much everything would cost, and they were quick to respond. Overall a good experience!
Highly recommend! I used Pleasanton Rentals for my ceremony draping, tablecloths, chargers, and kids room furniture. The staff was very helpful and responsive, and had great recommendations. I highly recommend going to their showroom because they have some great ideas, and you can see the items you are renting.
I was so happy with my rentals that I used them again to rent cocktail tables for my sister’s birthday party. I will be using them again for our next event!
I used Pleasanton Rentals for linens, chairs, and a cake stand. I worked with Cherie. She was great to work with, she was very helpful! I went into the showroom, which I am glad I did because they have so many options on linen. Especially when it came to my wedding colors. I like how they allowed us to lay out the linens to see how they look with one another. I like how they gave you suggestions. So easy going! I really liked that Pleasanton Rentals worked hand in hand with my venue. Once I placed the order, they just communicated with the venue, which was so nice. When we were cleaning up the venue the cake stand accidently got put in my parent's car, so I contacted the them, and they were super understanding, and told us when they needed it by before having to charge us. It all worked out! Definitely a great company to work with if you need rentals.
Really disappointing experience. I went here to rent tableware for my wedding. It was impossible to get any staff member to answer questions while we were there. I was with a friend that has worked with Pleasanton Rentals many times, she's a pro, so maybe they thought we didn't need help? But whenever we did ask something we'd get a vague "it's over there" and no actual assistance. There were at least 6 people working that day, so not sure why none of them were able to help us. Also, if they thought we didn't need help they should have given her a professional discount.
Regardless, we placed the order and were given an 8 hour delivery window, which they still weren't able to meet. Delivery was about two hours late. Pickup was the same window, they didn't even make it on the same day! This meant extra costs for me as I had to have someone at the venue come back the next day to meet the drivers.
The plates we received were chipped and they sent us two different styles of champagne glasses. When I called to complain about this I was told that they would review the order once it was picked up and that someone would call me to discuss it. That never happened. They did issue a $50 credit to my account which just seems insulting considering how much I paid for everything and their lack of service.
Definitely not happy and would not use Pleasanton Rentals again.
I'm a little late, but I cannot say enough good things about this rental company! They have great, modern rentals for your event, and the staff are friendly and patient. I changed my order so many times in the 8 months of planning for my wedding, and they were always accommodating. Plus... they set me up a day early due to rain in early April to avoid a potential "rain on my parade." They did so at no extra cost. As I said... I just can't say enough good things about them. Just hire them!
Previous to our poor experience, I had heard mostly good about Pleasanton Rentals. However, I recently got married and experienced major problems with them. 2 days before my wedding (1 day before rentals items were due at The Palm Event Center) I received a call saying that they were “a little short” on the table runners I had ordered (They had 12 instead of our ordered 20!). Instead of acting apologetic and trying to make the issue right, I was told that I didn’t really need them and that the fine details of the contract stated that this was a possibility. I was extremely bothered by the situation and even more so by the customer service I was receiving. I was being treated like it was my fault. Long story short after getting wedding planners at The PEC involved everything was solved and Pleasanton Rentals ended up having to sew 7 more table runners that day to fulfill my order. Everything ended up being beautiful but I am still bothered by the way Josina and Stacey handled themselves and this issue prior to superiors getting involved. I would not recommend going with this vendor nor would I use them again due to how I was treated.
I was having a hard time picking the right color and they worked with me every time I called, emailed and visited the showroom. At the end of the day I rented pretty cloth napkins, a sweetheart table linen, and a cake stand. Also, their IG helps a ton and they answer via IM as well.

Unfortunately, there weren't many rental companies that offered the gold sequins table linens I was looking for...however, Pleasanton Rentals had exactly what I was looking for and the sequined linens did not disappoint! Reasonable pricing and great product!!
We decided to upgrade for our table runners and for the sweetheart table. Everything looked amazing!!
Pleasanton Rentals was great to work with. Lacey was super helpful with making sure I had everything covered. All our linens, candles, and all other rented items were beautiful. Everything was set up and I didn't have to worry about anything.

Cherie was very knowledgable and had creative ideas that made our wedding even more beautiful! She was very easy to talk to and extremely flexible, great because there were many changes in the final days before the wedding. She always responded immediately and was super friendly.

Lacey with Pleasanton Rentals was great! I lived out of state but was getting married in CA and Pleasanton Rentals made the process so easy! I rented the Chavari chairs and everything turned out perfect! They were more than happy to work with me each time I needed the change something and the chairs gave our venue just the right touch.
I rented several items from Pleasanton Rentals for my wedding and Lauren assisted me through the entire process. I was very pleased with how easy they were to work with and how prompt they were in answering all my questions. The entire process was painless and they were very accommodating (especially when I had to change my order a few times). I even enjoyed going to their warehouse, where I looked at their wide variety of linen, tableware, etc. It was fun!
They were very professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I had absolutely no complaints about this vendor. I rented my napkins, chargers, and linen from them and they were amazing.
My fiance and I had decide a few months before the wedding that we wanted to add a few things including a smore station outside. We set up a consultation with Pleasanton Rentals and when we got there we were amazed. Not only did she take the time to walk us through different ideas but made sure to stay within our budget. We were able to rent linens, a few chandeliers, and even the couches and a few items for the smore station.
Pleasanton Rentals worked with the venue to drop all the items off and pick up. I did not even know what was going on, they also made sure the little details (how I wanted the napkins & where the bags of smores were going) were communicated to the venue!
I had looked at several places and by far I got the best deal from Pleasanton Rentals. Not only did they offer a great deal but the service as amazing!
Great selection of rental supplies, though we found many items were cheaper to buy then they were to rent. Still, the process was easy and they were very accommodating throughout our many visits and changes to our order.
I've used Pleasanton Rentals in the past, but never to rent enough for a party of 300 people!! regardless of the party size, ive always had a great experience, whether reserving items, picking up at their location, or even having it delivered to me, its always been stress free! and their prices are VERY reasonable!! thank you Pleasanton Rentals!
