y is such a special and meaningful occasion, and it is always our goal to help every bride feel beautiful, confident, and supported throughout the process. We’d like to provide some clarity. The longevity and appearance of makeup can be influenced by factors outside of the artist’s control, including natural skin oils, sweat, tears, weather conditions, or unintentional touching/wiping of the face. Our records, including timestamped photos taken immediately after the artist’s departure, confirm that the services, including setting and finishing the makeup, were completed to a professional standard and in line with the contract. Regarding concerns about phone calls, please understand that our artists are booked only for the times outlined in the contract. Any additional touch-up time or return visits must be scheduled in advance as an add-on service. Please also note that our standard makeup services do not include touch-up kits, although these can be purchased separately as an add-on. In this case, no extra touch-up session was booked, and a touch-up kit was not purchased. However, the artist did follow up with a text message providing instructions on how to use the complimentary sponge and guidance on refreshing the makeup. This was offered as a gesture of goodwill to support you, even though it was not contractually required. Furthermore, we also reviewed and responded to your concern as soon as it was brought to our attention; however, we were unable to proceed further due to a lack of cooperation when we requested additional information to support your claim during the process. We understand how upsetting it can be when things don’t go as expected on such an important day, and we are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously and remain committed to providing professional, high-quality service to all of our clients. We wish you all the best moving forward!
