The event set up was beautiful, I was so impressed with everything as well as the professionalism and fun attitudes he and his team possessed. My only regret was not hiring his team for photography as well! The hired wedding photographer was sadly a huge mistake based on her attitude, professionalism, and photography skills. Randy was so in tune that he noticed right away there was something up with her behavior and took it upon himself to take photos and videos and share them with us, which he definitely didn't have to do but really was appreciated! We can't thank Randy and his team enough for an awesome event, going above and beyond, and being so fun and upbeat throughout the planning and the event itself!

cocktail hour and reception at the venue. This took a lot of coordination getting the wedding party and guest from the hotel to the venue. Randy coordinated 2 stretch limos and 4 charter buses to get everyone to the wedding. Once we were there we had the wedding ceremony at the Point Loma light house. He made sure there were golf carts for transportation up to the light house for people who needed extra assistance. Once at the ceremony site, I was able to see the set up and it was breathe taking. The flowers and the arch were perfect. The ceremony was just as the sun was setting onto the pacific ocean in the background of our ceremony. It was the most beautiful natural setting of any wedding I had ever seen and it was mine! The string quartet that Randy hired were very professional and talented. I was able to pick all of the music they played for the ceremony and the cocktail hour. The ceremony was a like a beautiful dream but it was real. After the ceremony had concluded, the cocktail hour was set around the Cabrillo National monument over looking all of San Diego with a view of Coronado, the harbor and down to Mexico. The view could not have been more perfect. The string quartet played as guest had drinks from the bar that was set up and Hors D’oeuvres were brought around by the waiters and waitresses. After cocktail hour we were onto the reception at the welcome center. As we entered the DJ announced us and we went into our first dance. I was amazed on how the tables were arranged, how the center pieces, gift table, sweetheart table, memorial table, bar and wedding guest gift table were set up. Everything was absolutely beautiful. The live band played the entire night as guest danced, ate and drank the night away. We had the caterer, Ranch catering, have the options of mediterranean chicken, Beef short ribs with twice baked potatoes and asparagus with parmesan, or a combo plate of both, or the vegetarian option, stuffed portobello mushroom available for our guest to order from the waiters. The food and Hors D’oeuvres were delicious! Everyone complimented how great the food was. The wedding cake was beautiful and with 5 different layers and flavors with was just as appetizing. The florist, Vorie, who helped me picked out the flowers and arranged them around the wedding and in the center pieces was so creative, caring, and a joy to work with. The center pieces were lanterns with flowers and candles inside a wooden box and they were beautiful! My bouquet was just what I asked for but even better than I would ever have imagined. Everything went smoothly throughout the night. Everyone told me that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever been to. It was a blast! People were telling me I should be a wedding coordinator… I had to fill them in on a little secret that it was not me who had coordinated this but R3 Entertainment! We had the time of our lives and we had so much fun! We wish we could do it once a year.

We met with Randy, our DJ, several months before the wedding, coordinating everything by email, and he was great enough to let us meet the photographer and videographer at the same time. The second we met Randy, we knew we liked him and he would be a lot of fun and easy to work with, which is exactly how it turned out. Randy answered every single email any worrying bride would have, and he answered within the day or the next day. He was able to coordinate games and songs we wanted at our reception and he helped us have the type of atmosphere we were looking to have, plus more. We still have people telling us to this day how much fun our reception was! The photographers were wonderful and made sure we had fun while taking our pictures, especially our group ones with the bridesmaids and groomsmen. The photographer/videographer captured every moment we would have hoped to remember on our special day. Randy was extremely reliable and he truly cared about making our wedding day one to remember, capturing special moments on his own camera, as well, which he sent to me, too. Our pictures turned our BREATHTAKING and we received them in a short amount of time. This is a group of people who truly care to make your wedding day as special as it can be. If you are looking for an extremely reliable, affordable, hard working, caring and fun group of people to DJ/photograph/video your wedding day, then R3 entertainment is your number one company to choose. If we had to do it all over again, my husband and I would choose R3 entertainment in a heartbeat. We had so many of our family and friends tell us that they’ve been to a lot of wedding, but our wedding was one the best. People raved about the food! People raved about the table floral center pieces! People raved at how Randy’s team was so attentive to 120+ people that gathered for our day. Needless to say, Randy and his team were rock stars and we could not have done it without them.
