We fell in love with the building and after looking around at a few other venues, we agreed on this place. The price was very comparable to other venues—but I felt that we had it f...or more time than other venues. We booked the full facility for Saturday, which also included Friday evening for set up and rehearsal. We did have some minor frustration with the event coordinator, but he’s still new to the position, so I’m going to assume that is the root of our frustrations—he’s still learning! The museum was closed the day of the wedding, but our guests were able to walk the museum. There is also an indoor play area for kids—big hit! The Art Deco design of the building makes for a super cool backdrop. We had our wedding outside with the reception inside. I would totally get married there again—highly recommend KAM as a unique place for a wedding (especially if avoiding rustic).
