This was our first time staying at this resort. I was skeptical because of some of the reviews online. But we had a great time overall, love the private beach access, pool, lazy river, hot tubs, tennis and pickeball courts. We enjoyed relaxing on t...
he beach deck with the canopies overhead. We felt safe walking around the premises and enjoying the beautiful evenings. The landscape was well taken care of,loved all the butterflies flying around the pretty flower bushes. I really wanted to try out the golf course but ran out of time. Our condo could use an update but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. We will definitely visit again and recommend to our friends and families.I would love to own a condo at this location. Thank you for such a beautiful place where relaxation can definitely be achieved.

Our family has been staying with Litchfield for over 25 years. This particular trip was mine and my wife's 23 anniversary. The front desk staff was very kind, professional and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. One issue we had was on Sunday....
We were staying in B325 and on Sunday afternoon we were taking a nap when someone began banging on the door claiming to be with maintenance. I refused to open the door and told them to come back another time but they stayed in the hall and continue to pound on the door. They said they needed to check our internet connection. I shouted to them that our internet connection was fine and they insisted that they needed to come in and inspect it themselves. After listening to the constant pounding I finally gave in and let them in. The man had on a charter spectrum shirt. he looked behind the tv in the bedroom and left. The whole thing was extremely unnecessary and could have waited. It also would have been nice to have been notified by staff that someone was coming to check things out. Initially I assumed it was someone trying to break in...and that would not have gone well.

The room was in need of updating. The walls were attached and dirty. The bathroom floor and tub were stained. The TV screen went blank and stopped working. The sink poorly drained. There were no amenities in the room aside from towels. The cond...
o definitely needs some serious work and updates done to it. Unfortunately, I forget to take pictures.

Hello. The property is beautiful. The grounds are very confusing to navigate. The unit itself was decorated nicely and front and back bedrooms with central living space was comfortable. The very disturbing part of the visit was that we had ...
to wash the towels. We had an early flight and wanted to shower prior to heading out but had to put the towels in the wash the evening before we went out to a wedding and in the dryer when we returned after midnight. In the morning, we had not even a hand towel to use in fear of getting charged for not washing all the towels. Also, we paid $792 for 2 nights which did not include a laundry pod or even one roll of paper towels...really ;(

Our recent stay was disappointing for several reasons, and unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations we had based on the listing.
First, the dryer in our unit was not working, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, the ant proble...
m on the deck was out of control, making it difficult to enjoy any time outside.
There was only one roll of paper towels provided and little to no household cleaning supplies, which made it hard to maintain even basic cleanliness during our stay. I ended up purchasing my own cleaning products just to feel comfortable. Upon arrival, the unit had visible marks on the walls and dirty floors, which gave the impression that it hadn’t been properly cleaned. This was disappointing, especially considering that cleaning fees are included.
My family rented three different units in total, and everyone had the same complaint: the beds were extremely uncomfortable, leaving us with back pain each morning. For a vacation rental, that’s just not acceptable.
To make matters worse, the young woman at the front desk gave us little to no helpful information—she didn’t tell us which pool we were allowed to use, how to access it, or where the beach was located. Basic orientation should have been provided at check-in.
Overall, this felt more like staying at a low-budget motel than a vacation rental. Even the no-frills hotel we stayed at the night before provided more basics, like shampoo and soap. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of cleanliness, communication, and comfort.
