The alterations, steaming/pressing, and preservation were flawless. Their expertise made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them!
I brought my wedding dress here after they altered a bridesmaid dress for me and they truly are the best! My wedding gown needed a lot of work and had to be taken in just about everywhere. Loan even was able to sew in a piece of my grandfathers jeans into the dress for me. They were so patient and made sure I was comfortable in my dress and was extra attentive that I was happy with every alteration they had to make. Plaza cleaners is currently working on preserving my wedding gown for me. I couldn’t be happier with Plaza Cleaners, especially Loan and Kristina.

During the pandemic, longtime family friend and fashion professional Kristina Kapourelakos reimagined the space and workflow into an appointment-only model—enhancing both service quality and one-on-one attention.
Today, Plaza’s tailoring department is led by expert seamstresses Loan Pheng and Kristina Kapourelakos, who specialize in bridal and special occasion alterations. Their combined decades of experience in couture bridal and fashion have made Plaza a trusted destination for brides seeking expert craftsmanship, precision, and care.
