ion needs over the course of several months – we ended up with a van to drive the wedding party around for photos, two large charter buses to transport 90 guests from our ceremony to the reception, and they also coordinated a black car for our ceremony exit. Everything was on time, the vehicles were clean and attractive, and the drivers were super professional. Aries is also very reasonably priced compared to other vendors in Chicago. 10/10!

issues. The buses parked on the wrong street to pick up guests from the hotel and made no effort to locate the guests or inform anyone where they were parked. This resulted in the buses departing 40 minutes late from the hotel. At the end of the night the buses refused to take guests to the afterparty location, stating it wasn't in their contract when it was a term we agreed on with Aries. Worst vendor of my wedding; caused the most stress on the day of.

They navigated crazy Chicago traffic perfectly and was able to stop and wait for us at each of location (Wrigley Building and Art Institute). the easiest part right? No big deal? WRONG! Transport services can be booked up and because it is Chicago on the same weekend as the Chicago Marathon some places were wanting $1k+. I had actually called a different transportation services and they were booked. But they were so kind they told me to call Antoinette and see if she can help me. She is AMAZING! Not only did she help me, but she was so kind in every interaction we had. Within an hour or so of talking to her on the phone I was signing paperwork and everything was done. Everybody gave the driver Cleaotha rave reviews!! He was so good he got the guests there before me and I was only a few blocks away from the venue!! I could not recommend this vendor any higher if I tried!

eally helpful with planning the travel from our downtown hotel, to our photo shoot locations, to the venue. The company’s price for a 2-hour limo rental is very reasonable compared to other companies we checked. On the wedding day, Aaron, our driver, did a superb job getting us around to our photo locations quickly so that we had plenty of time to take pictures. He had a very professional and confident attitude which helped us relax and enjoy ourselves. When it started raining during the shoot, he graciously helped us in and out of the limo while holding an umbrella to keep us from getting damp. The limousine itself was very nice and comfortably seated 7 (including our wedding party and photographer). We would highly recommend Aries Charter to prospective couples!

I can't highly enough of this company!!!! I called two weeks before the wedding to find a shuttle from the reception to the hotel since the hotel shuttle would only fit 10 (we had...

25). They didn't really have anything that would make sense for us, but were SUPER kind in recommending two other places to call and even game me the phone number. Truly a Miracle on 34th Street situation. The day before the wedding I found out that the trolley were reserved (from a different company) had no air conditioning. It was, literally, 97 degrees the day of the wedding so that wasn't going to work. After sobbing for ten minutes, the groom and I started calling other places and I immediately called Aries. They had something for us and it didn't break the budget. We booked immediately and easily. The driver was on time, really nice, got us there with plenty of air conditioning, and even had a cooler of beer for the boys. WHAT?!!?! It was fabulous! I will be calling them if I ever need some kind of transportation. Ugh I can't say enough good things!

mails within a few hours, was very courteous on the phone, and even went out of her way to take extra pictures of the bus and email me photos since I live out of town and didn't have time to come see the bus in person. About a month before our wedding, I called to confirm our bus. The owner informed me the girl I'd worked with previously was no longer with the company and that there was a $150 fee for bringing outside alcohol and food onto the bus. When I told him I'd specifically asked about this before booking, he waived the fee. The day of the wedding, the bus arrived right on time. The driver, Reuben, was delightful. He let us play whatever music we wanted, drove us to 2 different locations for pictures, waited patiently while we took pictures, and even took us for an extra lap before dropping us off at the venue because we were having so much fun. Thanks Reuben and Aries for making our wedding day wonderful!

WORST NIGHTMARE!! Are there 0 stars for this???? They arrived 20min late for my guests. I had a champagne reception set for my guests as they arrived, which they were supposed to e...

njoy before the ceremony started. Well, the bus didn't show so that was cut from 30min to 10min. And the best part? They were running so behind that they didn't make the trip back in time to pick ME up! The bride. In my wedding dress. So I had to take an Uber. Again.. in my wedding dress! It was a nightmare. Not something you want to deal with when you're already nervous about so many things. Done yet? No. The driver was rude and antagonizing on the drive back at the end of the night. Really the way I wanted to cap off my wedding night... thanks Aries. Do not call them. They were absolutely awful from start to finish.

With your wedding - unfortunately, things did not go well. We arrived and transported your guests to the venue. On the way there and back we ran into terrible traffic. We didn't get back to you as quickly as was scheduled and you had to Uber. We are very, very sorry about that. Our driver did his best to get back for you as quickly and safely as possible. The driver tried very hard and we are very sorry. There are some things we just can't control. To address your comments regarding the driver being "rude and antagonizing" at the end of the evening. Our vehicles have video on them and after reviewing the video of what happened on the vehicle from that evening... I have to say - The driver remained professional and courteous despite being antagonized and attacked both verbally and physically - to the point where he had to call 911. We would be happy to share the video if you would like see how professional he remained. Again, we are truly sorry about your having to Uber in your wedding dress (not what anyone wanted) and it is not our usual standard of service. We do not blame you for your anger. nd -- so worth it. Aries is great to work with for weddings -- they do this kind of work all the time. Our 24 passenger limo bus for the wedidng party was so clean, nice and stocked with beverages to celebrate after the ceremony, on the way to cocktail. We would recommend using Ariies ten fold.

great. Our driver was super nice and even let a few buzzed members of our wedding party do a Chinese Fire Drill around the bus at a stop light on our way to the reception from taking pictures. The bus was clean, she had the air conditioning blowing (since it was 85 degrees in October) and let us bring on two coolers full of drinks for the ride.
