All of the dresses that we pulled were within my budget, even ones that I thought would be significantly more expensive. Throughout the appointment, I never felt pressured to try on dresses outside of my budget or that I didn't like, and I never felt rushed through the trying-on process. My consultant, Didem, was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the entire appointment. I appreciated how Didem made my mother feel included throughout the appointment, chatting with her when I was in the dressing room and taking her opinions on dresses into consideration. After starting with a few dresses and figuring out what I liked/disliked about each style, Didem chose new dresses for me to try on that had more and more of the features I liked. She ended up pulling out my dream dress that has quite literally every single detail that I had loved on some of the other dresses! Once it was obvious that I had fallen in love with this dress, Didem styled it with a few different lengths of veils, made sure that the dress looked great and felt comfortable walking, and even took me outside for a brief impromptu photoshoot. I truly did not expect to walk out of Michele - A Bridal Boutique with a dress that day, but I ended up leaving with my dream dress and veil along with a fond wedding memory to look back on. I couldn't recommend shopping at Michele - A Bridal Boutique enough, particularly with Didem as a consultant!

e set up an appointment. In the email I added the type of dress styles that I am interested in. I have never been dress shopping before so this was my first appointment and boutique that I went to. I made my appointment for a Saturday afternoon and I had 1/2 of my bridesmaids with me. Upon arrival I was blown away with how beautiful the boutique is and the beautiful wedding gowns. Not to mention that we had the whole place to ourselves, which is a plus! Didem was professional, welcoming, and so kind. She explained the process to me. I picked out a few dresses and my bridesmaids did as well for me to try on. I quickly learned that a few styles did not fit my figure. However this one style looked amazing on me! After trying on a few dresses, I went back to the first dress that I tried on. Didem worked her magic and made me look and feel like a bride. At the end, I said yes to the dress and I can’t wait to wear it on my big day in a few months! If you’re looking for a timeless and elegant wedding dress, I highly recommend this boutique!

Not Didem was her communication great, she went above and beyond to suggest ideas on how to make "the dress" even more magical. When my bridesmaids, mother, and future mother-in-law arrived for my appointment, Didem graciously greeted us and welcomed us to the shop. We were all very excited to have exclusive access to the shop for my 1.5 hour appointment. It really made the experience much more intimate. I showed Didem the style of dress that I liked and she pointed me in the right direction, even making some recommendations herself. The dress that I ended up choosing was actually a dress that she had recommended! It is absolutely gorgeous! I am beyond thrilled to wear this dress next year when I say "I DO!" All of the dresses in the shop are beautiful and reasonably priced. Didem was so very helpful with getting the dresses on/off, making them look perfect for photos, and answering everyone's questions. I called to schedule an appointment ahead of time and we were the only ones in the store at the time, which was really nice and personalized. We did not feel rushed at all and felt our consultant was super knowledgeable about different styles of dresses and fittings. They do not offer alterations in store but provide recommendations of local seamstresses. I would definitely recommend this boutique!

She was patient with me and really took the time to pull dresses that had details that I was looking for. She also pulled a dress or two that she thought would look good for my body type and she was spot on! The first dress I tried on she told me had a little bit of everything I was looking for. I immediately cried with the first dress and fell in love with it. I tried on others, but the one that Jocelyn picked out first was the dress of my dreams. I felt comfortable the whole time as she helped me imagine what alterations I could do to make it the perfect fit for me. She went out of her way to find different sleeves and straps to help complete my vision. Jocelyn also picked out a veil that made me and my guests burst into tears. It was something out of a fairytale. I felt so beautiful and ready to marry my soon to be hubby. The amount of patience and understanding is what made me feel so valued at this boutique. Julie and Jocelyn did not make me feel rushed, but encouraged me to try things on and take my time. Jocelyn was a complete gem and helped me get in and out of dresses, sometimes 2 or 3 times with the same one. She helped me find the dress that was "bridal Megan" and not just an "every day Megan". The Michele Bridal team wants you to feel the butterflies of being a bride! Julie dropped by a few times to check in on me and she was so supportive and full of smiles! They truly focus on one bride at a time to make sure you feel special in this big moment. The atmosphere is simply gorgeous and makes you feel all the warm fuzzies that a bride should feel. On top of that, Michele's Bridal has connections with some of the best seamstresses in CT. They were able to call one that was closer to me and help me get an appointment with them.
