Kailey was such an incredible person to have throughout my entire wedding planning process. I cannot even begin to explain how amazing she did from the start of my planning process all the way to the end of my wedding night. Kailey really worked so hard, answered all the questions I had no answers to, kept me occupied without being overwhelmed, and was really the rockstar of my wedding. I could not have made it through this process without her, and I think she is the PERFECT addition to your central Florida event. Do not hesitate and just book your event with River City Planning. Love love love!!!!!

We found River City Planning by recommendation from our venue. Kailey was our day of coordinator for our wedding last Saturday, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. She did a great job setting up the venue with the decor we brought and helping to make the day run smoothly. We would definitely recommend her.

Kailey and her assistant Jill were so amazing this past weekend! They made everything run smoothly and brought my visions to life. They had all my decor set up beautifully just how I wanted. Everyone had great things to say about them. During all the chaos of photos and first looks, I forgot my vow book, and Jill ran around the resort finding it for me. I could not recommend them more! Also great communication throughout the month and day of my event. Thank you so much ladies!!! š

Wow where do I even begin? I was a crazy bride that thought I could do every aspect about my wedding by my selfā¦ā¦ it wasnāt until 1 month before my wedding when I hit rock bottom with absolute anxiousness and a great sense of being completely and utterly overwhelmed. Thatās when I turned to the Knot.com and tried to find a same day coordinator. I looked at several, and read all of the reviews that were provided. When I happened upon River City Planning I noticed that all of the reviews had a commonality, that Kailey was truly spectacular! And boy was that only scratching the surface!! Kailey was communicative, talking with me via email, text, phone calls no matter what time or what day of the week. Kailey remained positive and professional, even when dealing with continuous changes from my indecisive self, or from dealing with extremely difficult family members. Kailey was creative and able to completely execute the vision I had for my wedding decor after simply looking at a few inspiration pictures I provided (at the very last minute, and not organized AT ALL, sorry Kailey š ) She was attentive to my needs as well as my Husbands the entire night, and fixed any problem that tried to arise. She truly made my wedding day run smoothly and effortlessly. If you are a bride feeling overwhelmed and have started the process of looking for a same day coordinator (which is also just as overwhelming) let me help you make your decision easier, hire Kailey immediately! You wonāt regret it!

Oh my gosh! I could not say enough good things about Kailey. She was an absolute life saver as our Day of Event Coordinator. She is extremely organized and knowledgeable in regards to wedding planning. Organizing an event of this size can be extremely stressful and overwhelming but Kailey took that stress away entirely. We were able to actually enjoy our wedding day while she handled all of the details of our event with ease. We truly had the best day ever and part of that was because of Kailey. Please do yourself and your partner a favor and book River City Planningšš½

Jill and Belinda were absolutely PERFECT!! They were very detail oriented, coordinated with all the vendors to make sure we were perfectly on schedule and made the wedding flow perfectly. My wife and I didnāt have to worry about anything and took away all of our stress

My husband and I just got married, we hired Kailey to be the coordinator for our wedding and we are so glad that we did! Best decision ever! Throughout the planning process, Kailey has been so professional, diligent, kind, and patient in working with us and answering all of our questions and honoring our requests. No matter what time of day, or day of the week, if we had a question or needed to update or change something regarding our wedding plans or timeline, Kailey has always been great with communicating, responding, and addressing things in a timely manner, which we really appreciate. We appreciate her flexibility throughout the process.Our wedding space was set up so beautifully and the day was so smooth and stress-free. Our wedding day was everything we wanted it to be and more and thatās because Kailey and her wonderful assistant Jill worked so hard to make sure our wedding was successful. I 100/100 recommend hiring Kailey to be your wedding planner/coordinator, you WILL NOT regret it. When we booked Kailey for full planning services for our wedding, we only had our location picked. Over the next couple of months she helped pick all our vendors, stick to our budget and help with any issues that came up ( Incl last min issues on the day of!). She was very organized, calm, professional, very responsive and sent timely updates throughout the process. She completely took over on our wedding day and let us enjoy the wedding with our family and guests. At the end of the night, she helped our family pack and put away all our items. We loved working with her and highly recommend her services!

Kailey was so perfect. I had SO MANY last minute issues pop up and she was able to take all of it out of my hands and didnt have to worry about anything. My dress strap popped and she had a sewing kit to fix it before the reception. By the end of the night, we just left and she was able to coordinate everything for me so I didnāt have to worry about a thing. Iād definitely recommend her to anyone needing wedding coordinator services.

Oh my gosh- what a dream it was to have someone so helpful and responsive on the big day. Kailey actually started coordinating with my vendors a couple of weeks before the wedding. She found out what times they would be at the venue and made a schedule. She attended our rehearsal and helped it run smoothly. She was flexible and so knowledgeable. On the day of, I was so grateful for her and her assistant. They decorated our venue and even added some cute touches that I didn't event think of. I loved what they did. Kailey was able to provide advice when I didn't have a vision or an idea. On the day of, my veil was wrinkled and Kailey brought downy wrinkle release. She also took photos on her own and videos and sent them to me. One of the photos she sent me is my favorite so far!
Seriously- this was money well spent (and much more affordable than most) and one of the best decisions I made.

Kailey was amazing to work with! From the day we spoke on the phone to discuss her services she started helping me right away! She was extremely responsive through both text and email. She uses a planning website that was super user friendly and helped me visualize our timeline hour by hour. She took over all responsibilities as far as coordination of vendors which was extremely helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding when last minute changes were happening and things started to get crazy. Her and her assistant were at the venue before I even arrived and were working with the vendors and had all of my decor that they helped set out for us. They also went above and beyond to tear down after the wedding so that we could go straight to our after party. They put our things in our car and took our keys with them and coordinated a pick up time after our honeymoon. Kailey was calm and collected which helped me tremendously on wedding day, especially when we were risking rain at an outside venue! These two really made my day special and one that Iāll never forget, I couldnāt have done it without them!
