Root Floral Design did an amazing job with all of our wedding day florals. Our wedding was in New Orleans, but we’re from Lafayette, and we love Root, so we ended up having them travel to be our florist! They delivered everything on time, and every single arrangement was breath-taking. Probably our favorite arrangements (not including my amazing bouquet) were the altar arrangements and our sign-in table arrangement. Mia did an amazing job at our planning meeting helping us to choose the perfect vases and candle selections for our reception. They were also flexible in creating a solution when another vendor didn’t deliver part of the equipment needed for an installation they were doing on a barback. We loved the florals at our wedding, and I still enjoy looking at my dried up bouquet six months later!

Root Floral absolutely nailed it with my wedding flowers! I didn’t really have a preference when it came to our flowers and just told Mia the vibe and aesthetic we were going for, and that we wanted lots of greenery with just some colors. OMG did she deliver! Everything she put together was exactly what I envisioned, if not more, it was magical! I gasped when I first saw mine and my bridesmaid’s bouquets, they were incredible. My flower crown was also perfect and stayed intact all night, even after I jumped in the pool with it! She put together a gorgeous installation for the ceremony and all the table arrangements were beautiful. Especially the tablescape on our main long farm table. The table was straight out of my Pinterest wedding dreams! We asked her to add a little nod to Disney by putting a single rose in a couple terrariums, and although she hadn’t ever designed that before, she went for it and they looked straight out of a fairytale! Absolutely perfect. I mostly worked with Mia through my wedding planners, Mint Julep Productions, but I did get to meet her virtually before we officially chose her as our florist and then again for a pre-wedding trip and she was so sweet and fun! I’m so grateful we got to work with Root and if you’re on the fence about hiring them, just do it, they create magic!!

Mia and her team are THE florists to hire! Trying to plan an out of state wedding flowers made me the most nervous since I couldn't see anything in person. After I found Root Floral I asked my grandma, who was a florist, what she thought of their products and prices. She said she couldn't do them for less than what they were priced at and how amazing they looked! The process was so easy and the flowers were gorgeous the day of!

I just want to start with thank you so so much for being just about the EASIEST part of my wedding day! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and are still very lively in me and my families’ houses 3 days later. We received many many compliments on how wonderful the flowers looked, and how beautiful it made our reception. At my ceremony right after my husband and I sat down, he said “woah your flowers smell amazing”. I couldn’t rave about y’all enough. Thank you so much for being another amazing decision for my wedding day!

Before I hired Root Floral Design, I felt very nervous about picking a wedding florist. Mainly because we were from out of the city and knew nothing about the vendors in the area. We met the team at a bridal show and we were hooked as soon as we saw the work they did and spoke with them. It was the best decision we made for our wedding. We did not have many decorations just flowers and they were perfect. They answered the phone any time we called and always helped us out. I especially loved how the day of the wedding every item was ran through our approval before it was put out. We had a problem with the signs not staying up when the flowers were added and before I even had time to freak out they had fixed the problem. They made my wedding planning so easy I would recommend them to anyone who asks!

Root Floral made my spring wedding dreams come true! From the very beginning, Mia, Amelia, and the rest of the team were so easy to work with. Throughout the planning process, they listened to my ideas, responses quickly, and made adjustments based on my requests. They played off of my ideas while adding their own creative touches. I wanted BRIGHT flowers, and they brought that vision to life. The flowers steal the show in every picture from my wedding day, especially the use of the beautiful poppies in my bouquet after identifying it as my favorite flower. Not a single detail went unnoticed or unappreciated. The best part about working with Root Floral is being able to completely relax the day of the wedding, knowing that you chose a vendor you can put your complete trust in!

Wow! My daughter's 3/14/20 wedding was absolutely perfect. We cannot thank Root Floral enough for sharing their extraordinary talent. My daughter was over the moon with the beautiful flower arrangements - such a fun and bright color palette! A large lovely floral hanging basket that was the eye-catching focal point of the night and the bridal and bridesmaid's bouquets were stunning. Root Floral added the perfect touches at the ceremony and reception to create two absolutely lovely spaces. I also want to give a shout-out to this vendor for providing services during a time of great concern with the implications of COVID-19. They did not disappoint! Root Floral's dedication to their craft and the commitment to their brides is commendable. I highly recommend this vendor to create the most beautiful wedding setting.

OMG! They are SOO talented! Literally flower goals!! My flower wedding dream came true with these awesome girls! Beyond sweet and so genuine! They love what they do and are completely awesome at it! CANNOT GO WRONG! You can literally put all your faith in them and they got you! Promise!

Mia and Sophie, I cannot thank you enough for everything y'all did for our Wedding day. Y'all went above and beyond our expectations. After seeing my wedding flowers I would have paid double for the exact same thing. Honestly, Root Floral did a perfect job. We discussed what I wanted and they outdid themselves! I told myself that I wasn't going to cry on my wedding day but that went out the window as soon as I walked into the venue. After a year of planning, stressing and changing my mind about all these decor decisions I finally saw them come to life and I couldn't help but tear up. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! I received tons and tons of compliments! Do yourself a favor and go with Root Floral! You will not regret it!

Mia and her team did an AMAZING job on our wedding! My husband and his groomsmen took pictures at our reception venue before the ceremony. One of his groomsmen pulled me aside after the ceremony and told me that I was going to love the reception flowers. I was shocked and excited to get the comment, but it made complete sense when I arrived at the site. There were gorgeous flowers everywhere, and I felt like I was in a fairytale garden. Root Floral Design is an amazing place for all of your floral design needs for your wedding. Mia with Root is amazing and she is able to provide you with any direction that you will need when it comes to flowers. I loved my bridal bouquet and totally loved my bridesmaids flowers as well. The reception was stunning and boasted large bouquets of pink flowers. All different kinds of pink. Would definitely recommend Root Floral Design.

Mia is amazing at what she does! She perfectly took what I was saying and turned it into a reality. We were in constant communication and she was very willing to change things as my vision changed. Everybody was blown away by how beautiful everything turned out and I was getting compliments weeks after the wedding. I wanted real flowers from the beginning and Mia did not disappoint! I highly recommend her!

Mia is an artist in every sense of the word. She consistently produces the most gorgeous arrangements at extremely reasonable prices. I was so very pleased by the flowers on the day of my wedding. They were all incredibly beautiful and full of the eclectic variety and style that I was looking for. I don't think anyone else in the Lafayette area or Louisiana could have matched the beauty or price of Mia's arrangements. I really wanted a fun and modern "Pinterest style" and Root Floral Design completely delivered. My bouquet was big, beautiful, and amazingly fragrant with lovely garden roses! It made me feel like a real bride and grounded me when everything else felt so surreal. Mia also did an amazing job on the boutonnieres. Truly, I found myself staring at all the flower arrangements throughout the day and was in total awe. Mia helped make our special day feel that much more like a fairytale/storybook wedding and for that my husband and I are incredibly thankful. I've already started recommending Root Floral Design to other couples looking to get married in the Lafayette area. I know that this florist will very successful because she is so talented and is just getting started. I count myself extremely fortunate for having the honor of getting to be one of her first brides and couldn't have been more pleased.
