Rosen Shingle Creek

Rosen Shingle Creek was absolutely AMAZING! Everything about our wedding experience was beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. The venue was so accommodating and accessible, which meant a lot to me as a wheelchair user. We were the first wedding to have our reception outside, and it turned out beautifully. The setup looked amazing, and everything ran so smoothly. The food and service were phenomenal. Every guest commented on how delicious everything was and how kind and attentive the staff were. The servers were quick, thoughtful, and really added to the experience. Our on-site coordinator was fantastic as well, making sure every part of the day went off without a hitch. A huge thank you to Valerie, who guided us throughout the planning process. She was incredibly kind, quick to respond, and truly cared about making our day perfect. I could not have done it without her. She went above and beyond to make sure everything came together perfectly, and I am so grateful for all her help. We also had an amazing rehearsal dinner in the private room at Cala Bella restaurant. The food was incredible, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Then we had an open bar welcome party at the pool bar, which was a lot of fun and a great way to kick off the weekend. There were a few minor hiccups. During our ceremony, another wedding by the fountains had music that carried over, and there was a birthday party at the pool nearby that was a bit loud. We also noticed a ping-pong table set up near the reception area that some kids were playing with, which was slightly distracting. These are small things I would recommend Rosen keep in mind when hosting multiple outdoor events at the same time, since sound can travel more than expected. We used Encore, the in-house service, for microphones and audio. The team was great overall, but we did have microphone issues during the ceremony and could not locate a sound technician at that moment. However, they fully refunded us afterward, which we appreciated. Even with these small challenges, it truly was the best day of my life. Everything was so beautiful, and the joy of the day far outweighed any issues. Our guests said it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended, and we completely agree. I got so many compliments on having everything in one place — going straight to the Butler Ballroom for the after party after the reception, all the guests being able to sleep on-site, the amazing restaurants and bars at the resort, the incredible getting-ready suites for the bride and groom, and the honeymoon suite. It really is a perfect place for a wedding. We are so grateful for the care, attention, and effort that went into making our wedding day so special. We cannot wait to come back to Rosen Shingle Creek for every anniversary. There is truly no place we would rather celebrate!!!

The decision to have our daughters wedding at Rosen Shingle Creek was definitely the right choice. Everything was five star. The wedding exceeded our expectations. The service, food, cake and beverages were all exceptional. Plus the ability of everyone to listen and understand exactly what kind of wedding you're looking for. This whole event was planned in about two months. They made the whole experience so easy and stress free. From our first meeting with Valerie Martinez, the Convention Services Manager, through the wedding day. Everything went smoothly. She was always there to help and usually a step or two ahead of us. Everyone on the Rosen staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the day would turn out perfect. Which is the exact word the bride and Groom use to describe their Wedding Day, just perfect. The ceremony was scheduled to be outside in the Osceola Courtyard, but it's Florida and of course it rained. Which could have ruined the perfect but that wasn't meant to be. Everything was quickly moved to the chosen inside location. Which was also beautiful and they had it set up in no time. The cocktail hour and reception were held in the Butler and Butler Balcony, an absolutely gorgeous venue, and a great easy set up to have your guest in one space. The staircase also makes for a grand entrance for the Bride and Groom. The food, cocktails, cake and service were all wonderful and all provided by Rosen Shingle Creek. We can't thank them enough for giving our daughter and son in law their perfect wedding.
