ccommodating and accessible, which meant a lot to me as a wheelchair user. We were the first wedding to have our reception outside, and it turned out beautifully. The setup looked amazing, and everything ran so smoothly.
The food and service were phenomenal. Every guest commented on how delicious everything was and how kind and attentive the staff were. The servers were quick, thoughtful, and really added to the experience. Our on-site coordinator was fantastic as well, making sure every part of the day went off without a hitch.
A huge thank you to Valerie, who guided us throughout the planning process. She was incredibly kind, quick to respond, and truly cared about making our day perfect. I could not have done it without her. She went above and beyond to make sure everything came together perfectly, and I am so grateful for all her help.
We also had an amazing rehearsal dinner in the private room at Cala Bella restaurant. The food was incredible, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Then we had an open bar welcome party at the pool bar, which was a lot of fun and a great way to kick off the weekend.
There were a few minor hiccups. During our ceremony, another wedding by the fountains had music that carried over, and there was a birthday party at the pool nearby that was a bit loud. We also noticed a ping-pong table set up near the reception area that some kids were playing with, which was slightly distracting. These are small things I would recommend Rosen keep in mind when hosting multiple outdoor events at the same time, since sound can travel more than expected.
We used Encore, the in-house service, for microphones and audio. The team was great overall, but we did have microphone issues during the ceremony and could not locate a sound technician at that moment. However, they fully refunded us afterward, which we appreciated.
Even with these small challenges, it truly was the best day of my life. Everything was so beautiful, and the joy of the day far outweighed any issues. Our guests said it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended, and we completely agree.
I got so many compliments on having everything in one place — going straight to the Butler Ballroom for the after party after the reception, all the guests being able to sleep on-site, the amazing restaurants and bars at the resort, the incredible getting-ready suites for the bride and groom, and the honeymoon suite. It really is a perfect place for a wedding.
We are so grateful for the care, attention, and effort that went into making our wedding day so special. We cannot wait to come back to Rosen Shingle Creek for every anniversary. There is truly no place we would rather celebrate!!!

ood, cake and beverages were all exceptional. Plus the ability of everyone to listen and understand exactly what kind of wedding you're looking for. This whole event was planned in about two months. They made the whole experience so easy and stress free. From our first meeting with Valerie Martinez, the Convention Services Manager, through the wedding day. Everything went smoothly. She was always there to help and usually a step or two ahead of us. Everyone on the Rosen staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the day would turn out perfect. Which is the exact word the bride and Groom use to describe their Wedding Day, just perfect. The ceremony was scheduled to be outside in the Osceola Courtyard, but it's Florida and of course it rained. Which could have ruined the perfect but that wasn't meant to be. Everything was quickly moved to the chosen inside location. Which was also beautiful and they had it set up in no time. The cocktail hour and reception were held in the Butler and Butler Balcony, an absolutely gorgeous venue, and a great easy set up to have your guest in one space. The staircase also makes for a grand entrance for the Bride and Groom. The food, cocktails, cake and service were all wonderful and all provided by Rosen Shingle Creek. We can't thank them enough for giving our daughter and son in law their perfect wedding.

Valerie was outstanding from day one. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel like we were her top priority. She helped us plan every element of our stay and celebration with grace and ease, and we’re so grateful for her warmth and dedication. She went above and beyond to make the occasion feel truly special, and it wouldn’t have been the same without her.
The resort itself is breathtaking—elegant, spacious, and surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds. Our room had a gorgeous view, and everything was spotless and luxurious. We enjoyed fabulous meals at the onsite restaurants, spent time relaxing by the pool, and even indulged in a spa visit—all top-notch experiences.
This was more than just a getaway—it was a milestone celebration, and Rosen Shingle Creek, with Valerie's exceptional help, made it truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this resort for any special event, romantic escape, or celebration. We’re already dreaming of our return!

y and provided excellent service even when we had unique considerations. The hotel is beautiful and has many holiday decorations throughout the hotel that we and our guests enjoyed. We hosted an intimate wedding, around 50 guests, and we received top quality service. We had our ceremony outside, so Valerie's team made sure to block other hotel guests during our ceremony time to ensure no interruptions. The cake included in our package was delicious, the honeymoon room was spacious and included access to their concierge lounge, and we were extended a discount the following morning at the hotel's breakfast buffet for all of our guests who attended our wedding. Very reasonably priced for an intimate wedding venue in Orlando. We highly recommend Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel!

ida. We looked at a ton of venues, and none of them could have compared to Rosen Shingle Creek. There was so much going on at the resort itself during Christmas with the shows and decorations, that it fit in perfectly with my winter wonderland theme. Butler Ballroom was the ideal location for cocktail and reception. It is unlike any ballroom in the Orlando area. Valerie Martinez is a pleasure to work with and kept me on track through the whole process. She answered back in a timely manner whenever I needed to get ahold of her. She didn't mind answers my questions over and over again. I can't thank her enough. The staff at Rosen Shingle Creek are so helpful and friendly. It was an absolute pleasure having it there.

t a hitch, you would think I planned the wedding at the Rosen all along. Valerie Martinez and the staff at Rosen Shingle Creek were great to work with. We selected a menu at $300 per head with soup, salad, entree (choice of 3), dessert and cake. The food was beautifully designed with fine dining style service. The soup was ladled into bowls by white glove service. The salad was a work of art. The entrees were handmade pouch pasta, filet and fish as options. They really can do anything. I really wanted Moet for the champagne and Valerie sent us a bottle for the bride and groom table. It was so special.
Our honeymoon suite was delightful! The Rosen had processo, chocolate sculptures and truffles.

r wedding there. I recommend asking for Valerie Martinez. She is the best! She helped with every little detail and was incredibly accommodating. Everyone helped make our day even more special. When the day comes you can witness the team work these people put together and the great cooperation between different departments. My guests keep on reminding me how welcome the Rosen Shingle Creek team made them feel. The barman made the party! And the boss of the bellstand even helped me with the centerpieces that I needed to put together. Love them!

She was very easy to reach and was very prompt on our long list of requests. The ballroom space was HUGE and we were lucky to have our cocktail hour inside another ballroom, free of charge! We had a holiday weekend wedding and were lucky to have the ballroom side all to ourselves! The food was AMAZING! Even after 4 months of the wedding, our guests are still talking about our wedding and everything about it. The Rosen Shingle Creek also doesn't disappoint with the wow factor. The moment you drive up to their drive way, you already know that it's a classy hotel. All the staff was so accommodating and very nice! love with the grounds, the ballroom, everything! I wasn't directly involved with any contracts or decisions (only for the food tasting and selection of our ballroom and cermony site) - everything was between our planner and our parents, but there was never a negative issue. Everything was as smooth as it could be. The day of was PERFECT! Once I saw everything come together, my nerves were calmed down, and we enjoyed every moment of our day with our families. The food was amazing, our guests had a blast (and all of our OOT guests stayed there) - just waiting for our pics to show how gorgeous everything was!

used for the ceremony and reception. The food was incredible, and everything ran according to plan. The perk of the complimentary rooms for the bride and groom the night before was amazing! My girls and I LOVED it, it was like living the good life for a night. The honeymoon suite as well was stunning (and huge!). No balcony which was a little bit of a down side, though. Also, the above and beyond service to make us feel appreciated and welcomed was charming. So many beautiful baskets of goodies and chocolate covered strawberries and handwritten personalized notes. The only two complaints (if you could call them that) were the check in process. My husband's room couldn't be found, but mine could...It delayed our rehearsal dinner by a little, but nothing after we asked to speak to the manager. Also, the serving staff at the reception itself was borderline terrible. I had to ask 3 different servers to bring me a drink while they looked at me like I was bothering them as well as chase them down to get appetizers...Off putting to say the least. Overall, incredible and would recommend!

s your wedding is not that big of a deal to a massive hotel! We felt as if many of the employees had no idea there was a wedding going on and we didn't really feel as if they would jump over backwards to assist us. The venue itself is GORGEOUS! I was married in Butler and it was beautiful!!! But, you can get a lot more for your money probably else where. :( Had an amazing wedding there but just things people should know before booking.
