The majority of our guests commented on what a beautiful and wonderful venue we had. The venue has so much to offer and is really the perfect place for a wedding. And then there is Ann, where do I even begin...count yourself lucky if you get to work with Ann! With Ann on your team, there is no way your wedding day won't be everything you want it to be. She really puts the couple first and wants your day to be special. You can feel how invested she is in your special day and the difference that has in the entire planning process. Rosewood was the first and last venue we looked at and it was such and easy decision. Brides, do yourself a favor and book a tour now. My husband and I will always be grateful for Rosewood and Ann and making our day so special.

Surrounded by rolling hills and peaceful countryside, the setting feels magical and serene. The ceremony in the open field was like something out of a dream, and watching our daughter make her long walk along the fence line was more stunning and emotional than I ever imagined. The shaded cocktail area offered an inviting space to enjoy appetizers and drinks. The tent provided an elegant and fun atmosphere for dinner and dancing, and with the bar outside, people had the option to enjoy the evening inside or under the stars. Ann and her team were exceptional and completely attentive to every detail. They managed everything behind the scenes so we could be fully present and enjoy every moment. A special thank-you for how they cared for my grandmother, helping her get around the property with a golf cart and showing her such thoughtful attention. We’re deeply grateful to Rosewood Events for making our daughter’s wedding day unforgettable. It was joyful, seamless, and absolutely perfect from start to finish. ere exactly what we needed to get ready. The pergola, willow tree, rose garden, and rolling hills offer a variety of absolutely gorgeous backdrops for pictures. The tent is so beautiful, and the tables and chairs exceeded my expectations, for sure. The entire property is immaculate and manicured. They also take the bride and groom to the top of the hill for the most breathtaking views and amazing pictures at sunset. Ann is present and attentive and works hard to ensure the day runs smoothly. She was especially attentive to our guests who required a little extra help walking, giving them rides in the golf cart and offering extra seating when needed. I recommend Rosewood for a beautiful wedding day.

he North Bay without feeling too rustic or inaccessible to families/older guests. This venue was exactly that, and is incredibly unique and spectacular – from the green rolling hills and the tree grove to the lavishly adorned tented reception venue. It felt like a mini destination wedding! Our guests have told us that each portion of the event felt so distinct because of the diversity of surroundings. The first look areas are also a magical bonus for the couple! Not only was the environment perfect, but Ann went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless day-of experience. We deeply appreciate her generosity and care for making sure we got everything our families were hoping for. She checked in often, offering novel ideas and insight to tie everything together as we assembled all the moving parts. Whenever something might have posed a challenge, she already had a solution at the ready. She is truly the sweetest, most passionate human, and you cannot put your wedding in better hands. We would recommend Rosewood in a heartbeat to anyone considering a wedding in the North Bay. We are hoping we will get to enjoy the guest experience at the venue one day as well!

feel special, compared to other venues we toured which felt like wedding factories. After we booked, she always reached out to ask if we needed help or to just to check-in to see if things were moving along. Felt like we had an extra coordinator, which was a huge help. She was always super responsive to my emails and helped coordinate with our vendors and month-of planner. Our guests loved the venue and said that it was beautiful. The views at sunset were stunning and the tent that comes included with the venue was perfect. Ann includes so much with the venue, like the pergola, many photo locations, tables/chairs. Also the on-site bridal suite and grooms cottage were perfect for getting ready; saved us so much trouble, not having to find a separate getting ready location. Our guests even gave us compliments on the bathrooms! At the end of the night as we were about to drive away, Ann came running towards us because she found one of the bridesman's wallets when digging in the couch cushions of the bridal suite! That's truly next level of detail and care! We highly recommend Rosewood and Ann for your wedding venue, especially if you're looking for something with that personal touch!

gorgeous and so well suited to a wedding - the grounds were beautifuly maintained, especially the flower garden, and the large tent accommadated the 100 plus guests comfortably and was well-suited for the reception. Ann the owner was extremely attentive to everyone's needs and facilitated all that needed to be done very professionally. This really is a great venue.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony at a Catholic Church nearby, so Rosewood Events fit our style, location proximity and needs perfectly! We were immediately drawn to Ann, the owner of Rosewood Events, who was beyond kind, understanding, and professional. Ann answered all of our questions with a prompt and direct response, which we greatly respected as this allowed us to have a clear vision of how our day would run. We felt that Ann and the property had a warmth that made you feel like you were at your family’s home, and we knew we wanted to celebrate our wedding at a location that would feel like home! In fact, we toured two other popular wedding venues around the area that felt cold and staged, which solidified our decision that Rosewood Events would encompass our love properly. On the day of the wedding, our wedding party got ready on site, and the bridesmaids cottage and groomsmen quarters were a perfect getting ready location. After we arrived back at Rosewood Events from the church, Ann greeted my husband and I with drinks, and throughout the day she, along with her daughter, Juliana and husband, Dan, checked in on my husband and I to make sure everything was going perfectly. I saw how hard Ann, her family, and her whole crew worked to make everything go smoothly! Ann went above and beyond to drive my husband and I around the property in her ATV so we wouldn’t have to walk to different photo locations. We truly felt loved and cared for on such a special day. Her crew of workers who helped guests park, as well as set up and break down as the day went by gave me major Yellowstone vibes (great TV show lol), which again encompassed the family feel who was there to get the job done in an efficient manner. Aside from the gorgeous property, Ann went above and beyond when we had a hiccup with our initial catering vendor. THREE weeks prior to our wedding, the catering company we initially hired ghosted Ann and our wedding planner during a scheduled venue walk through. This, coupled with recent lack of communication between the catering company towards our planner, Ann saw the red flags and knew our wedding would have its challenges should we have kept them as our catering vendor. While my wedding planner handled the situation like a champ, Ann personally reached out to me on several occasions to make sure everything was okay and to check in on my husband and I. I was overjoyed with her personal touch and care as I was stressed out about the situation. I knew we were in good hands when we hired Rosewood Events but this situation truly showed me how wonderful Ann and her venue is. I highly recommend Rosewood Events!!

We had visited many other “wedding factory” venues that seemed impersonal and unsupportive. Ann blew us away with her kindness, charm, and passion for holding weddings on her stunning garden estate. I knew she would treat me like her daughter, and she absolutely did. I remember loving Rosewood so much on the tour that I didn’t want to leave! Another bride was picking up wedding decor from her wedding the night before and was crying tears of joy and hugging Ann, telling her that her wedding was the best day of her life. I knew this was our venue instantly, and that its magic would enchant all of our guests, both local and out of state, and I was right. I have included a few pictures that only capture a glimmer of the beauty of Rosewood - our photos are indescribably gorgeous, just like out of a magazine! There are so many facets to Rosewood - the bridal cottage and groomsmen quarters, the pergola where we had our first look, the ceremony field with rolling hills as the backdrop, the outdoor bar by the redwood grove, the regal white reception tent...Throughout the entire process, Ann guided us through with warmth, wisdom, and grace. Even on our wedding day, it was as if I had a second wedding planner at my side, asking me if I needed anything and comforting and reassuring me. Ann was quite literally my wedding angel. I will never be able to thank Ann and Dan enough for helping me throw the most spectacular event of my life. This venue is a unicorn.

Ann is so knowledgeable about weddings and had a lot of good advice to give us. She was so great about communicating with us throughout our planning and she was the absolute best on the day of our wedding. Ann is someone who truly cares about her guests and she showed that to us on our wedding day. She made sure everything went perfect. Dan was also super great and caring. Our favorite part of the day was taking photos out on the ridge. Everywhere we looked had a beautiful view, it was so quiet and beautiful up there. It was a moment we will never forget. We fell in love with the venue for its "feel" - the classic pastoral hills of coastal northern California, the beautiful flowers and willow trees accenting the property, and private access to a hilltop for sunset photos. We didn't realize though, how many elements of Rosewood would make all the difference on our wedding day: the unexpectedly beautiful white tent saved the day when we had unseasonably cool weather; Ann's experience and levelheadedness helped keep wedding day chaos to a minimum; lots of open space on the property ensured young kids could play (keeping both kids and parents happy); and a conscientious staff made sure our elderly guests were well cared for. Our guests raved about the beauty of the location and the kindness of the venue staff. We couldn't agree more!

The only downside to the venue was the limited wifi and cell phone service, which can make it difficult for guests to get there and back, so we made sure to remind our guests not to rely on Uber or Lyft. We highly recommend Rosewood to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding venue that captures the beauty of California!

The setting and the set up at Rosewood is incomparable, as the pictures show (worth 1000+ words), and Ann’s good natured, above-and-beyond helpfulness, and her watchful eye and get-in-there-can-do spirit made everything run smoothly. We had a medical emergency during our reception; Ann and her team were INCREDIBLE at handling this without disrupting the evening. We fell in love with Rosewood the first time we walked onto the property and we were sold on it as our wedding venue because of Ann’s incredible heart. It also let us find an awesome bartender and DJ that made the event particularly excellent. If Rosewood hadn't already been at her home, we would have simply invited Ann to be a guest at our wedding - because she is awesome and kind and generous. I saw 11 venues and the moment I walked into Rosewood, I knew immediately this was our wedding venue. However, what sold me most was Ann (owner of the venue). I especially loved her enthusiasm for being part of the wedding planning and executing process to make our day very special. The cocktail area provides ample room to sit or stand. The tent makes you feel as though you’ve stepped into another area entirely. It is spacious and has just the right amount of accessories, allowing you to keep it simple or glam it up. Rosewood is the only venue we saw that included spacious, comfortable areas for both the bride and groom to get ready. The bridal cottage has everything you need to make your morning go smoothly. The groom’s quarters is a combination of relaxing and fun. There is plenty of space for everyone to get ready and spread out - a major plus for a wedding venue. The venue owner, Ann, is an awesome person who will truly make you feel at home on her property. From the day we met her, we knew we wanted to work with Ann. She is honest, approachable, kind, a problem solver, and so much more. Ann cares about your wedding and truly wants it to be the best day of your life. She has great attention to detail and handles so much behind the scenes so you don’t have to worry about a thing. d been to before. Our guests have continued to rave about it since our big day. Ann and her husband own the property and she’s extremely responsive and kind. She also allows a lot of flexibility with vendors - the only requirement is to have a planner from her list (and our planner honestly ended up being some of our best money spent for the entire wedding - she was amazing!). They include a lot at the site as well, including ceremony chairs, reception tables and chairs, wine barrels and a bar. The setting is also so beautiful that you can let it shine and be selective with your floral budget. Can’t say enough good things!

Ann was very thoughtful to leave some decorations from a previous wedding up just for us, and it fit perfectly with our theme. While she has a spacious field and arbor where couples normally get married, we opted to get married under her willow tree with our smaller guest count. On the day, her husband Dan also took us and our photographer in a Polaris up to the top of the hills during golden hour to get some absolutely gorgeous shots. Thank you for our perfect day, Ann!

Ann was thoughtful and proactive in addressing any potential issues that might have arisen (none did, thanks to her foresight). She was always readily available to answer my questions and to communicate directly with our wedding planner and other vendors to insure that everything went smoothly. Ann is so warm and caring and genuine, and I always felt she had our best interests at heart; she even checked in with me and my daughter periodically to make sure everything was going well. I really feel she went above and beyond what I would have expected from a venue owner. Her policy of having only one wedding per weekend reflects this. It was wonderful to be able to drop things off on Friday and pick things up on Sunday so that the wedding day itself was more relaxed and we didn't feel rushed in or out! The venue itself is gorgeous with fabulous views of rolling hills. My daughter knew as soon as she saw it that Rosewood was where she wanted to get married (and we had looked at MANY venues previously). Our guests also kept exclaiming how wonderful it was. It was great to have several different locations for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. They are all close to one another but it was nice that people were able to move around from one to the other. That made it easy to mingle and contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. Ann also made sure that one guest who needed help was taken from one area to the next by golf cart, yet another indication of how thoughtful and considerate she is. The tent itself (included! -- as were all the chairs, tables, bar, some signage and some bathroom items) was beautiful with a chandelier and string lights which helped create a lovely atmosphere. It was also great to have separate areas for the bride and groom and their attendants to get ready. One glam highlight for the bride and groom was the trip to the ridge for sunset pictures! I really cannot recommend Rosewood and Ann more highly. My daughter and son-in-law were absolutely thrilled with the wedding, as were my husband and I. Our experience here was nothing short of wonderful!

to COVID. Ann takes pride in her venue, and the time that she invests into the property definitely shows. There's a ton of thoughtful touches throughout. It's clear that she thinks a lot about the guest experience - and more importantly, the bride and groom's experience. The gorgeous tent is included, along with a ton of rentals - and the rentals aren't the generic type. Clean white folding chairs for the ceremony and beautiful cross-back chairs for the reception. It rained a bit during our cocktail hour, which was absolutely gorgeous, but it led to the ground being a bit wet. Ann was so helpful through that, offering to golf cart me to the bathrooms so that I didn't have to get my wedding gown wet. It's this and many other small touches along the way that made Rosewood the perfect venue for us. Thank you, Ann!!!

Aside from the venue, Ann and Dan, the owners of the venue, could not be more helpful, knowledgeable, or dedicated. Ann took us on our tour, and I was almost brought to tears with the detailed descriptions given of throughout each segment of the tour. Ann gave us so many touching options that we would have for our day and added professional insight to assist with our planning. Ann has a way of giving you facts and advice without being pushy. As a couple who has no experience with planning a wedding, Ann’s advice was so appreciated. In addition to tips about planning, Ann was able to put both of our minds at ease with how seamlessly our day will run and the promise to be there for us on the big day. Ann and Dan are so dedicated to ensuring your day is perfect and it is very evident with the attention to detail seen around the venue. I cannot wait to write another review after our wedding date next fall. If you are thinking of having an outdoor ceremony in Sonoma County, you cannot beat Rosewood.
