that we wanted - animated GIFs, personalized prints, unlimited sessions, social media sharing. Monica was our primary contact and very accommodating with our questions. Once we confirmed the booking Monica was great at sending invoicing and payment confirmations right away.
As far as the service itself, I know that all our guests thought the whole set-up was the best that they've experienced. The images truly looked professional and the lighting had everyone looking Movie Star perfect. Also, it seemed that the prints would come out even before everyone put their props away and emailed themselves their images and GIFs! Definitely no long waits for all the fun.
Lastly, our technician, Patrick was absolutely charming. He really helped to put a lot of guests at ease when they couldn't think of a fun pose by giving suggestions whenever needed. This also help to limit any wait times!
At the end of the night we got a USB of all the fun that was captured and by the next business day Monica sent us a link to all the images.
We highly recommend Photo Booth Pro for your photobooth needs whether it be a wedding, birthday party, corporate event, etc. As a matter of fact, within days of our wedding we booked them for our friend's 40th Birthday party that was only a week later!

They were professional, had great props, and made the wedding that much better. I recommend getting the photo booth album as well, where one copy of all the shots go into a book that guests can sign....so you leave with some great memories and well wishes in a hard copy format. We were also given a flash drive with all of the photo's as well. REALLY cool addition to a wedding! It was a great alternative for guests to participate in if they don't want to dance. Guests were allowed to take as many photo's as they wanted, which means guests were taking multiple different group shots and having a great time. I worked with Patrick who was super easy to work with and answered all my ridiculous questions. Everyone loved the huge size of the photo booth (I got the Gold Package which has the regular size 4x6 booth), all the fun props and wigs, the review screen inside and just the whole experience. And the photo booth looks nice and clean and classy.
I highly recommend paying the small extra upgrade and getting the scrapbook. You get a copy of everyone's pics and they sign next to it. It's amazing and really was the highlight of the evening for us to read everything and see all the funny pictures.
We had 150 guests and everyone was able to use it within the time that they were there. We did not have to have them stay longer.
Kylie was the attendant on site and did an amazing job. She was super helpful and just awesome! Friendly, nice, she was great.

I cannot thank Photo Booth Pro enough for everything. Patrick was extremely nice, and even gave our guests recommendations on what props and poses to use inside of the photo booth. He was extremely professional, and did a great job putting together a beautiful, fun guestbook for us.
In terms of pricing, you can't beat it. We got a FANTASTIC deal for everything that was included, and he even offered to come all the way out to my Temecula winery wedding with NO CHARGE for transportation! I cannot tell you how many vendors I turned away from based on their ridiculous quotes on how much they wanted to charge for transporting the photo booth.
Finally, when I went back to the winery to check on anything that may have been left behind, one of the bartenders specifically mentioned how impressed they were with Photo Booth Pro, that she would be contacting him for her upcoming wedding! I hope she does, because Photo Booth Pro definitely deserves it.

The only thing I didn't like was that they printed their logo on the front of the picture...wish I was given a preference. Also, they don't have cute banners to place at the bottom. I also wanted my pictures a certain orientation, vertical, and indicated that on my contract but that didn't end of happening. It didn't ruin anything, but I was under the impression that they were going to change the orientation.
