Sepia Chapel is a historic venue in Two Rivers, Wisconsin that is ideal for weddings and other special occasions. Carefully blending the old and the new, this elevated event space is a one-of-a-kind setting that will wow your guests.
Constructed in 1891, Sepia Chapel was originally a church before renovations in 2017. With 7,500 square feet of event space, you can host a celebration for up to 300 attendees. Partygoers will be in awe when they enter the building and see the vaulted ceilings, crystal globe chandeliers, and the 24-foot indoor waterfall. The foyer has a fireplace set in altar wood that is more than 100 years old. Walking on the original hardwood floors, you can admire the massive stained glass windows that line the hall. There are private changing and beauty suites where you and your wedding party can get ready for the festivities. The balcony features comfy lounge area where you can mingle with family and friends. You can utilize the house PA system for things like speeches. Additionally, this venue has handicap accessibility.
Before the big day, tour Sepia Chapel to get to know the space and ensure that it matches your vision! During your event, you'll have exclusive use of the building and the full attention of our experienced staff. They can help manage your timeline, handle set-up of house decor, and keep the room tidy. To make planning easier, the team can provide tables, an arch, clear Chiavari chairs, house decor, and cocktail tables. You can also utilize their photo booth services to capture precious memories at your soirée. The convenient location in downtown Two Rivers means you and your loved ones can enjoy nearby restaurants, bars, and entertainment. There are also plenty of hotels in the area for overnight accommodations.

oved about Sepia was that our entire wedding day could be spent there, and with a winter wedding, it eliminated any concerns for having to drive from place to place.
The two separate areas for the bride and groom parties to get ready was so convenient and wonderful. It allowed us to enjoy the morning and relax before the ceremony. The newly designed bridal suite is incredible!
Sepia's staff worked so swiftly on the room flip from the ceremony to the reception. With 200 guests they got the tables and chairs out so quickly! The upper balcony is perfect for your guests during the cocktail hour as Sepia works on the room flip.
No need to stress on buying all kinds of decor. Sepia's elegance speaks for itself with the breathtaking waterfall, stained glass windows, and crystal chandeliers. But even so, Sepia has a large collection of decor that is able to be used and they will set it up and take it down! The staff listened and executed our decor visions and it looked incredible!
Their staff is prompt in the planning process and all the specific details are discussed well in advance to your day, ensuring no worries the day of.
Without a doubt, consider Sepia staff as your all-day, stress free, elegant wedding venue that will leave you with nothing but amazing memories and gorgeous photos of your wedding day for years to come!

ny because some thing felt loose and made sure that my train was perfect right before I walked down the aisle. It was the most beautiful, simple and elegant venue in Green Bay that did not require much decoration on my part, aly truly made our experience one that I will never forget. e perfect...until we signed the contract and they got their deposit! Then, you can kiss the hospitality and ethics goodbye! Sepia has more than one time slot available each day. So they could potentially have 2 weddings in one day. For the amount of money it costs, you should be THE ONLY wedding that day! You should not have to worry about getting out fast so the other bridal party can get in! And you shouldn't have to worry about walking in on a bride before you! The Covid 19 Pandemic struck. Our DJ, dinner venue and photographer reached out to us to help us reschedule if we needed-NOT SEPIA. Oh no! Barry needed his money. They did not care that this pandemic was out of our control. All of the other people we worked with were so willing to help us and work with us! NOT SEPIA! Our DJ and dinner venue even booked a 2nd date for us in case we couldn't have our May wedding! Just to have as a back up! Sepia would have done that too....but we would have been charged for both days! We were not trying to screw them over! We just wanted them to work with us.
Obviously, getting a date again in 2020 was going to be a challenge but if we had to push our date past April 2021, Barry would have charged us AN EXTRA $1,000.00 to do so!
In Sepias contract, it says it is not their fault and they will not be held liable for things like weather, fire etc. SO if sepia burns to the ground ... sorry you still owe your full amount.
In the end, we are SO thankful Sepia was horrible to work with because the venue we ended up using was BEYOND wonderful! They too had multiple time slots but no matter what we picked, they made sure that day was all ours!
Brides and Grooms beware! Don't get sucked in! You never think something like this could happen to you (*a global pandemic) But it could! And people like Sepia-will not care!
ADDED* Since this post Sepia did reach out and "took accountability" They said they admit the communication was not good from them, but still, my experience has not changed.

The venue is gorgeous! They have made recent updates that make it feel fresh and inviting! The glass top fountain alter is a unique feature. There was a huge changing area for us to get ready in, and my husband had a loft area for his wedding party as well. Every staff member we came into contact with was more than helpful. The day of went so smoothly!
We could not be happier with the services we received from Sepia, and I would recommend them to anyone!
