Taking cues from the old, the new, the artful, the vintage, the natural, and the modern, Showplace always looks for a particular vibrancy that will make your celebration unique, timeless, and stress-free. Collaboration is the heart of the process, and we strive to use this approach to bring your ideas to life. Of course, we want you to love the final product! Creating a swoon-worthy atmosphere is what we love to accomplish. So, while fashioning a personalized story for you, we craft a design blueprint based on your style. From our artistic talent to our fabulous team of designers, we are confident our designs and presentation will leave you in love with your event from start to finish! On the day of your event, a core team member will be onsite to ensure that everything will be executed as seamlessly and perfectly as you had imagined, creating your perfect day!

Meredith is the florist you want to use for your wedding. She has an extreme wealth of knowledge for florals and decor. She took the time to fully understand my vision to bring it to life. Everything she did was incredible and made our day so special. I was blown away by everything she did - from the bouquets, to the center pieces, escort sign and boutonnières. She is truly the best and an artist. We are so grateful that we had her as our florist!

Meredith from Showplace Floral was amazing to work with.. she was super organized, responsive, creative, and (best-of-all) transparent! She helped my dream wedding come true and her taste in floral design is truly unmatched. She put together a vision board based on my initial ideas, clearly costed everything out in an itemized list and she also proposed new ideas that I hadn't thought of. She was super adaptable too- right before my wedding I added in additional floral details that she executed flawlessly. Not only did she help me with florals for all aspects of my wedding, she also helped me create my welcome sign. She created a peel-and-stick decal for a mirror I had purchased that said "welcome to our wedding." She handled the application of the decal and delivery of the mirror on the day-of. It looked amazing and I was so happy with it! On the day-of, she was super reliable. She had everything delivered on time, explained to me how to hold my bouquet, and also had everything set up at my venue to an exceptional standard. Overall, she was super responsive, creative, and open to all ideas I had. She made this part of planning the easiest and I highly recommend her.

I cannot recommend Meredith enough. From the moment I met her to the final execution of my wedding flowers, everything was done to perfection. Meredith really understood my vision and was patient with all the details and changes that came up along the way. She really worked within our budget and still was able to make magic happen. Every single person complimented my flowers and centerpieces. It was clear that these were done with such thought and professionalism that it left a lasting impression, specifically two future brides at my wedding were interested in Showplace because of the work that they put into my wedding. I also want to highlight how kind Meredith and her team were. They were so excited for me on my wedding day and it felt genuine. They were proud of their work and they were excited ti share it with me. These little details go a long way on your special day. Again, I cannot recommend them enough.

If you're looking for someone who can bring your vision to life, florists who are original and the utmost professionals--call Showplace Floral. So dependable, so willing to work with all of our ideas while bringing so many of their own wonderful ideas to the table! The floral design was the talk of the wedding! An absolute please to work with. They were a major factor in making my wedding truly a night to remember! Meredith and Pat went above and beyond expectations.

It has taken me a long time to write this review because I honestly can not put into words the sheer joy and perfection that my wedding flowers were by Meredith and her team. From the moment I met Meredith she was sweet and professional. She listened to all my wants and my concerns without making me feel pressured. She is super organized and each meeting with her made me more and more certain she understood the design that I was looking for. She executed the day perfectly! From the bouquets, to the venue flowers, and the centerpieces I couldn't have dreamed of more perfect combinations of flowers! There was no stress throughout the whole process because I knew that Meredith was listening to me and that she understood my goals and my vision. She is truly an artist in her work and I would absolutely work with her again! Meredith and team were wonderful- they brought all of my wedding floral and decor dreams to life. The team was super accommodating and worked with me to ensure every specific detail I wanted was correctly done. I loved not only my bouquet & the bouquets for my bridesmaids, but the table decor elements were gorgeous from the candles to the mirrors to the crystal centerpiece stands. They also did a wonderful job with my other decor requests which included a welcome sign + signature drink signs, and also built a beautiful Chuppah for my ceremony. Absolutely loved them!

Showplace was the ONE and ONLY florist we met with. From day one we clicked with Meredith. Showplace is not your typical florist, they are 100000% a step above, Meredith is a visionary. She took the time to get to know us and understand what we we wanted for our wedding. Prior to meeting with Meredith, I sent her a bunch of Pinterest ideas that I liked and when we met, she was prepared and organized with ideas I didn't even think of, which I fell in love with. Working with Meredith was so seamless, she made everything super easy and took a ton off my plate which was really appreciated. Everything the day of was absolutely perfect and everything I could've dreamed of and more. When I walked into the venue that night, I was blown away. It was magical!! Their work is incredible and one of a kind. I cannot thank you and the team enough for making our day everything we have dreamed of. It was perfect! If you are looking for a step above, use showplace! From the individual consult, to the actual event, this is not just a florist but Meredith felt my pseudo-wedding designer! She took the time to understand our vibe and tweak the individualized proposal which included example pictures and price break downs several times for us. They don’t provide stock flowers like other florists, but they design a landscape for your event. A month before my wedding, we did an entire table set up and it took my breathe away - literally. What was also great was that Meredith came that day with some creative options she thought I might like, which I wound up liking BETTER. But I do have to say that she never pushed her opinion on my either, and that if I had stuck to my original design, I know she would’ve been cool and easy about that too. It’s just nice to have a designer’s eye on your side. They think if things you may not have thought of. While showplace is on the pricier side, both my husband and I agree this was money well spent - NOT wasted. We never worried and were able to hand every detail over to showplace and know that it would be handled with a fine touch. Our centerpieces had several parts including flowers, multilevel candles, a mirror and of course the high stem that held the flowers. With all of that, I am the neurotic bride who would worry about smudges and finger prints but even those details are cared for by showplace. I also have to say that at one point when I wanted an add another element about a month before the event, they gave me a quote where I was like - “Eek, I can’t really swing that”. Showplace was able to modify the design and worked with me to find a design that fit my budget. I never felt judged for saying something was out of my price range. I can’t stress enough what a pleasure it was to work with showplace and would recommend them every time.

Meredith and her team at The Showplace NY did an incredible job designing and decorating our August 2021 Hindu wedding ceremony. We worked with her over the course of years, and a few venue, date and theme adaptations, due to the global pandemic, and she was with us every step of the way. Every detail was transformed from conception into reality with such imagination and whimsy. It all turned out even better than we had imagined! We are extremely grateful to her and her team (who set up and dismantled everything so professionally), and highly, highly recommend The Showplace NY for any event design project!

The flowers for our wedding came out absolutley AMAZING! Meredith was so wonderful to work with, took our ideas for style and was able to create beautiful arrangments that were more perfect than we could imagine. They paid so much attention to detail and everything looked beautiful!

I met Pat through my MIL and she absolutely made my event. Pat embraces you as part of the family and really listens to what you want and takes extra special care to make sure all the details are PERFECT. Pat made my NYE wedding sparkle, glamorous, and also organic just like I wanted. The woman is beyond talented and accommodating to all types of styles. showplace floral was amazing!!! we had such a seamless experience working with Patricia & Meredith throughout the entire process. They were reasonable and worked within my budget very easily. The flowers on the day of my wedding were beyond what I could have imagined- the chuppah, bouquets, and centerpieces were so gorgeous! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Thank you to the Showplace for your hard work, attention to detail, creativity, and sophistication. From our first meeting, to the venue walkthrough, to our final meeting where I was able to see a sample of one of my centerpieces, I truly appreciated Pat and Meredith's thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. I did not have much of a vision for my wedding, other than that my wedding was in the winter and I wanted to capture the magic of the season. Pat and Meredith used the theme of winter, and their understanding of my style, to draw upon their own inspiration and truly created the most beautiful and unforgettable décor!

After visiting several florists and going to many appointments, my fiancé and I chose the Showplace as the florist for our wedding reception. Their centerpiece designs were incredibly well put together, and after working with Patricia throughout the year, we were confident that we had made the right decision. She was extremely professional, very polite and courteous, and wonderfully accommodating. Patricia captured our theme perfectly. She listened to our thoughts and feedback, and based off of our vision and her experience in the field, she came up with exactly what we wanted. From the centerpieces to the bridal bouquets, the flower arrangements were astonishing. The Showplace might be on the pricier side of florist, however they were worth every penny. Showplace brought my vision to life. They made my centerpieces exactly how I had envisioned them but even better. I was so beyond happy with how beautiful everything came out. They do much more than flowers also, they made me a beautiful escort table with customized escort cards and got such beautiful linens that made the room that much better. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Pat and Meredith from The Showplace are absolutely incredible! At our first meeting, my husband and I described the vision we had for our wedding day, and they absolutely made every detail come to life - even enhancing it in ways we couldn’t have imagined. Most brides cry when they see their groom, but I cried when I saw our gorgeous flowers! Our guests raved about our incredible centerpieces and my bouquet was more beautiful than I could have dreamed. Their impeccable attention to detail showed in every arrangement, from our centerpieces to the boutonnières. Meredith and Pat are extremely knowledgeable, creative, responsive and professional and went above and beyond tailoring every décor detail to our vision and our venue. They coordinated seamlessly with our venue coordinator and photographers to make sure everything was perfect. Their innovation made our venue come to life and looked exactly like we envisioned - modern, elegant and timeless. We are forever grateful to Meredith and Pat for making our dream wedding come true!

Decor was very important to me for my October wedding. I wanted to create a room for my guests that would make them feel like they entered another world. This could not have happened without Showplace. From the moment I met Meredith she was kind, helpful, and beyond talented. She worked with my budget so well and was able to give me exactly what I wanted within it. Every time I had a question or concern she would answer my emails promptly, and always ease my mind. Showplace floral and event design is the real deal. They take care of everything on the wedding day and leave you feeling confident it will turn out how it should.
