They have oodles of dresses and to not know anything about what you want or like shape and color wise would be really overwhelming. I truly felt like royalty trying on dresses here. I had a private suite for my friends and family who came with me. It was super clean and quiet. I went right before Thanksgiving and they were hosting a special. I did feel a little pressure to buy as there are incentives if you buy on your first visit. However, it allowed me to get my dress preserved for free and ultimately was incredible. I also feel that the two hour timeframe you get to dress shop is not enough!!! It is hard work to get in and out of a dress, get feedback, etc. I ended up staying almost three hours but I am so thankful they were flexible with that. When I purchased November of 2022 for my November 2023 wedding, I was told my dress would come in no later than end of May. Surprisingly, it came in early March of 2023. They were flexible with me scheduling to try on my dress as that was inclusive of my package. When I scheduled, I practically had a private appointment as no one else was in store. They held my dress until I was ready to take it to alterations (part of my package). I feel bad saying this, but the biggest issue I had with Silk is that they do not do in house alterations. They have preferred vendors, and unfortunately I spent over $800 with one of their preferred vendors. Ultimately, that seamstress got the job done, but not without a lot of stress. We started alterations back in early August 2023 and my dress was not finished until 1 week before my wedding. Another thing I did not love is that I do not know anything about my dress (designer, style, etc) - all I know is that they called it Meadow. When scouring the internet for more information (and connecting with other brides with similar looks) it appears it may have been a similar version/copy cat of Martina Liana style 1137. Despite these two minor grievances, I would recommend Silk to anyone as long as they have shopped previously for dresses!

erstood my budget, style, wishes, etc. I was able to like dresses in their portal before the appointment so my stylist got a feel for what I was looking for. When I arrived for the appointment Erika sat down and talked through everything with me, she got to know me, my fiancé, my priorities in a dress, etc. She had taken the time to research my venue before the appointment and spoke to the vibe and style perfectly. I wasn't completely sure what I wanted in a dress, but Erika knew better than I could have ever thought. She put me in the perfect dress on the very first try. I went on to try on several more dresses, but because of Erika's thorough knowledge, nothing could beat the first one. At one point, I was a bit torn between two dresses and she asked super thoughtful questions and reminded me of the priorities I had told her at the start of my appointment. She truly cared about me and ensuring I got everything I was looking for in a dress. I highly recommend spending a little extra and booking a premiere appointment with Erika. You get the undivided attention of a stylist and a beautiful private suite for you and your guests (and the cost of the appointment gets applied to the cost of the dress). After the appointment I was talking to my family and we all agreed shopping at Silk feels like a wedding dress shopping hack. Feels too good to be true, but it's not. They are extremely transparent about prices, the dress quality is quite impressive, the cost of the dresses are very reasonable, and the staff is so kind. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I'm a bit of a thinker, and needed to take a few hours to make sure I was positive of my selection, the team completely respected that and didn't pressure me. I actually had a second appointment with another store later that day, and while at the appointment my family kept whispering that they missed Erika. I actually cut the appointment short because the store and dresses couldn't top Silk. I got in my car and immediately called Silk to purchase my dress and I'm so excited to wear it on my wedding day. We 'll definitely be back for other family members' dresses in the future. EDIT December 2024 now that my wedding is over: I felt absolutely beautiful and like the best version of myself in my Silk wedding dress on my wedding day. All my guests commented throughout the day that the dress looked as if it were meant for me. I couldn't imagine wearing anything else on my special day. I felt absolutely amazing. I'll add that my "meet the dress" and pick up appointments went absolutely seamlessly. The Silk staff pointed me in the direction of the perfect alterations team at Endres Studio. Additionally, they coordinated the whole dress preservation process and my dress was delivered straight my door 3 months later. From start to finish, my experience at Silk was perfect!

helping me, she said "oh no that's not happening, we're going to find you a dress today." After she said that, I knew I was in the right place. She put on dresses I wanted or had described and could see I wasn't happy with them. She started placing different style dresses on me and then knew what I was looking for. I ended up with a fitted Essence of Australia dress that was off the shoulder and had a beautiful train. I immediately fell in love with the dress and knew it was the one once she put the veil on me. I was getting comments all night long about how beautiful my dress was. I couldn't recommend Silk Bridal more!

en read through all the rave reviews of others who gave Silk Bridal a “5 star” rave review. I noticed that many of these reviews are not all that recent. Let me say READ THE WEBSITE before shopping here. They made it clear that they want this place to be the last place you shop and not the first one, ensuring that they will get the sale. Once they get you to buy the dress, they no longer care about making you feel like a bride AT ALL. You become a number and are treated rudely and gruffly by all. When you think locally owned boutique, you envision personal touch and attention and a very knowledgeable staff. We did not select a veil on the first visit since it was hard to tell how the dress would look in her size 4. Most of the dresses where size 12 and had to be clipped all over. We were waiting for this visit to see the bride to be come out with the dress that fits so we could have our "Wow" moment. Once we realized, as the mother of the bride was trying to find a parking spot, that we were not in a private room, we immediately went to the desk to discuss the issue. We asked for the Manager and Lexi said she was in charge. When she refused to accommodate our request to let her try the dress on in the room, we thought we reserved all she said was no that the rooms are booked for two-hour appointments and the main room is complimentary. We offered to pay extra since rooms were empty except for one. Flat out no!! When we asked for the owner's name Lexi would not give it to us. What LOCAL shop refuses to tell you who the owner is? Our consultant, who knew we were trying to get the room issue resolved before the mother of the bide got there, had already ushered the bride, to be into what could only be compared to as dept store dressing room. When we returned to the open area room, where other brides and their families were also trying on their dress, our bride was out on the pedis tool already. None of us were present. You would think that the consultant would know that this is a big deal and wait to make sure we were present before she came out. We realized quickly that she was just a part time girl who also worked at Starbucks and had no real training. She could not tell us anything about length of veils, what could or not be done to the dress once it was in. You are referred to a tailor since they do not do alterations, which is inconvenient. In fact, after spending all of that money we could not even enjoy the moment and let the bride see the back of the dress. We were handed a hairdresser mirror to see the back. The attendant handed us a few veils but could not tell us any info on what type of veil or length. She had to keep referring to Lexi, who not once checked on us to see how horrible things were going. We missed our "Wow" because they don’t offer that once your dress comes in. Decline the DIAMOND package because you will not want your dress to stay in that shop a minute longer, once you realize what it is really like. We plan on getting our veil somewhere else along with the Tux. The only time they really cared was when I said that I would be leaving them a review. By then we had already missed our "moment" and there was nothing that they could have said at that point. The whole time we were there no one filled those empty rooms, and it would have taken nothing to let us have our moment in that room. Please do not respond to this review SILK Bridal. You didn’t care when we were there, do not pretend to care now. Disappointed Grandmother of the Bride to be!

my ideas for a gown before even entering the shop, I arrived and Jackie, my stylist, had several gowns picked out. She asked me a few more questions and I did not have to look at a single gown. She found the dress of my dreams so quickly. I could not be more grateful. All of my questions were easily answered, and we also found solutions to add my own touch of sparkles.

ing to find my dress. Prior to my appointment Silk had sent me a questionnaire and pictures to help narrow down the gown I was looking for. When I arrived they had pulled four gowns for me to try on and the first one I put on I knew was my dress. You really do get that butterfly feeling when you find the one. They were great to work with through ordering, pick up, alterations, and dropping off to clean/preserve. I didn't want to take my gown off the night of my wedding I loved it that much. My mother and bridesmaids also got their dresses at Silk. The online ordering process was easy for them and everything turned out perfect. I also purchased robes, totes, and my ears/head piece from Silk that were a perfect addition to the wedding day and my bridesmaids loved them. I would recommend Silk to anyone for wedding dresses or bridesmaids dresses.

ners, and Silk had Stella York. I tried on dresses from the first designer at the local boutique and was disappointed with the dresses and the shop overall. However, my experience with Silk Bridal couldn’t have been any better! I went to the Stella York tester trunk show before they transitioned to their new space at the Silk Mill. Chris was fabulous and very attentive! I showed him a few pictures of Stella gowns that I liked online and he ran with it, gathering several gowns for me to try on. The first one blew me away! Every dress after was compared to dress #1, and so I knew that was the one. Silk Bridal was also very detail-oriented and noticed a hole in my gown once it came in. They were able to get a replacement gown quickly so we could proceed with alterations. Interestingly enough, Stella York modified the dress for the line and added fabric under the original “cage train”. So when the replacement gown came in I had a dilemma on my hands - do I keep the extra fabric or not? Both versions were stunning and I truly couldn’t decide! I decided to get rid of the extra fabric to have that cage train look and it was perfect! I’m so grateful to Silk and Chris for easing the tensions of dress shopping and alterations. Also, the new space at the Silk Mill is gorgeous! Definitely recommend putting Silk Bridal Easton at the top of your list for dress shopping!

me a budget friendly gown I would love to wear for my wedding oh and it was April ahead of my September wedding. Chris delivered of course, he is the very best! I found my amazing gown and my veil at Silk for a good price and I felt absolutely amazing. Thank you Chris!!! You are the best!!!!!!

w down the options until I found my perfect dress! Every other store would listen to my description and continue bringing me dresses that weren’t right, but Jackie got it right on the first try. After I purchased the dress, I received a personal, handwritten card in the mail from Jackie saying how happy she was that she could have helped me with this milestone. It was so sweet! When I went back to have alterations done, Cindy was a wizard. She listened to me describe my vision for my long veil not pulling back once I took a step forward and attached tiny clear snaps to the side of my dress so that the veil would stay fanned out the entire way down the aisle. (The only problem was that they couldn’t find them the day of the wedding and I was a little delayed walking down the aisle, but that wasn’t her fault! Just make sure you have your bridesmaids practice a few times before the big day.) I had a wonderful experience with each aspect of dress shopping at Silk and I would recommend them to anyone!

By the time I needed alterations, I had moved to another state, but they were still able to accommodate my limited schedule. The alterations were done by (insert name) at their new location. She was very knowledgable and already anticipated what I wanted/needed altered. (Insert name) did an amazing job, the dress fit me so well and was very comfortable to wear on the day of the wedding! The whole experience was amazing and seamless even with them relocating to their amazing new space! 100% recommend Easton Bridal, Chris was the best and they have an amazing selection of styles for affordable prices!!!

Silk are so knowledgeable and really take the time to listen to what you're looking for. I never felt pressured into anything, and they are extremely accommodating! Before going to Silk, I had gone to a few other local bridal shops, and the other shops didn't even compare to the experience I had at Silk! The customer service was amazing and the entire staff was truly wonderful people. They have your best interest at heart, and truly love what they do. Making all my appointments was such a breeze, and communication was so easy. I am so glad I decided to go to Silk for my wedding dress!

Even after purchasing my dress, the shop was wonderful to deal with, and was nothing but kind and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone!

Emily was my consultant at Christina's. I described and showed pictures of my ideal dress, and she nailed it with the first dress I tried on. I tried on multiple dresses during my appointment, but kept coming back to her first pick. This was the dress I ended up going with. All of the staff I worked with were knowledgeable and so helpful. I felt my dress was missing a little extra bling, and they picked a belt that the seamstress then added to my dress, making it look like it was there all along. Christina even went as far as to order an additional belt that she felt would compliment my dress better than the one we originally picked, and this was the one we ended up adding to the dress. Silk has an amazing variety of bridal and bridesmaid dresses. I am so happy that I chose to go with Silk for my wedding dress. I would absolutely recommend.
