e was excellent. Amelia was always ready to answer our questions and handle rental quantity adjustments as our guest count changed. Both the drop-off and pickup processes were seamless (it was a plus that we didn’t have to be on site for the pickup!) and we appreciated the specific details they have in their contract about how they expect tableware to be returned. The pricing was also reasonable compared to other rental companies. We did find the tableware offerings to be a bit limited in form/style (for example, we didn’t see any offering for a plain white soup bowl, and water glasses/goblets were limited), but the quality of dishware and linens was fantastic. Overall, we were very satisfied with Sparrow Lane’s service and would recommend them to others.

ly a bit of a procrastinator when it came to wedding planning and I reached out to Sparrow Lane not much more than a month before my wedding. My venue was outside of the delivery range for Sparrow Lane and Amelia was so kind as to let me pick-up the rentals—she was so patient and flexible with pick-up timeline and let me change my pickup day twice (and I imagine I picked up the rentals quite a bit earlier than what is standard). Sparrow Lane's rental collections are carefully curated and beyond gorgeous and the customer support is phenomenal—cannot recommend enough!!!! I can't wait to update my review once I get some of my professional photos back—the tables were perfect!
