For just $200 (less than the price of a rental), I outfitted my groomsmen in a gorgeous dark blue suit. When I learned that SuitShop is female-owned with a focus on sustainability, that sealed the deal. Once I decided to go with SuitShop, I joined a 30-minute Zoom call where their staff walked me through the process. I chose my suit and it set me up with a user-friendly portal to track and manage my groomsmen’s orders, and set up reminders. One of the many ways SuitShop differentiates itself from competitors is that it has a dozen or so brick-and-mortar stores across the U.S. where you can get fitted in person if you prefer (you can also get fitted online). Customer service both in-store and online was fantastic.

The best part though, was Suitshop was the only place that offered matching men’s and women’s suits. for my suit and the groomsmen's suits for our wedding on 4/17/21. We could not have been happier that we made the decision and the entire process with the company was seamless and stress free. The Groomsman Suit has excellent customer service. Firstly, my groomsman and I loved that we were able to purchase a quality suit for under $200. That is not always common and we were excited to land a new suit that we could use not only for the big day but also for many years to come. Secondly, the swiftness of receiving the suit was very impressive. Upon order, I received my suit in less than a week. It didn't fit quite right, and in only about a week I got a new suit with a new size in the mail hassle free. A very efficient process even if you decide late and have a tighter timeline. My only small complaint is that the sizes appear to run a bit small. I'm normally a 34 waist and definitely could not come close to fitting into a 34 and had to get a larger size. However, the return process is so simple that if you give yourself enough time this is not even close to a problem! Overall, we really thought things were awesome. We even got matching socks and ties from the site for part of a groomsman gift and those were great as well! 5/5 stars, great work Groomsman Suit!

Groomsman Suit team went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my vision for my wedding was realized in a timely and reasonably priced fashion. My customer service representative was Jeanne. She was always pleasant which kept me calm during the planning process. She listened inventively to what I was envisioning and provided me with several options to choose from. My wedding was in Bermuda and she did everything she could to make sure that we got everything in time and that everything was in order for the big day. Each one of my bridesmaids (yes they wore tuxedos!) and groomsmen was fitted perfectly! I owe this company a world of gratitude. They have made a customer for life! Their speedy response times and pleasant attitude completely put me at ease. The invoicing process was clear and understandable and I received the items exactly when they said I would! Groomsman Suit! The quality of the suits for the groomsmen and the tuxedos for the dads and groom were high and the price would’ve been the around the same if we would’ve rented it! I also really liked the dashboard online on your profile where you can view who has ordered their suit and who hasn’t, which was greatly needed as we had a bridal party of 9 groomsmen and without the dashboard it definitely would’ve been hard to keep track of! The customer service at the Groomsmen Suit is also incredible and should be noted! Everyone was incredibly responsive! I really appreciated that we were able to chat with someone online whenever we had a quick question or clarification. The suits came in a timely manner and was also really great how they didn’t need the old suit before sending out the new suit. The groom needed to trade his pants in for a smaller size, the return and exchange process was incredibly easy to navigate. All of the suits looked really great on the big day and we couldn’t have been happier! I would highly recommend for all couples who are looking at suits and tuxedos!

y wedding day that 1 of them HAD RECEIVED A TUX. Up until I contacted them about the issue they had been helpful, accommodating and responsive. But they ultimately didn’t deliver and didn’t take ownership of their mistake. So if you can’t find another option to buy matching suits at this price point (which I didn’t), make sure to double check EVERYTHING yourself instead of leaving it up to them.
