Natalie brought our dream cake to life for our wedding! I was truly blown away when I saw it on our wedding day. She was great to work with and super responsive. The cake was also absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

I was referred to Natalie from a cousin. She came to the rescue for my sister in law's wedding in July 2021. So of course, I had to have her for my wedding in October 2022. I order a cake and cupcakes and they were a hit. The process of choosing your cake flavor and frosting was a fun experience for my husband and I.

She was amazing. I had the best experience I could ask for. Extremely responsive and the best cake I’ve ever had. My wedding guest ate every piece and would not stop telling me all night how much they loved it. I highly recommend.

Natalie is the sweetest!! Our cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious, and we added Cannolis for our dessert table. It was a hit!!! We chose a lemon cake with raspberry filling and it was light and fluffy and exactly what we wanted. We loved the no contact cake tasting that she offers. Would definitely recommend!!

Our wedding cake was incredible. The samples made it so hard to choose the best flavor but we decided on the Lemon cake and honestly: I'm not a dessert/cake person and after cutting our cake and feeding it to each other, I went back to another quick piece and cleared off the knife for more! I just kept eating it and as my guests laughed I shouted "It's so delicious I can't stop!" Then I went back to the sweetheart table and ate that slice too! Everyone said how beautiful, delicious, moist it was. Highly recommend. The way Natalie decorated it was perfect and exactly what we wanted as well. Thank you so much!

Ok, so where do I start? This review is long overdue. Natalie provided four cakes for us in the span of 8 months. That alone speaks volumes. I came across Natalies work on social media and reached out to her. I had non-traditional flavors in mind. She was able to quickly turn around a wide variety mini tasting cupcakes for us. Easy to work with and listen to my requests. She did my sisters bridal shower cake (April 2021), her wedding cake (May 2021), my birthday cake (May 2021 - the day after the wedding), and my sisters birthday cake (Nov 2021). The cakes were a success. We are obsessed!

As a vegan Bride, finding a good quality vegan wedding cake was a difficult ask and surprisingly few bakers in the area did this. However, Natalie delivered not one but two beautiful and delicious vegan cakes for our wedding. Our guests loved them and my husband and I ate ours at the hotel room at the end of the night. If you are looking for a really good cake and have dietary issues, think about getting Natalie.

Our wedding cake was absolutely a dream come true. I had wanted a Harry Potter themed wedding cake since we started planning in 2019. I told Natalie I wanted it to be classy and beautiful and she definitely delivered! All my guests were in love with the cake and brought our wand favors up during the cake cutting for the most magical memories! This cake was everything I ever wanted and I can't recommend Natalie enough for her amazing work. She is a true gem and not to mention the cake was so delicious! We received many compliments about how yummy it was. Thank you Natalie for making my magical cake dreams come true! <3 :)

LOVED Sweet as Love! With covid in the way, we were not able to do a cake tasting but trusted her with our choices and turned out DELICIOUS. She was able to coordinate the delivery with the restaurant with no issues and we arrived to a beautiful cake. Would definitely recommend!

Natalie is an angel. From the initial request, tasting cakes, to design ideas, to the final product. She made it so easy. My guest could not get over how delicious the cake was. We had no left overs! I will be using Natalie for all my events.

We were frantically trying to find a cake for our July 2nd wedding due to some last minute changes. My search came across Natalie, her work looked absolutely amazing on her website. Better yet, she got back to me SO fast and was the absolute SWEETEST!!!!! She immediately made me as the bride less stressed and we felt so good hiring her. Her cake was absolutely stunning and tasted even better!!!! We will definitely be using her for all of our future events!!!!!

I cannot say enough about Natalie and her beautiful and delicious cakes, etc! My daughter's wedding was cancelled due to Covid and we were in a panic trying to find a wedding cake in a hurry; less than 2 weeks to be exact. Not only did Natalie respond in a few hours, she agreed to the job and I couldn't have been happier. I had a million questions and requests and she was quick to respond and very accommodating. The cake was absolutely gorgeous and our guests were raving about how delicious it was! We also had her make several other desserts for the table and between the beignets, donut holes and cake pops,( which are seriously the best cake pops I have ever tasted) the table was empty by the end of the reception! She even made too much dough for the beignets and so brought about twice what we had ordered. She arranged and decorated the whole table, which was stunning, was prompt and everything was delicious...What more could you ask for??? She is more than reasonably priced and she travelled an hour to our new venue to deliver everything...which btw was in the pouring rain! I will be using her for everything dessert and cake in the future, her designs for every occasion cakes are on her instagram and they are not only pleasing to the eye, but the best cake I have ever had. Natalie, we couldn't be more pleased and I cannot thank you enough for everything!!! It is obvious that she puts her whole heart into all that she bakes...Natalie, you have a gift....thank you for making our day fabulous!!

Natalie went above and beyond to make our cake exactly what we wanted! We wanted a simple cake that would serve just our bridal party and it was the cutest cake with the exact colors that we had for the wedding. I definitely recommend Sweet As Love if your looking for a cake or any treats!

OK I was SO nervous because we were picking a wedding cake without any tasting for my daughter's wedding! We live out of state now and my daughter and her fiance had come out for a weekend to do 3 different cake tastings from other vendors, but she was not happy because none of them would accommodate exactly what she wanted in terms of flavors and size or design. I continued to search and found Natalie who is honestly the nicest most accommodating person! To those of you planning a wedding or special event, you know how important that is! She was willing to make exactly what my daughter wanted. Now, I am a cake person. I LOVE good cake and nothing disappoints me more than going to a wedding with blah cake. This cake was so yummy! The flavors were spot on and so good! Texture was moist and not too dense. I got many compliments. I ordered a 3 tier cake to serve 75 people and each layer was very tall. This served more than 75 for sure and we had cake to spare. I did have some cookies and other stuff so maybe not everyone ate cake. Natalie was right on time with delivery and even came in and set up my entire dessert display for me, even the items I ordered elsewhere. I had some extra flowers from our florist that she added. She took her time and made everything look really beautiful. Those of you doing a DIY wedding reception know just how awesome and helpful that is! One less thing I had to worry about. I could not be more happy about taking this chance!

Natalie was AMAZING! I gave her free reign on freestyle to let her creative juices flow, and I HIGHLY recommend that you do so as well! I told her our corporate party theme was Mardi Gras and she made me a four-tiered cake, complete with an edible hat and corset, and edible masks and feathers, the whole works! I wish I could attach a photo here. I even let her pick the flavors and everything was to die for! She gave me multiple different flavors and everyone’s favorite was definitely the confetti cake flavor. She is just a bundle of joy and was SO EXCITED to personally deliver our cake to us, on time and looking professional! It was a joyful experience and can’t wait to use her services again! Will definitely recommend to friends!!

We reached out to Natalie about half a year before our wedding date to book her for our wedding dessert table. She is the definition of an easy to work with wedding vendor! She was so kind, responsive, provided recommendations based on my ideas, reasonably priced, on-time the day of our wedding, and most importantly...DELICIOUS! Seriously, I was most looking forward to trying her chocolate chip cookies, but I couldn't even get my hands on one because they were eaten by our guests before dinner even started! She even did an incredible job with our dessert display, it turned out way better than my original idea. She does both cakes and desserts, and will make any adjustments you'd like!

Our cake was stunning! We wanted a modern elegant cake that tasted amazing and that is what Sweet as Love provided. The cake was a beautiful multi-leveled and shaped cake with tall slim and short wider levels. Everything we discussed was spot on including the beautiful gold accent that draped the cake. Thank you for making a beautiful piece of art that tasted amazing!

Natalie is awesome! The cake tasting was delicious and gave us the freedom to choose different cake and frosting combinations. We decided to go with two different flavors. Everyone loved the cake and it turned out beautifully. One of the flavors was a caramel apple cinnamon cake which many people loved since it was a fall wedding. Natalie is kind, responsive, professional and creative.

Years ago, my then fiancé & I had an amazing dinner at an awesome restaurant. We ordered pineapple rum cake off their dessert menu & fell in love at first bite. It was super moist, not too sweet and absolute perfection. We knew we HAD to have the cake at our wedding . A year later, we called the restaurant to find out they no longer serve the cake as the pastry chef had left. However, we got lucky as the hostess of the restaurant knew the chef’s fiancé who happened to also be a pastry chef. We got her number and the rest was history. Natalie is a complete pro! She was already “booked” on our wedding day, but offered an alternative to pick up the cake the night before. She also helped us select the perfect size for the amount of guests, design for our budget and was so flexible since we really wanted fresh tropical flowers on the cake. It wasn’t until maybe a week before our special day, when we were coordinating pick up and fresh flowers that I found out it was actually her wedding day as well. We felt so humbled she honored us with baking the wedding cake of our dreams the night before her own wedding. The fresh flowers didn’t time well with the pickup, so Natalie couldn’t decorate, however, our pineapple rum cake tasted so amazing it didn’t even matter!!! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how unique it tastes, not too boozy & not too sweet. It was perfect! We cannot recommend Natalie at Sweet As Love enough! Thank you! ❤️

My wife and I met with Natalie to go over some ideas we had for our wedding cake. We had an idea to have a really cool cake built in front of the guests during our reception. 6" top tier- bruleed millefoglie w/mascarpone chantilly, berries 9" middle tier- chocolate gluten free cake w/ vanilla bean chantilly, berries, swiss buttercream, naked cake style 12" bottom tier- butter cake w/ mascarpone chantilly, berries, swiss buttercream, naked cake style The cake was awesome and the guests really enjoyed the experience of watching her build it. We cannot wait to eat our anniversary cake! Natalie was great to work with. We would highly recommend her.

Sweet as love was a perfect choice for our wedding. We had a Mexican themed wedding and Sweet as Love made us an amazing Mexican pinata cake. Everyone was amazed. We will definitely be recommending them for any future couple we come across. Great choice for local OC area!

Natalie of Sweet as Love is the best. I asked for individual serving size deserts, in an array of different taste treats. She went above and beyond what I asked for, with so many choices in tasty yummies, and all were so pretty and appealing. Everyone at the party asked who did the deserts, and took her card. I will use her for every future party I have. She was extremely professional and did all the set up in an amazingly timely manner. I could not have been happier.

Natalie, at Sweet as Love is a true artist in every way possible. I have had multiple cakes designed by her over the years for several occasions, and her skill and talents are unpara lleled. I will bring up a theme or simply show her an image of what I would like, and she not only has succeeded at creating beautiful cakes, but she has surpassed my expectations each time. She is so professional, punctual and very careful to fulfill each order to your exact criteria. As a result, several of my friends all over Orange and LA Counties have gone straight to her for their BIG DAY, and each of these cakes of all shapes and sizes have wowed guests and become the focal center pieces for the weddings. In addition to being flawless, she also makes them delicious! Her Nutella whips, chocolate, vanillas, lemon, bavarian custards and raspberry fillings are divine, and her cakes are moist and not overly sweet nor too heavy. My guests have always ranted and raved that her cakes taste as phenomenal as they look. Honestly, if you want a cake that will wow your guests, produce beautiful photos and is tailored to meet your specifications, look no further than Sweet as Love!

Natalie did an incredible job with our cake at our wedding. She went above and beyond expectations, was incredibly polite, punctual and creative. Our cake was one of our favorite parts of our wedding, and a lot of our guests commented on how delicious it was. I would hire her again for any event, she is wonderful!

I really wish I could say that Natalie was my wedding cake designer. The only reason she wasn’t is because my wedding took place in another state! She did, however, make the wedding topper for my cake. It was very personalized to us as a couple and she’s a dream to work with. I hope to have another event soon so that she can design a full cake for me. I highly recommend working with her to make your dreams come to life with her designs!

Sweet As Love has made both my daughter's wedding cakes, my son's high school graduation cake and my 50th birthday party cake! They were ALL amazing exceeding my expectations everytime! Natalie made the cake exactly how we wanted it visually and the taste was amazing. It was dense and moist, and the frosting was sweet but not overly sweet. The chocolate filling was also fantastic and all the guests enjoyed it.

Natalie, the owner of Sweet As Love, is a master at what she does. She made me my dream wedding cake! I actually was sad to cut it because it was so pretty!! My wedding was during the summer so we decided to make the cake pineapple and coconut and everyone said it was the most delicious wedding cake they had ever eaten! She also recently made me a ton of gorgeous cupcakes for my baby shower. It was Nightmare Before Christmas themed and the cupcakes came out spooky and so yummy! The shower was in late Fall and Natalie made the cupcakes this amazing cinnamon chocolate flavor. Serious perfection! Natalie is kind, creative, personable and a joy to work with!

Natalie designed the most beautiful cake for our wedding. We got so many compliments on how pretty it was and how delicious it tasted. It was so good that out of a four tier cake, there wasn’t a piece left. One friend said it tasted like it was straight out of heaven!
