If you want a beautiful cake that tastes amazing, look no further! We met Elena at our venue's tasting and her cakes were soo delicious. It was actually difficult to choose between all the flavors she offered (white with strawberry, chocolate, key lime, marble, etc.) but we ended up going with the white cake with strawberry filling and couldn't be happier (I wish I could have another piece as I'm writing this). Elena took all our wants and needs regarding a cake design into account and came through with a gorgeous marble buttercream. Again, we're so so pleased with what she did. Thank you Elena!!

My wedding cake was incredible. Not only did it look beautiful it was so delicious and moist. We received a ton of compliments on the cake’s look and taste. Truly exceeded all my expectations!

We got both the wedding cake and grooms cake from Sweet Tiers. While Elena was wonderful to work with and the cakes were great tasting and very pretty, they got the initials on our cake wrong. Yes, my husbands initial which was clearly confirmed as a 'V', turned into a 'T' which we didn't find out until the reception had already begun and was well under way. It was truly embarrassing when everyone kept asking who 'T' was and making jokes. We had to make sure it wasn't in any wedding pictures as well since it was a prominent part of the cake. Also missing was the cake stand that I had chosen. Elena had her decorator call and apologize after but it seemed too little too late. Great cake, decent price but be careful on what is actually delivered.

Elena was one of the wedding cake vendors recommended to me by my venue as part of our package. We ended up going with Sweet Tiers because we absolutely loved the cake. We upgraded to the chocolate and raspberry liquor flavor and it was worth every penny. We went in for our cake tasting on my fiancé’s birthday and Elena even made a little birthday cake for him so we could try another flavor. Definitely recommend them!

Our cake was just amazing!!! I have a gluten allergy and we even had the most tasty GF extra wedding cake! Highly recommend. It was everything I hoped of! 10/10

We were amazed at our tasting for this cake vendor! The cakes are next level and incredibly decadent. We went for a raspberry lemon flavor and it was a hit for all our wedding guests. I can't say enough wonderful things about Elena and Sweet Tiers! When my husband and I did our wedding cake tasting, she had additional cakes for us to try that we hadn't even chosen prior to our appointment... could not decide in that moment because everything we tried was DELICIOUS! We ended up going with the almond amaretto and it was such a hit! Our wedding cake was stunning. Elena also created the most fantastic rival college themed grooms cake - my husband LOVED IT. She executed the idea perfectly and it was such an epic moment at our wedding, especially when he cut into it and saw my college's colors making up the inside layers of the cake. Can't thank Elena and Sweet Tiers enough!

Elena at Sweet Tiers is the best. I'll never know how she makes her buttercream THAT good!! Not only is her cake the real deal, but her helpful and understanding personality ensures that you will be in love with the design and everything that you're getting. Our wedding cake was so beautiful and everything we wanted and more. The tasting experience was wonderful since it gave us the opportunity to try different award-winning flavors to choose our favorite. We had more than one, so we will have to visit her for another cake soon!

Elena is literally the best baker ever! We absolutely loved our wedding cake tasting, she created exactly what we incisions for our cake. We chose the award winning Marble Godiva White Chocolate Liquor Flavor. Our wedding was at the Pelican Club in July and the cake was absolutely gorgeous and everyone raved about how good the cake was. Our venue packed up the top tier and my mother put it in our freezer and due to the evening being so busy we never got to try the pieces cut for us. The venue boxed it up and sent it home. But when we arrived back home the next day after spending the night in a hotel, some of our family staying at the house thought the cake was so good ate the pieces the venue had saved for us. I reached out to Elena and she created two mini four inch cakes, for us to have and she even went that extra mile to even match the mini cakes to the top tier of our wedding cake. It looked and tasted amazing. She went the extra mile and we were so grateful and surprised at the way she deigned it. She is literally the best! I 10/10 would recommend her every single time!

Sweet Tiers bakes some of the tastiest cakes that we have ever had. I grew up with a Grandma who baked cakes for a living, so I had super high expectations, and Sweet Tiers definitely delivered. I will be ordering cakes from them for any event (not just weddings) in the future :)

Elena was absolutely amazing! My husband is obsessed with donuts and I asked Elena if it would be possible to have donuts instead of a traditional wedding cake. Elena went above and beyond!!! She made several different types. Not only were they stunning, but they were all so delicious. After our wedding everyone came up to us and couldn't stop talking about how good they were. Elena was such a pleasure to work with, I cannot recommend her enough!

Elena's company is the one that our venue contracts with and I am so happy that that is who our venue uses! From the cake tasting to the final product, we could not have asked for a better baker! Elena is top notch and like her company name - she is one of the sweetest people I have come across. It was very clear from our meeting and subsequent conversations (I changed my mind a few times... I am a little indecisive on certain things) that Elena is passionate about her work. All of our guests enjoyed the rich flavor of the cake and commented on the beauty of the cake as well. Elena at Sweet Tiers made all of our wedding dessert dreams come to life! We got married at Pelican Club in October and Sweet Tiers is their partner for wedding cakes. We had previously spoken with Elena because we don’t eat much cake but really love pies and wanted that idea to be a part of our wedding. When we came in town for our menu tasting, we did a dessert tasting that same day as well since the locations are so close to each other. Elena had 4 different flavors of pies ready for us to taste: key lime, banana cream, apple, and cherry. I’m not sure which was our favorite, each one was better than the next, but her banana cream is definitely a staple! We ended up having mini pies for each of our guests and then one regular size pie for us to cut at the wedding. Elena even made us a pie to take home! She put so much hard work into making our wedding pie dreams a reality that we never even knew could happen! She really took the time to work with us, even when our idea was a little crazy. After working with her, I can only imagine how delicious her cakes are!

I could not have imagined a more perfect cake! We chose a style that was not ordinary and were worried we wouldn’t find the right baker for the task- until we went to Sweet Tiers! Elena was wonderful and so kinds- she’s like the fairy godmother of wedding cakes!! It was pure perfection and I can’t recommend Sweet Tiers more!

Elena is wonderful to work with! For my wedding cake I had a photo of something I was looking for and my cake for my wedding was beyond perfect! The flavor and consistency of the cake was delicious we had the flavors key lime and the other being lemon cello with raspberry filling. I recommend any future brides to use this amazing company that provides the most beautiful delicious cakes !

Elena is so incredibly talented and so so sweet!!! She created the wedding cake of our dreams, between the presentation and incorporating our pups and also the unbelievable flavors, I will never go anywhere else for a cake!! Elena made our wedding cake and not only was it beautiful, but it was DELICIOUS! She made us a 4 tier vanilla cake with strawberry filling and buttercream frosting, it was to die for! We already cannot wait for another bite on our one year wedding anniversary!

Sweet Tiers was hands-down, the absolute best cake we’ve ever tasted! We tried several bakeries and none came close to comparing. Every flavor we tried was delicious, and our cake decoration turned out exactly how we envisioned it. We highly recommend visiting Elena to see how incredible your experience can be too!

Elena madd our cake for our wedding at Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa on May 1st, and it was absolutely amazing ! Super delicious and elegantly designed. I wouldn't of wanted it any other way, so grateful we went with Sweet Tiers !

Elena was so amazing to work with! Not only is she just the sweetest, but her cakes are to die for! We got married 2/20/21 and after sampling a few we decided to go with the traditional white cake with key lime filling and buttercream icing! Everyone couldn’t stop taking about how delicious it was (and perfect for that Florida feel we were going for). I told her what my overall theme and colors were and pretty much let her creative expertise do the rest as far as the design of our cake and wow did she outdo herself! I remember sitting at our sweetheart table and kept telling my husband “wow, just look how beautiful our cake is!”. It was so yummy in fact that in all honesty we ate our cake topper the day after our wedding with a bottle of champagne and I have no regrets about that. Will just be ordering a cake from Elena for our one year anniversary 🤤 She really does some splendid work and you won’t be sorry you chose her for your special day!!

Elena from Sweet Tiers was fantastic! She worked with us on every aspect of design from efficiency in the layer sizes to practical solutions to our elaborate ideas. She created a delicious masterpiece that everyone at the wedding enjoyed! The cake was so delicious, we ate the top tier within a week after the wedding. Who needs traditions when you have award-winning cake?
