dding. The owner, Kristin, was made aware of the issues and told me she would refund me. However, I am still waiting for the refund over a month later. I would be very cautious if you are going to book them, but I would not recommend them.

long, wordy and not as clear as they could be. I flew myself home to do a hair/makeup trail, I went while the salon was under construction and was warned but I walked into a salon with windows out, hammering, drilling, no floors, type of under construction.. I was a bit thrown off that there was not a better effort to at least better work around the construction - I get it, its not always easy.. My stylist showed up in dirty sweats, a t-shirt and flip flops and the trial was not great and I was honest and we worked out a plan but nervous beyond belief -  you sign your life away to a contract before anyone touches your hair or makeup, so you can't take a different direction without losing cost. When I got my final invoice, it was significantly more expensive than what I was quoted - goes back to wordy emails poorly explaining their services.. When I asked for clarification on the pricing, Christina went in on me, telling me I was wrong and couldn't "clearly read" her emails - emphasizing words in all caps and her tone was blatantly rude. This was the last thing I wanted to deal with. After this I counted this as the loss for my wedding day and planned accordingly by having a simple hair and make up plan so I could fix it if needed. My stylist did a great job with makeup on my wedding day, but my hair (half up/half down with curls) was not good, she did work with me when I asked for adjustments, but the curls fell out an hour after she was done and there's nothing like trying to frantically curl your crispy hair sprayed hair when you're the bride on your wedding day. Your hair and make up needs to be something you are set on and comfortable with -   I do not recommend as it threw a wrench in my planned out wedding budget to be charged more than initially thought and I recommend to not waste your time dealing with poor and unprofessional customer service. 

ightmare. Communication was terrible. In the weeks leading up to my wedding, she repeatedly ignored my emails about the invoice and day-of timeline. She didn’t reply until the Monday before my wedding, despite multiple follow-ups. When we discussed timing, I told her makeup needed to be done by 12:30. Christina said one artist would have to start at 6am, or I could add a second artist and start at 8am. I agreed to the second stylist, and we reduced services from 7 people to 6 since one girl didn’t want makeup anymore. She sent an updated invoice charging $300 for the extra stylist, which she later lowered to $200 after I pushed back. I later found out a friend who used Team Glam for her June wedding in the same city wasn’t charged anything for her second stylist. When I asked about honoring the same rate, Christina ignored two of my follow-up emails, finally replying the week of my wedding with a vague explanation about “different situations.” To make matters worse, Christina sent me a new invoice that removed the extra stylist altogether, saying I could only add one if I booked 7 services. At that point it was two days before my wedding, so I gave up and paid the $200 plus the 7 services. In the end, we finished makeup early and didn’t even need the extra stylist, and to top it off, the stylist was told I hadn’t paid, which was untrue. The artists deserve five stars for their skill, but Christina’s lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent pricing turned what should’ve been a seamless process into unnecessary stress during my wedding week. I would not recommend Team Glam for any wedding services.

d, she asked if I remembered which products we had used at the trial—despite having taken photos of the exact products for my look. I’m not sure why it became my responsibility to recall those details. I had requested just a few small tweaks from the trial: a little extra blush and a brighter under-eye. There was no mirror in front of me as she worked, so I couldn’t see the process. When she finished my eyes, her exact words were, “I’m so happy I went darker with the eyes.” I never asked for this change, and it left me confused. I had wanted a soft glam look, but what I received came across as full-on glam. Looking back at the photos, I feel it doesn’t even look like me—I would never choose such heavy eye makeup, and I’m truly saddened by this. In the adrenaline of the day, I didn’t take a close enough look or compare to my trial photos, so I do take some responsibility for not speaking up in the moment. However, that’s the purpose of a trial—to establish the exact look for the big day. Looking back at my trial photos, I realize I was much happier with that version. At the trial, she wasn’t distracted, asked questions throughout, and followed the plan. On the day itself, that wasn’t the case. On a positive note, my hair was exactly as we discussed in the trial—she checked in with me along the way and delivered perfectly. I just wish the same care and attention had been given to my makeup

to life. Special shout out to my hair stylist, Emily R, who looked at several inspo pics I brought and helped me combine a few styles and figure out what suited me best. What she ended up creating was beyond my expectations! The admin team was also helpful in planning how to get myself, 9 bridesmaids, my mom, and my aunt all ready before 1 PM on my wedding day. I ended up having 4 stylists (2 hair, 2 makeup), and they were all kind, professional, efficient, and amazing at what they do! All of my bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup which can be rare. I felt so beautiful and confident. I'm so thankful I chose Team Glam!!

I had a few questions before the wedding, and she answered them immediately. The entire process went smoothly, and Carly did an exceptional job!

One of my bridesmaids cut her hair really short right before the wedding- I wasn't sure how it would turn out but Kristin came up with an elegant and glamorous style. Heather did our makeup and she did an amazing job!! I felt like I still looked like myself, but way better than usual, and all my bridesmaids loved their makeup too. Not only did both of them do a fantastic job, they had everyone's hair and makeup done with time to spare despite our wedding being on the early side. Chelsea did my hair and Savanna did my makeup and they both are rock stars! They are so professional and fast! They listened to exactly what everyone wanted and executed it perfectly! My bridesmaids told me over and over how happy they were with their hair. My sister told me she was happier with her hair for my wedding than she was for her own! Carly did my trial hair and I completely changed it on her the day of. It didn't seem to affect her one bit. She said she loved my new choice and went with it. We were pressed for time at the very end when she was doing my hair and she went so fast to accommodate and STILL did an excellent job!! Even stayed late to help me with my veil. She left us bobby pins and hair spray for the "just in case" moments but there weren't any, which is always a plus with hair. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice of choosing Team Glam for hair for my wedding.

They really listened to what we wanted. Carly even brought extra hair pieces my girls were able to use that looked perfect on many of them. All of the girls hair and make up lasted all day, even though we started early, and had a very humid day! I can’t say enough great things about Team Glam!

This was not noted in the invoice anywhere. I had another team doing my makeup and hair. One of the stylists (I believe the owner) came into the room where I was getting my hair done and sat on my bed to “learn and watch” how my stylist was doing my hair. She told my stylist she wanted a free lesson from her. My hair stylist was also offended. Before my wedding, I had a question regarding the invoice and how I should divide between my bridesmaid’s. The owner’s response was, “did you read the invoice at the bottom?” I explained I did but needed additional clarification. She called me right away (which I appreciated). After talking it through, her response was, “can you just ask your fiancé to divide it up for you?” As a bride, the extra stress of this was not what I wanted to deal with the day of my wedding. I will say, my bridesmaids all looked beautiful. If you’re looking for a FULL positive experience, I do not recommend. If you’re willing to risk a poor customer experience, they will still do a nice job with hair and makeup.

I have some friends that recently got engaged, who are currently planning their wedding and asked who did my make up because they want Team Glam for themselves.
