As a bride who has been in about eight weddings, it was most important to me that I still looked like myself on my wedding day. Savannah (MUA) and Carly (Hair) had me looking BEYOND stunning and my husband could not get over how much I still looked like me. My hair and make-up lasted all night and even survived my crying through my entire wedding ceremony. The team is very professional but also makes the atmosphere fun and relaxing. BOOK BOOK!

Jelena from Team Glam Detroit did an amazing job with everybody’s makeup. We had compliments from every guest! She was so friendly and professional and is truly so talented. I felt so beautiful on my special day and it was all thanks to Jelena!

My hair style stayed in place for the entire day and Carly walked me through transitioning my hair to an up-do for my ceremony. She also did my mother’s hair and makeup, which turned out beautifully. We were both so pleased with the results. She was professional, kind, and overall, an incredible artist. She arrived on time and got to work right away. Carly was very responsive with communication. I had a few questions before the wedding, and she answered them immediately. The entire process went smoothly, and Carly did an exceptional job!

Team Glam Detroit was recommended to me by my wedding planner and they did a fabulous job! Kristin is so professional and knowledgeable; after my trial she had advice to make my hair look even better on my wedding day, and it looked flawless even after 12 hours, lots of dancing, and multiple veil/hairpiece changes. One of my bridesmaids cut her hair really short right before the wedding- I wasn't sure how it would turn out but Kristin came up with an elegant and glamorous style. Heather did our makeup and she did an amazing job!! I felt like I still looked like myself, but way better than usual, and all my bridesmaids loved their makeup too. Not only did both of them do a fantastic job, they had everyone's hair and makeup done with time to spare despite our wedding being on the early side. Chelsea and Kristin did mine and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding day and I would book them again and again!! Kristin made the whole process so easy, and is so professional and on top of It. I still feel so lucky to have worked with Team Glam Detroit on my wedding day. TGD made everyone feel and look GORGEOUS! They did 11 girls hair/makeup, was done on time and the whole morning went by smoothly. Me (bride), all of my bridesmaids and the mom's were SO happy with the results. The team was approachable with the couple changes the girls wanted to make and without question fixed it perfectly. We all left in awe at how beautiful we looked. Kristin did my hair and Valerie did my makeup! I had endless compliments and literally felt like the most beautiful bride that anyone has ever seen. I cannot recommend TGD enough!

Team Glam is the AMAZING! First of all, Kristin is so easy to communicate with and talk to. I had multiple questions and even ended up moving my wedding date and she was very accommodating. She would even text/call me to verify things and made me feel at ease. I ended up getting extensions and they turned out so perfect. She matched my color for me. Chelsea did my hair and Savanna did my makeup and they both are rock stars! They are so professional and fast! I ended up getting a second trial done with Chelsea when I got my extensions and she made me feel so comfortable and wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She even ended up cutting my extensions more on my wedding day. She made my look turn out perfect, better than I could have imagined. She also made my bridal party look great! Savanna is the best at makeup. She made everyone feel so beautiful including me! I changed up from when I did my trial and I couldn't have asked for better. Overall so professional and great work. highly recommend!!

I work in the beauty industry so hair and makeup services for me held a lot of pressure and they delivered. We had a massive group and every single one of us looked GORGEOUS. My bridesmaids all said they had never felt more beautiful. I changed my hairstyle up from my trial ON MY WEDDING DAY and Kristin nailed it beyond my expectations. Every bride wants to look and feel amazing on their wedding day. Team Glam Detroit made my dream come true! My wedding was originally planned for the summer of 2020. After months go by after postponing our wedding, I realized the date on my new contract was wrong. Kristin called me right away after I panicked and helped figure everything out. Amazing service! KEVIN is the absolute best he is truly gifted! My hair looked amazing and he really knows how to put a bride at ease! We had 20 girls getting ready Snd the entire team was amazing! When choosing a hair and makeup company for our wedding it initially seemed like a very daunting task. Once I found Team Glam Detroit I knew they were exactly what I was looking for. I am so glad that I worked with Team Glam for my wedding! Hair and makeup is so important for your big day and can be an intimidating choice when looking for a vendor. With Team Glam Detroit, I was confident we'd look our best. For my bridal shower, Carly was able to come to my home to do my hair and makeup and it turned out beautiful! For my wedding, Savannah was my makeup artist and Chelsea was my hair stylist. My hair and makeup turned out amazing and I felt so beautiful for my wedding day while still feeling like myself! We also had Brie and Chantal onsite to help with bridesmaid's hair and makeup. Everyone absolutely loved their hair and makeup and were so impressed with how their hair and makeup stayed all night. Finding a hairstylist for my wedding day was so difficult after looking at hundreds of pictures of other companies work online, until I found TGD! Brie did absolutely amazing on all of our hair and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. Each of my bridesmaids mentioned how sweet Brie was while doing their hair, and we all got so many compliments about how well great she did! Everyone’s hair was different, but all somehow went together and looked amazing in pictures! I can’t say enough amazing things about TGD and the entire team!

I was extremely nervous to pick people to do our hair for my wedding. I did my RESEARCH: reading reviews, looking at Instagram and websites for photos, etc. I ended up going with Team Glam Detroit and I'm so happy I did! Carly and Lauren were amazing!! They were both there on time and went straight to work. They listened to exactly what everyone wanted and executed it perfectly! My bridesmaids told me over and over how happy they were with their hair. My sister told me she was happier with her hair for my wedding than she was for her own! Carly did my trial hair and I completely changed it on her the day of. It didn't seem to affect her one bit. She said she loved my new choice and went with it. We were pressed for time at the very end when she was doing my hair and she went so fast to accommodate and STILL did an excellent job!! Even stayed late to help me with my veil. She left us bobby pins and hair spray for the "just in case" moments but there weren't any, which is always a plus with hair. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice of choosing Team Glam for hair for my wedding.

Team Glam is absolutely amazing. From the start, Kristin was wonderful and let me know all of the details of our day, including which girls would be present for me to review their work. Carly and Savanna were a dream team for hair and make up. Not only are they incredibly kind, but they are so experienced and made me, my girls, and mother in law look and feel so beautiful. They really listened to what we wanted. Carly even brought extra hair pieces my girls were able to use that looked perfect on many of them. All of the girls hair and make up lasted all day, even though we started early, and had a very humid day! I can’t say enough great things about Team Glam!

I was referred to Team Glam Detroit from my bridesmaid who previously had a great experience with them… but I did not. My bridesmaids were offended at how they were being talked to during their hair service from their requests all the way to payment. One of my bridesmaid’s were told they would be charged extra because she has long hair (no extensions). This was not noted in the invoice anywhere. I had another team doing my makeup and hair. One of the stylists (I believe the owner) came into the room where I was getting my hair done and sat on my bed to “learn and watch” how my stylist was doing my hair. She told my stylist she wanted a free lesson from her. My hair stylist was also offended. Before my wedding, I had a question regarding the invoice and how I should divide between my bridesmaid’s. The owner’s response was, “did you read the invoice at the bottom?” I explained I did but needed additional clarification. She called me right away (which I appreciated). After talking it through, her response was, “can you just ask your fiancé to divide it up for you?” As a bride, the extra stress of this was not what I wanted to deal with the day of my wedding. I will say, my bridesmaids all looked beautiful. If you’re looking for a FULL positive experience, I do not recommend. If you’re willing to risk a poor customer experience, they will still do a nice job with hair and makeup.

Team Glam did my hair and make up for me, my bridesmaids, and moms for my wedding a couple weeks ago and I am still OBSESSING over how everyone looked! Everyone felt and looked amazing! Guests at my wedding said it was the best make up/ hair they have ever seen for a wedding party! I have some friends that recently got engaged, who are currently planning their wedding and asked who did my make up because they want Team Glam for themselves. Team Glam Detroit came highly recommended by a friend who had used them for her wedding and by my coordinator LDT Events. We had 15 girls who all needed hair done and some that wanted makeup done as well and a 1:00 PM ceremony to be ready for. Team Glam Detroit totally came through and everyone looked so beautiful and natural glam. One bridesmaid even said she looked better than on her own wedding day. All I can say is WOW! I was just a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding and this team of women is so incredibly talented, fun and professional I just had to leave a review for them. EVERYONE in the entire bridal party looked absolutely stellar. Where do I begin?! Kristin and her team are THEE BEST hair and make up team around... like seriously!!!! I have been in my fair share of weddings in the past and have never been satisfied with my outcome with other companies. Once it was my turn to be the bride I did a lot of research on hair/make up companies for my big day. I wear make up almost everyday, and I knew I wanted a more “full glam” look for my wedding day and Team Glam did just that! Not only did I look flawless, so did my entire bridal party!!!! Team glam Detroit was by far the easiest pick for the wedding! My entire bridal party looked amazing and had a great time getting ready in the morning. The team was on time and really listened to what each girl wanted and didn’t want. Everyone was super professional and made sure everyone felt comfortable and beautiful before they left! Everyone loved their work and everyone got compliments throughout the night about how well they looked and how their hair and makeup stayed beautiful throughout the evening!!

Savanna did our make-up for my wedding in January, and my bridesmaids and I couldn't have been happier! Savanna is so sweet, talented and accommodating, and we were so lucky to work with her. I've had my makeup done a few times in the past and never actually really liked the final look. It was so different with Team Glam Detroit. Savanna listened to everything I wanted, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park! I had some pretty bad stress acne on the morning of my wedding, and she completely hid it without making me look cakey or overdone. She's a magician. I just had my engagement photos done - and was lucky enough to have Val from Team Glam Detroit do my makeup for our photoshoot! Savanna did my makeup and bridesmaids’ makeup for my wedding! I had my original makeup team back out on me at the last minute and Savanna and Kristin were so prompt with their replies and were able to accommodate me and my large bridal party last minute! They were a life-saver!! Savanna was wonderful and super accommodating. She was very organized, timely, and made sure we were all ready in plenty of time! I got so many complements on everyone’s makeup! I would highly recommend working with Team Glam Detroit.

Kristin and the team were fantastic. I did engagement photos and a wedding trial before the big day - the professionalism and quality is unmatched. They brought my vision to life for not only my look, but all my 9 bridesmaids. The team worked quickly and with great attention to detail. Team Glam was amazing to work with! Although I sifted through dozens of make up artists’ pages, Team Glam stood out to me and I am so happy I made the decision to go with them. Kristin did my hair for my engagement pictures and I absolutely loved it! My curls held ALL day and into the next day as well. She was super receptive to what I wanted and worked with my schedule to accommodate me. She was very professional and kind as well, I had a great experience!

I am a very simple girl and I am not a fan of a lot of make up or fancy hair so I knew this part of my wedding would probably be a struggle. I was so very wrong! Kristin and her team were very accommodating for everyone’s different styles/likes and made everyone look stunning, and everyone was pleased with the whole outcome. Honestly, I was so nervous to pick a beauty team that I had never used before. I read reviews like crazy and talked to a few different ones over phone/email. The second I talked on the phone to Kristin at Team Glam Detroit I instantly felt relieved! She listened to my every desire and calmed my worries. When my trial came around, my initial thoughts were confirmed. Her and Val (makeup artist) were SO sweet and offered up great ideas and made me feel great! I was so happy with Team Glam Detroit that Kristin now does my hair regularly! She helped me with my hair color the week before the wedding, I barely gave her any thoughts of what I wanted and she made it look perfect. She even walked next door with me to the bridal boutique to help me pick out hair pieces that would go with the style we were planning on! From start to finish, Kristin was very communicative and helpful. She always answered my texts/calls and made me feel very special throughout the whole thing. On the big day, her team was prompt, efficient, and made everyone look and feel AMAZING! So happy with how everyone's hair and makeup turned out. These girls were wonderful to have with me on my wedding day. They were on time professional and fun! We had 8 hair and 6 makeup and they made us all feel beautiful and got it done on time. We felt comfortable and relaxed and loved the work they did! We loved team glam!

Team Glam did a great job for my engagement shoot and wedding . They girls were on-time, professional, and polite which made the day go very smoothly. My bridesmaids and I really loved our make-up, it wasn't too heavy and everyone looked like themselves (but better!) and it lasted the ENTIRE day even though it was very hot and humid outside. I would definitely recommend.

Kristin and her team are AMAZING! They did a great job getting all the bridesmaids and the bride ready for the big day. I only planned on getting my hair done and then as soon as I seen Valerie pull out the airbrush foundation I knew I wanted my makeup done. It was my first time getting airbrush foundation and it turned out FABULOUS!! She was a pro at matching the right foundation color. I showed Kristin a hairstyle off Pinterest and she nailed it. It was fun seeing the pictures of all the bridesmaids and bride getting ready on their Instagram page!

I had the BEST experience with Kristin! She came to my home for both the trial and day-of for bridal hair and makeup. I completely changed my mind for the look I wanted after the trial and I sent her countless pictures and text messages talking through ideas. She was patient and collaborative and in the end she made my vision a reality! I felt gorgeous on my wedding day and I'm so glad that she was the one getting me glammed up that day. 😁 Thank you Kristin!!!

I wasn’t convinced I wanted my make up done for the wedding I was standing but once I saw the other ladies make up, I was convinced! Everyone’s make up looked AMAZING! Highly recommend! Hair, also, GREAT! And the ladies were also AWESOME! Everyone was super nice and fun to work with!

Val did my bridal makeup as well as my bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids and my mom’s. I could not have dreamed of having a better experience than I had with Val! Not only is she very talented, she is so kind and easy to work with. She took her time and made sure to understand what each woman wanted and what they felt comfortable with. My mom doesn’t ever wear makeup and wanted a natural look. (And Carol isn’t easy to please!) Val took everything my mom said into consideration and made her feel comfortable the entire time and made her feel like a celebrity but still looking like herself. Our makeup stayed put the entire day (about noon until 3am) and didn’t look caked on or over the top. I am so thankful I was able to have Team Glam Detroit and Val be such a huge part of my wedding day and would refer them to anyone!

I love Kristin & her team!!!! Kristin did my bridal hair on the day of my wedding after I completely changed the original look we chose. She works wonders!!! I have been going to Kristin for years for my color, cut, and updos. It was one of the easiest decision to book her to do my bridal party's and my hair on my wedding day. She did an exceptional job for my shower, trial, and wedding! Kristin is creative and loves what she does and it shows. She will make your vision come to life. On my wedding day, she and her team were on time, efficient, patient, and calming! She made the whole experience so smooth. I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. I recommend her without hesitation to all my friends!

Kristin and Angelina were amazing from beginning to end! I literally felt like a princess on my wedding day! I received sooo many compliments on my hair and makeup! I had some extensions, but they were done so professionally you would never know. Kristin perfected my hair color prior to the wedding and the color is so rich and flattering. They helped me pick a style that best accentuated my personal style. The trial was fabulous and done with as much care as my actual wedding day. It was so great having them be a part of my special day!

The photos above are beautiful! But sadly, my experience wasn't. I left my hair and makeup trial with a few tears in my eyes, and they left streaks in my airbrush makeup and caused a fake eyelash to fall. (Not ideal if you think you might cry on your wedding day.) Ultimately, I'm thrilled I did a trial. I was able to see ahead of time that I'm not a perfect match for them. But, it cost me $180, and I had nothing to show for it by the time I got home. For me, that was really unfortunate and upsetting. So, if you're considering Team Glam Detroit, make sure you do a trial! My guess is you'll leave feeling absolutely amazing... or in my case, absolutely awful.

Kristin did an amazing job on my bridal party! She was very responsive in communication prior to my Big Day! Day and night she would respond to my messages and even helped me pick between a million headband options! She was early on the day of and super organized! She got right to work and kept everyone on schedule! Most importantly my hair lasted all night and my pictures turned out amazing!!! Our makeup from her team was also above and beyond what we expected! You can’t go wrong with Team Glam Detroit!!!

Just got my professional pictures back from my wedding! I’m so happy I went with Kristin and Valerie for hair and makeup. Everyone in my bridal party looked so beautiful! Valerie did such an amazing job on my makeup. She really achieved the look I was going for, timeless and oh so elegant. Valerie is a true artist and the look I had in my mind for all 7 of my bridesmaids she not only achieved but, she surpassed on so many levels. One thing especially is that my girls and I didn’t have to do any touch ups If we didn’t want to throughout the entire day and evening. Our makeup stayed put without looking heavy and was just flawless. I loved everything about my makeup as well as my bridesmaids makeup!! I highly recommend choosing Valerie for your upcoming special day!! I had flower crowns for my bridesmaids hair and Kristin did such an awesome job! I couldn’t of been happier with how the crowns looked in my girls hair.
