of our wedding I was confident that she would bring our vision to life and she did. I didn’t need to worry about coordinating with other vendors, setting up decorations, or maintaining a timeline. She did that all for us. So grateful to have worked with her because it made our day go perfectly!

Many venues also forget that most brides have never been through wedding planning before, but Katie made the entire process feel effortless. She guided me through every step, answered all my last-minute questions, and was my go-to person for everything. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. I recommend her to every single person planning a wedding — she’s incredible!

a very challenging timeline to create, due to our first look, ceremony, and reception locations all being different. This did not phase Katie at all and she worked with us to create an intricate and thorough timeline that enabled us to be totally at ease and present on our day and soak up every moment. Katie kept track of the vision I had for the wedding, all of our decor pieces, our priorities and needs for the day, and smoothed over any issues or potential trouble spots that our day presented. Katie offered to attend my Catholic Mass wedding ceremony rehearsal the night before our wedding, on her own time, and is a huge reason why our ceremony turned out so beautifully. She lined everyone in the wedding party up and ensured that everything would run smoothly the next day. This was so valuable to have for my peace of mind as a Bride. Katie also offered to drive (in her own car!) floral arrangements that were to be repurposed from the church to the reception venue. This was a huge weight lifted. When our reception venue told us two weeks before our wedding that they would not be able to set our tables as planned, Katie and her assistant stepped up and went to our venue the morning of our wedding to help our family members decorate the venue (she even offered to decorate everything herself, but we had an Aunt that wanted to help as well!). This included placing bud vases, candles, and place cards for 20 tables, in addition to adding beautiful touches throughout the venue and executing my vision perfectly. Even with being a control freak, I did not worry at all the morning of my wedding because I knew that Katie was at my venue helping my loved ones turn my dreams into reality. Throughout the reception, I was very nauseous due to nerves (happy nerves!) and all of the emotions of the day. Katie was such a calming presence during this moment and ensured that I was hydrated, utilized her wedding emergency kit for nausea remedies such as ginger, and more. For any issue that could potentially occur, Katie was already prepared with a plan B and a positive attitude. If you are someone who does not want to hire a wedding planner, but wants to feel the security of knowing that someone has your back every step of the way during those last couple of months leading up to the day, HIRE KATIE. She is without a doubt the most genuine, kind, sweet, and warm soul who will advocate for you and your wedding dreams every step of the way. We are endlessly grateful.
