Brittany and Brooke did my hair and make up on my wedding day, along with 3 bridesmaids, 2 mothers and a flower girl. They were so quick and efficient that we were ahead of schedule and had more time to relax before the craziness started. Everyone looked amazing! The flower girl stated she felt like a princess. I can’t speak highly enough about the services they provided. I highly recommend both of them!

Wow where do I even begin with Brittany and Brooke??!!! Let’s just say, they are the dream team who make you feel so loved and beautiful the second they walk in your door. I had the privilege of having Brittany and Brooke glam up my girls and I on my wedding day on August 11th and I could not have been happier with the results, and my bridesmaids would say the very same thing. We jammed out to wedding day getting ready music and they worked so efficiently, it was so impressive how efficiently they worked the entire morning and afternoon. I’d like to give a shoutout to both Brittany and Brooke for being so patient with me, when I changed my mind with my hair about a million different times, not once did Brittany ignore my 100 texts, rather she was super quick to respond with a “yes” and a smiley face every single time! All I can say is absolutely amazing!!! I am a very hard person to please when it comes to hair and she went above and beyond what I ever expected. Brittany and Brooke are so much fun and really kept me calm and happy. All of my bridesmaids looked absolutely flawless. I would HIGHLY recommend booking with them!

I feel so glad and lucky that I chose The Beauty Factory to be a part of my wedding! They were able to come to my Airbnb and were a blast to have the morning of my wedding. They ended up doing hair and make up for 9 people in my wedding and they did an absolute great job! They were on time and even let me add one person for make up the day of the wedding. Brittany & Brooke were wonderful hair & makeup artists. They took care of myself, 5 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, and grandmother with ease. I recently just got married on 3.29.19 and am so HAPPY and feel so fortunate that I found Brittany from The Beauty Factory to do my Bridal hair! My bridesmaids, family, and I all loved our hair for the wedding! I felt instantly welcomed when I met Brittany back in August for my first hair trial and knew that she was the one for me. Her work is phenomenal!! Brittany is also so organized, which every bride wants for their big day. She truly is the sweetest, most genuine person that cares so much about others! Following my trial, I began to go to Brittany for other services such as hair color, cut, and spray tanning, which are AMAZING! I always receive so many compliments after getting my hair done by her. I love that she really takes her time to create the vision you want! On the wedding day, Brittany arrived on time and kept us all on schedule. She did such a great job with everyone's hair. She really blew me away and went above and beyond for us! I had the best time working with both Brittany and Brooke! We had a multi-day multi-event wedding and they were with me throughout it all. They made all my Indian bridal dreams come true! They were absolutely phenomenal to work with and so professional. I completely trusted them to bring my looks to life and I have never had more compliments! I can’t say enough about Brittany and the service she has provided to me. She is so talented and so sweet! I found her on The Knot for my wedding, knowing I wanted to build a relationship, I had her style my hair and do my makeup for my engagement photos. It was all flawless. I then began traveling three hours to have her color my hair and prep my entire hair routine for my wedding day. Having her as my hair and makeup artist on my wedding day was one of my best choices! She even styled 8 girls hair in addition to my needs. She arrived on time, looking beautiful ready to make us look amazing & everyone loved her! I’m thankful to have found her!

Brittany is fabulous! Through the planning process, she was accommodating, professional, and sweet. I had to have two trials because I couldn't make up my mind about the style (#brideprerogative). Brittany took the time to walk me through what I liked and didn't like in order to guide me to a style that was perfect for my wedding day. On the day of, she showed up on time with lots of energy and a positive attitude. She did a fabulous job with my hair and that of all my bridesmaids. Our group of 7 had a range of hair lengths and hair types, but she was unfazed and soon had everyone looking lovely. I was so happy with my hair - and my particular style (half up) stayed beautifully through ceremony, dinner, and dancing. Thank you so much, Brittany!

My experience working with Brittany and Brooke was great! They understood exactly what I was wanting and executed it perfectly! I originally liked my make up during the trial, but after looking at it awhile, decided I wanted my eye make changed. Brooke did a great job at knowing what I wanted by pictures and my explanation without me having to do an extra trial. Brittany was able to take two pictures I showed her for hair and mesh them together to give me exactly what I wanted! My hair and make up looked wonderful and stayed on all night! Brittany also did a spray tan for me a few days before the wedding. It was my first ever spray tan and she made me feel really comfortable and and the experience easy. The tan looked GREAT!! Not too dark but a beautiful bridal glow. I also had a girl try to skip out on the services she signed up for. I had verified with her about five times before the wedding (wanting to make sure she understood and had the funds to pay for her services) and Brittany handled the situation like a pro (thanks again Brittany)!! The only thing I wish I would have understood better when I signed the contract that Brittany and Brooke would be the only stylists, and that my large party would have to start earlier to fit everyone in. After seeing the timeline and reviewing the contract, it made sense. I just felt silly for not fully understanding beforehand. I will say, despite early appointment times, everyone looked amazing! Hair and make up stayed on all day and night long! Definitely worth the early start times! Thank you again Brittany and Brooke!!!

Brittany was fantastic and SO easy to work with. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My makeup was flawless and we so beautiful. Brittany was very accommodating to all of our needs and really exceeded my expectations. So lucky to have her be part of my big day!!

Brittany is absolutely amazing, her and her assistant came to my hotel room early in the morning to start the 13 person hair process for my big day. She was so accommodating to everyone's hair do requests, her professionalism and amazing personality was very comforting throughout the day. Brittany did an absolutely amazing job! All the way from my first email, through my trial, and throughout my wedding day, she was a rockstar! She listened to my ideas and came up with the perfect plan and hair that fit my style and feel of my wedding. I wish I had gotten to work with Brittany a little more during my wedding day for my make-up, her friend and other stylist did most of my makeup under the direction of Brittany, but I was well taken care of! I found Brittany while looking for a hair stylist for my 5/26/18 wedding. I was lucky enough to find her and she was extremely flexible given my out of state wedding planning and limited availability. During our trial at her salon (which was only 2 days before), she really understood what I was looking for and remembered those details when it came to the big day. Her personality made her incredibly easy to talk to about anything and everything, and she felt like just one of the girls! I would highly recommend Brittany for any special occasion updos or styling, or even as your regular hair stylist as she is undeniably talented in many areas!

Brittany did a wonderful & amazing job on my wedding day hair & makeup! I cannot thank her enough! She is such a sweet individual and will really respond to any requests you have. Since my wedding was outdoors she used techniques and products that were designed to withstand the element & emotions. By the end of the night my hair and makeup looked just like it did at the beginning when I was walking down the isle. The airbrush makeup was excellent & it did not feel like I was wearing anything. She will even do group sessions if you want your bridal party done by her as well & will travel to your home if you do not want the stress of traveling on your wedding! Brittany was amazing, she went above and beyond. I was not sure exactly what I wanted and I don't wear make up that often and when I do it is minimal. She was willing to work with me and try different looks. I didn't want it to look like I was wearing makeup but I also wanted to look good. I got a lot of compliments on the make up. She did an amazing job. On the day of she even helped some of my bridesmaids recommending colors and let them use some of her things; she did this with our change. She is very kind and great to work with.

Absolutely loved working with these girls, they were phenomenal! I am so fortunate to have bumped into them at a bridal show! From the makeup trial to the big day they were very easy to work with. Whenever I had a question Brittany was always very responsive with text or phone calls, she helped me through my first spray tan and even did my wedding spray tan which looked great! They were very easy to work with. For the trial I showed ups with some pinterest ideas and Columbus Bridal Makeup and The Beauty Factory exceeded expectations and asked for feedback to ensure I loved the look they created. On the day of they were prompt in the morning and joined right in with us laughing and having a good time, they were a great addition to the getting ready atmosphere. Every member of the bridal party and the mother's of the bride and groomed looked immaculate. I can't speak highly enough of these two ladies!

I had so many recommendations from the girls in my bridal party on who to book with for hair and make-up, and they were all blown away by the work these two had done! Brittany spent weeks, even months with me prior to my wedding correcting my color and making sure it was exactly what I wanted on the big day. She was very patient through multiple trials as nerves affected my decision making. Every bride is beautiful, but Brittany's brides are stunning! After my mother died and I was dealing with a lot and Brittney seemed understanding, but we didn't have a phone conversation yet even. We scheduled a trial for my wedding hair where I said I would sign a contract. Then out of the blue she said I need a count of exactly what your getting by the Week. She didn't call to explain anything just sent an email on Monday. On Friday she cancelled my wedding because she didn't have an exact count without phone call or any courtesy, just a rude email 50 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING!!!!! week end of the week

Brittany was AMAZING! She was on time and professional. She brought everyone's hair vision to a reality! I got so many compliments on my hair! And it lasted through a long night of dancing. I contacted Brittany about a month and 1/2 out from my wedding (what can I say, I'm a true procrastinator)--she responded immediately and was able to accommodate me at her salon in Powell. She was wonderful! I was a very low-maintenance bride and she convinced me to wear false lashes--wow, the pictures proved that she was so right! She also incorporated an intricately beaded headband into my curled hair and it looked amazing! I would recommend her to any bride--she is easy to talk to and work with, has great ideas, and will make you feel like a princess on your big day!

Brittany is amazing! She was great at taking my vision from just an idea to reality. She was always prompt and helpful. I had her do my bridesmaids hair as well as myself on the day of. Brittany was so helpful from the first time I spoke to her! After countless hair dressers said they wouldn't be able to work with such a small bridal party or that they were already booked for the year, Brittany literally saved my wedding day! She fit in a trial wedding hair appointment at her salon immediately after I called her. I LOVED my hair as soon as she was finished, I didn't want her to change one thing! After seeing my hair, many of my bridesmaids wanted their hair done as well - she cheerfully agreed to do their hair the day of my wedding as well! (Which meant she had to meet us at the venue at 7am on a Sunday!). Even after all these plans were set in a contract, she added on doing my makeup the day of the event when I mentioned to her that I was stressed about doing it myself. My hair and my bridesmaids hair was beautiful, and I loved the way she did my make up! I felt like my hair deserved to be on Pinterest! I was so happy with Brittany that I have already scheduled a hair cut with her now that the wedding is over:) She is so personal and makes each appointment with her fun and relaxing. I definitely recommend her!

Brittany is amazing! I originally chose her to do my wedding hair because no one else in Columbus was willing to take a small party EARLY on a Sunday morning. When I found Brittany she willingly agreed to do my small wedding. These ladies were AMAZING! I would recommend them to everyone I know. I am from Arizona and flew in one weekend to get all of my pre-wedding stuff done. They were so accommodating! Brittany was recommended to me by a friend, and at that point I had already been on two disappointing wedding hair trials with other vendors. From the first interaction I had with Brittany, I knew it was the right fit for me! She was super flexible and was able to get me in the same week for a trial. She listened to my vision and I was super happy with the result from the trial. I ended up purchasing a headband and Brittany even let me come in for ANOTHER trial closer to the wedding date. On the day of the wedding, she arrived right on time and got started on my bridesmaids right away. I had no idea what I wanted the bridesmaids hair to look like (even the morning of the wedding) and she recommended a half-up style since all my bridesmaids had longer hair.
