Each package includes the same 60-day planning support, combining vendor communication, floor and seating maps, a master timeline, rehearsal guidance, and a curated planning dashboard to keep everything organized from the moment you book.
I’m not the planner for those seeking a strictly traditional wedding. I work best with couples who want to create something that feels like them — whether that means blending traditions, reimagining them, or skipping them entirely. My approach is flexible, collaborative, and rooted in helping you celebrate in a way that feels authentic rather than scripted.
From vendor logistics and guest management to timeline pivots and contingency planning, I oversee every detail so you can stay fully present on your wedding day by managing what happens behind the scenes.

introduction, we immediately felt her calm confidence, keen organization, and eye for detail. We booked the "Month Of Coordination" package, and it was easily one of the best decisions we made in our entire wedding planning process. Layla took over all vendor communication, developed detailed timelines, and set up plans for both our ceremony venue (a redwood grove where we had to bring in chairs, etc) and the reception site (a coffee shop with an outside caterer). We changed caterers a month before the wedding, and added a videographer about three weeks before, and she incorporated those changes with no trouble. I had booked a classic Mustang as a surprise for my husband, and she kept that timeline and communication fully separate, so he had no idea. When it came to our rehearsal and wedding day, I was calm and able to be fully present because we were in good hands. I will absolutely recommend her to anyone and book The Day Of again for any large event. Thank you!

To add, Layla helped beyond the candy bar with family members, photos, and dress mishaps. She helped wrangle in our most difficult attendees, reminded us to smile for photos but also eat, and even helped with getting my dress in order before walking down the aisle!
