Una was amazing!! I was SO indecisive on my floral arrangements and each time I changed my mind she was so quick and helpful on changing my invoice and letting me know her opinion on what would look best! She came to our final walk through and worked with us to make all of our floral dreams come true! I highly recommend The Flower Lab, especially if you love that classic, timeless, floral look!

Una was absolutely amazing! We did our wedding flowers with the Flower Lab and it was an absolute joy to work with una! It was utmost professionalism from the moment we contacted her and we chose her amongst the other florist options because of it! She was always willing to hop on a call to discuss details of your floral arrangement and themes as well as any other decor ideas I had for my wedding. She was patient always and super accomodating and this is what you need future brides because these "details" are the exact things that you are going to keep going back and forth on and the last thing you want is for someone to treat you as if you are on the "bottom of their list". But with Una, I sometimes felt like I was her only client! And in regards to the florals, they came out AMAZING! like tbh, I think even better than any of the inspo pictures I sent her. She managed to like kick it up notches and I loved my bouquet so much! Everything on my wedding day was absolutely perfect and it was exactly how I imagined (in fact even better). Do yourself a favor and go with una!

Una was amazing. A dream florist to work with. Her eye for design and work is outstanding and she really brought my dream wedding vision to life. I was very particular and picky. I didn’t want my wedding to look like most other weddings with classic styles (white florals everywhere) or tacky in a few years. I told her I wanted vintage style florals, warm neutrals with some pops of contrast especially because me venue has historic vibes and she slayed. I loved how she’s such an expert that she was able to work off the information I provided her so well. Also she was extremely communicative and always professional and prompt in responses (so important in planning). Everyone said my wedding was so beautiful and that the florals were stunning and I’ll always be able to look back at my wedding with love for how the vision came together. P.S. I learned that I should just go with what Una recommends because she’s the expert. Personally tried so hard to go against LED taper candles but look how realistic they look in my photo!

Una did an incredible job on our flowers for the big day. Flowers were one of my biggest aspects to our wedding other than the band. I wanted them to be perfect. The only wish I had was that there were more peonies in my bouquet- the one must- have request I made, but mother nature did not make that easy for a Nov. wedding. The florals ended up being beautiful and she completely understood my interpretation of "blush"

Una nailed it!! Both my husband and I didn't know much about florals, but we had an idea of the vibe we wanted (Vintage Travel, Romantic but a little tropical) and Una's arrangements were absolutely perfect. She was flexible with our budget, recommending ways to keep it in check. She was also just a delight to work with prior to our day. I would highly recommend her!

Una did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding! I got her name from a friend who used her and had the most beautiful flowers. Wow, Una completely exceeded my expectations! My now husband and I met with Una when we were engaged. We knew she was the florist for us after our first meeting as she was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I had a good feeling about her. Although she admitted that my style was a bit out of the norm from what she normally does (as I love color and strayed away from the common blush/white color scheme), she completely understood the vision and knew how to execute it. I loved our flowers more than the inspiration I found on Pinterest! I'm so grateful I put my full trust in her as she nailed it and had great advice along the way from her years of experience. Una provided incredible insight throughout our wedding planning journey, transforming our ideas into a stunning vision that I will never forget the experience of seeing for the first time. From changing dates due to COVID, evolving floral ideas, and last minute requests, she was not only incredibly patient but also went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. Our historic wedding venue was very unique and had a lot of detail which Una's designs incredibly enhanced to create an experience our guests are still talking about. Not only was Una a pleasure to work with, providing constant communication leading up to the wedding but was at the venue the day of, making sure everything ran smoothly and came together flawlessly. Una did a fabulous job with our wedding flowers!! I had a clear vision of what I wanted and Una completely brought it to life and completely exceeded my expectations! The one thing I was really adamant about was having our head table and the fire place behind us be a focal point. When I walked into the ballroom, I truly couldn’t believe my eyes at what a spectacular job she did. It truly looked like a romantic, secret garden. Not to mention the candles! The candles brought out such a romantic vibe. I’m still swooning over everything! Another great thing about Una, her prices are very reasonable! Some quotes I got from other florists were just straight up outrageous. Una really works though to make your vision come to life within the budget that most comfortable for you. Una also did my flowers for my bridal shower and each centerpiece was just gorgeous! I will definitely be using Una again for any future events I have and highly recommend her to anyone!!

Una from the Flower Lab did a spectacular job for my wedding weekend. The centerpieces she prepared for our rehearsal dinner blew me away, so you can imagine how I felt seeing the florals on our big day, which were more grand and more beautiful than I could've imagined. Una was an absolute wonder to work with -- she is responsive, thoughtful, organized, kind, and understood my vision even when I had trouble articulating what I wanted. I had a strict budget for florals and Una made magic happen with the budget we allotted. Where to begin! When we first met Una at The Flower Lab, she was so enthusiastic and followed the vision we wanted for the wedding. Throughout the pandemic and our wedding postponement, she was so supportive and helpful with the date change and information on the changes in available flowers. She was honest and flexible with us about what would look good and what may not fit so well with the outdoor venue. We were blown away by the gorgeous bouquets, boutonnieres, and the beautiful arrangements. Our guests were obsessed with the sophisticated and elegant style Una curated. Una is incredible. I was all over the place when we first met. She took my very disjointed ideas and, through a serious of video calls, patiently turned them into beautiful arrangements perfect for our intimate backyard wedding. Her suggestions and recommendations were very helpful and totally in line with what I wanted (even when I couldn’t articulate it myself!). WOW!!! Una is simply one-of-a-kind! She will make your wedding flowers a dream come true. She is so patient and listens to every single detail and makes the perfect recommendations along the way. We wanted a romantic wedding that was understated, refined, elegant and timeless. Una helped make that a reality. She understood the vision, always gave sensible advice and tried to be flexible with our budget. On the day of the wedding, she was there, making sure everything was beautiful. In the end, the flowers were exactly what we would have hoped for.

I met with Una at The Flower Lab over 2 meetings to help me achieve the wedding vision within budget. Although I ended up increasing my budget after our meetings, I was ultimately satisfied with my decision. Una was so patient and honest in her pricing to help me understand what could and could not be achieved based on my budget. I ended up using a mix of real flowers and renting acrylic table numbers, hurricane candles and geometric lanterns as centerpieces. I was relieved that I did not have to purchase all of those centerpieces on my own and end up having to deal with setting up, packing it up and storing it to have it collect dust. She worked with my venue, Bel-Air Bay Club, quite often, who has strict guidelines in place for wedding vendors, so I trusted that she knew what could and could not work well in the space. She executed on my vision flawlessly and even offered me cost friendly options such as repurposing ceremony flowers for our sweetheart table at the reception and offering to have me provide my own labor for strike down to help save costs, all to help me achieve my budget. Overall, I would recommend The Flower Lab again!

Flowers are the final touch that really make the venue come alive, and it’s very easy to overdo it and/or overspend. Our flower budget was very tight, and we didn't have a very clear idea of what we wanted in the beginning, but Una at The Flower Lab was very helpful in guiding us towards our final vision for the venue flowers, and keeping costs down as much as possible. All of the arrangements looked very vibrant and full you would think we spent tens of thousands of dollars. What was particularly impressive about Una was that she was able to put together a beautiful, cohesive flower design for the whole wedding with minimal direction from us; She took our vision and created something beyond our wildest dreams.

Una’s flowers are to die for! From the beginning of our experience, she wanted to see my Pinterest board and make that vision come to life. I knew I wanted a vintage, elegant garden theme but was a little indecisive on exactly what that looked like - she made sure to give me different options, her opinion on what would look best, and how we could make that work with our budget. She was great at communicating, made sure to send me pics and ideas, and when the actual wedding day came, everything was absolutely incredible!!! We got so many compliments on Una’s arch, floral arrangements, and rental pieces - Una truly made all our dreams come true!!! I can’t recommend her enough!!!

Una is absolutely amazing. I cannot thank her enough for what she did for us for our wedding. She was so transparent and honest about everything during the communications and the mock up, understood our needs and tried very hard to work on what we had pictured within our budget. YUNA IS MY HERO. I met with her once and showed her my pinterest of colors/vibe, discussed budget, and finalized how many pieces would be needed. I didn't see her again until my big day BUT BOY DID SHE DELIVER! She worked with my wedding planner to decorate everything and even delivered personal bouquets to me and the wedding party at another location. My flowers, arrangements, and centerpieces were such standouts. I picked a blend of wild flowers that were blue, orange, yellow, peach, etc. I have been painstakingly trying to keep them alive because I do not have the heart to throw them away. These are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. They were so fragrant and perfect.

Una and The Flower Lab Crew are AMAZING! Meeting with Una we expressed wanting flowers that were blue and orange, had a natural feel, and represented California. Una was up to the task! The Flower lab created the MOST beautiful flower arrangements! They were so amazing that after the wedding the hotel venue used them as decoration at the front desk (we donated the large arrangements to them). The most amazing part was that Una made everything so easy the day of the wedding, and went out of her way to stop by the day after to check in. The Flower Lab is an A+++ Vendor!

Una did a wonderful job for my August wedding. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and she created a beautiful setting for both the ceremony and the reception. Una is the best! When researching local florists, she was the only professional willing to work with our budget. Even so, she created such beautiful decor for our venue! I was in awe when we entered the reception area and saw how amazing the flowers came out. She is very prompt with email response and is so very flexible in all aspects! Una is truly a professional and knows her craft very well! I highly recommend her for any future brides out there who are looking for someone who is willing to accommodate any kind of budget and can create something that looks beautiful and elegant regardless of your budget. Una is a true artist!! She totally got my vision of using a collection of votives and vases made of mercury glass and added to it, suggesting I mix in used silver pieces - creamers and sugar bowls and small pitchers and vases. Our centerpieces became our guest gifts and quickly vanished as the guests departed. During and after our wedding, our guests couldn't stop gushing about the gorgeous flowers and my bouquet was show stopping! With overblown hot pink and white peonies mixed with ranunculus and other small yellow and pink/orange flowers and greens, it was large enough to stand up on its own. And the bridesmaids' bouquets in roses and green hydrangea and coffee beans perfectly coordinated as did the striking boutonnieres. And Una was amazing at problem solving how to keep our aisle runner down on dirt/gravel and over stairs and her scattered rose petals along the edges were the perfect touch. Una is the best!!

Una is so fun to work with, she clearly loves what she does and it really shows in her work. I went in to our first meeting not really having any idea what our overall theme was and she asked the right questions to really help us get there. She continued to send pictures and ideas throughout our planning process and really listened to what we wanted. There were cheaper options out there that we met with initially, but none of them had the overall design input/vision that we really needed to bring everything together. All of our flowers turned out perfectly, I wish I could keep my bouquet and carry it with me every day forever :)

Una @ The Flower Lab is amazing. HIGHLY recommend you work with her! She put together the flowers for my wedding and engagement photo shoot. What I enjoyed most about worked with Una was: 1. She understood my vision and made it a reality: Una asked me to share pictures with her early on and let me look through her flower lab to pick out beautiful vases and details I thought would fit the style I was looking for, and she made the vision a reality. 2. She is super talented: Una herself has excellent taste and makes all flower arrangements beautiful. 3. She is extremely responsive: Anytime I texted, emailed or called Una, she responded within the next 30 minutes. 4. She is very professional and flexible: Una was great about making the proposal easy to understand and gave me the ability to make changes along the way (adding services and removing services). 5. She is so sweet and wonderful to work with: Una is just a wonderfully kind person and it makes working with her such a pleasure. 6. She is budget conscious: Out of all the florists I spoke with, Una was most conscious of my budget and happy to help me figure out how I could realize my vision within my budget constraints. 7. She goes above and beyond: Una offered to deliver flowers at a far away location (as a courtesy). For our engagement session, she added a boutonniere for my now husband for free. She always seemed to blow me away and surpass my expectations. 8. She recommended me to other vendors I loved! Not only does she listen to your vision for flowers, but she was able to understand what I was looking for and she connected me to other vendors who matched my style...and those vendors were also excellent. In a nutshell, my now husband and I are so so happy we had Una as our florist. I will certainly be going to Una for any future events I need flowers for. She is really really fantastic!! Una, if you read this, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Una at the Flower Lab is amazing. She somehow understood exactly what I was picturing in my brain and used ESP to deliver EXACTLY that! She knew that what I wanted was clean, simple, modern, and elegant, and what she came up with was stunning yet simple. The bridal magazines all tell you to not spend too much money on flowers because decor is the thing brides (interviewed after their wedding) say they don’t remember and wish they spent less $$ on. But every day I think back to our centerpieces and marvel at how much I loved them. (Guests marveled too!) When I get a faraway look in my eyes my now-husband says, “Are you thinking about your centerpieces again?” lol. She also delivered the flowers by hand and it was so wonderful to give her a hug on my special day. She managed to make the boutonnieres un-cheesy, too! Amazing! One super random note - her store is in a deadzone and she doesn’t have wifi, so make sure any inspiration pictures, etc. you bring are downloaded.

From our first e-mails through the delivery and set-up of the flowers Tweeny was very easy to work with and respectful of the fact that we did not have a huge budget. When we were working through our first interview she was getting ready to do a bigger wedding in Malibu and it looked like everything was going to be gorgeous for that wedding, too.

Tweeny made our bouquets and boutennieres. She had THE best prices in town, had a modern vision, was able to incorporate my special touches, and was able to execute perfectly.

She provided ideas for saving money (i.e. using center pieces from the ceremony to the reception, same color flowers just a less expensive version). Everything looked fresh the whole evening even though it was a hot summer day. She was very quick to respond to emails and new ideas. The Flower Lab did an amazing job on the flowers at my wedding! Tweeny was referred to me by my coordinator Hustle and Bustle and after interviewing a few florists she stood out as the one who really listened to what I wanted and her warm and bubbly personality made her a joy to interact with. She was extremely professional and responded to emails quickly, extremely accommodating to requests, changes, my endless questions. On the day of the wedding she delivered the goods, and all the flowers were stunning and fulfilled my vision of the day and the decor.

This little gem in Santa Monica is a must hire for your next event. Tweeny Kau (the owner/manager) is super nice and so accommodating. She was very patient with my indecisiveness and worked within my tight budget while still keeping the integrity of my wedding flowers. She has a keen eye for design and has a fresh perspective on what's in style. I totally recommend The Flower Lab to anyone who is looking for flowers for their next event. She also does letter press!!! A truely multi-talented vendor. =)

I had the BEST time working with Tweeny for the flowers at my wedding! I was referred to her after having a hard time with several florists understanding my vision for flowers (a very natural, wild/loose look with purples and ivories). Others were trying to alter my vision into something THEY wanted, and I was having a hard time getting them to hear me. When I looked at The Flower Lab blog and saw a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted, I felt so relieved. It took only one conversation with Tweeny to feel like she really understood what I wanted and to be onboard. When she showed me the sample for the centerpieces, it was just right! She communicates very well via email (a must for me, since I am not able to use the phone during the workday). She was also able to make adjustments right up until a few weeks before the wedding (I had to reduce the number of centerpieces and add some other things). I feel that I got excellent service for the price (it was a bit more than I wanted to spend originally, but it was so worth the money to see it all come together). A bit about the flowers... they were all GREAT quality and held up extremely well the whole day (and night). My bouquet is drying and nothing has started falling apart. I did not want any roses or orchids (I was going for a more free-flowing look without structure), and Tweeny did not try to up-sell me or discourage me in any way. I think any bride in the Los Angeles area owes it to herself to pay a visit to The Flower Lab. This woman gets it!

Tweeny is so lovely and so cute and passionate about flowers, and because she was a researcher in the past just like I was I knew she and I would get along just great! I loved planning with her, and bouncing off ideas, she was great communicating by email which I preferred and it made it easier to plan with her.
