in distance to us (1.5 hours). I decided to make a visit to take a look since it kept popping up. We walked into the house and went into the "cake room" and it was a done deal. I looked at my then fiancé and my parents and said "yall this it!" It is so gorgeous and the gardens are unreal! We planned on a spring wedding garden ceremony in April, but due to covid it got moved to Aug. Lace house was fantastic about helping us find a new date and worked with us to make sure it went smoothly. I couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else !

21. The Lace House staff went above and beyond during the ENTIRE process. They kept in touch the entire time and checked in on us. They were super supportive especially when it came to actually having to postpone. This staff actually cares about the people who are renting from them. I cannot say enough good things about our experience it was all amazing! The day of they were beyond helpful with setting up and even when they saw people dressed up they complimented you. The support was amazing.

The getting ready spaces were so perfect and loved using as many spaces of the property as could. The side patio for dancing is so nmagical and the wedding garden is stunning for a ceremony. ny different options for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces, each stunning! I love that they include tables and chairs, as this is always a nice cost saver for my clients. The best part about the venue in my opinion though is the staff. Leah and Sarah and Aubrey are just the kindest people, and they love what they do and love their clients. They pitched in on tasks that weren't their responsibility, constantly asked me what they could help my team with, were very flexible with letting us do some of the setup early and bring in decor items early, brought us waters while we were working, printed a document that I had left behind at the hotel, and so much more. I know it may sound silly, but all of the things that they did to lend a hand and go above and beyond and genuinely care about the wedding guests AND vendors was just so appreciated. I am based out of Charleston, so this was my first time working with this venue. Their team answered my hundreds of questions with patience (ha!), and had great advice for my couple and I throughout the planning process. This property and this team are INCREDIBLE.

d definitely recommend the Lace House for any event! The gardens are beautiful the mansion mall with the fountain is gorgeous! The house is gorgeous! I could go on and on!

s easy to get in touch with and always very accommodating . The grooms suite was perfect for what the guys needed. The bridal suite was every the girls needed and then some! We used the front room for food and drink set up, there's a huge closet for everyone to put their stuff, a room for hair and makeup, and then another bedroom that was perfect for dressing pictures that opens up to a porch. The venue itself is so beautiful! We had a large crowd and we had plenty of space in the side area for our interactive band and a bar area in the side garden. Having it in February, the inside was perfect for another bar, cocktail hour, and all the food. Lets not forget the house is such an amazing backdrop for the exit. I can not brag on the Lace House and the staff there enough!

everything was taken care of. The bridal suite is HUGE - beyond enough space for my bridal party of 8 to get ready with an accessible balcony porch for some fresh air. If you want a gorgeous backdrop for your wedding photos, this place is where it's at. Beautifully maintained house and gardens. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue.

d beyond staff. The day of the wedding, they checked in regularly, got us anything we needed and answered all of our questions. They coordinated with our vendors which helped take stress off of my shoulders. They helped decorate, and they helped tear down and clean up. I cannot say enough about the beautiful venue or the helpful staff. Highly recommend!

e so serene, lush, and well taken care of. I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. The staff at The Lace House was amazing from our very first interaction, to my final good-byes. I worked with Sarah and I always enjoyed talking with her. She had so many ideas, recommendations, suggestions, anything you can think of she was on it. She was easy to talk to and so understanding during a time of complete chaos in my mind. She was always prompt and available for e-mails, and sent so many photos to give me a better idea of the space; since I was a long distance bride. Getting ready at The Lace House was great as well. There was a ton of space for my finance and I to comfortably get dressed for the big day. The staff was there to make sure everything went smoothly. Also, the staff made sure my bridesmaids and I had a list of places to order from while getting ready for the ceremony. They were on top of every detail imaginable. The usage of space at The Lace House is amazing too! Looking at the pictures, it's definitely possible to personalize your wedding to fit not only your personality, but your guest as well. I was impressed by how grand and intimate of a ceremony and reception you can have at one location. That's a rare find these days. Overall, I was and am still gushing over our big day. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to have such precious and sentimental memories tied to this place. I can definitely see myself coming back to gush over the memories made. I want to give a HUGE shout-out to everyone at The Lace House, and a BIG THANK YOU to Sarah for making sure everything exceeded my expectations.

the Wedding Garden which hardly needs additional decor because it is so stunning! The majority of the property is shaded for hot weddings and there was plenty of room in the house for our ~120 guests. The bridal and grooms suites are large and accommodating to large wedding parties and having hair and makeup done on site. Most importantly, The Lace House provided us with so many stunning photo opportunities! Guests were so complimentary of how beautiful the venue is as well. We would certainly recommend The Lace House to anyone looking for an indoor/outdoor wedding venue.

place for the reception with tons of space and classic charm. The only down side is that there are so many beautiful areas that I wanted to spend the whole day taking photos! All of the Lace House staff was extremely helpful and accommodating through the planning process and the day of. I would absolutely recommend The Lace House to anybody looking for a wedding venue.

ugh for making things that could have been a headache so much easier. I was in the event business at one point in my life so I was pretty specific on a lot of things but there were still things I was forgetting and they emailed me beforehand trying to iron out the details so the little things would not be missed. They also helped explain who was responsible for what and gave us very good recommendations. Literally everything was perfection! The only one thing I'd say that happened was that during the day of the wedding there wasn't a back up person on site when our main lace house contact went on lunch. Everything was completely fine because I had their cell numbers but it also had to do with the fact that my wedding planner sent people on her behalf to be there instead of herself so it really wasn't a big deal at all! Brittany, Sarah & Karen we can' thank you enough for absolutely everything. I will recommend you to every bride I know!

feel like you’re in a fairy tale. The beauty of the home requires minimal decor and it is a beautiful backdrop for a wedding. My husband and I were married here in November and it was perfect. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with the Lace House, I will always treasure our special night here.
