ldn’t stop raving about the cocktail hour food and generous portions, especially with the fun additions of the gridiron and espresso martini ice luge! For the main meal, the chicken and salmon were quite good, though the prime rib was unfortunately chewy and not up to the same quality. Michael, went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfectly executed. Even after the wedding, when we misplaced an item (our mistake), he searched the entire venue to help us find it. His professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude were incredible—we felt so lucky to have him. The rest of the staff were equally wonderful, making sure both we and our guests were happy throughout the day. That said, the planning process had its challenges. Communication with our sales associate, Tara, was often slow and frustrating—most of my emails required multiple follow-ups, sometimes taking up to a month for a response. We were promised the downstairs getting-ready area for our parties and had it confirmed just days before, only to arrive on the wedding morning and find the room was being used by another party. Additionally, despite paying extra to arrive early, there was no breakfast as promised, and the groomsmen had to ask for it, receiving confused looks in return. While the day-of team truly made our wedding special, the lack of communication and these missteps leading up to the day caused me a lot of anxiety and stress. Overall, The Meadow Wood is a gorgeous venue with an amazing team on the day of the event, but I would advise future couples to be prepared for some bumps in the planning process.

rgy mentioned several times including to my maitre d when I dropped off everything for the space 2 days before the wedding.. it was ignored. Owner said staff member was fired but I could've died so I didn't really like that answer. He was laughing at most of my concerns after the fact and belittled by husband and me. Overall, a great day surrounded by family and friends regardless of several errors including the wrong bridal suite being set up when we got there and then getting kicked out of the correct one mid reception because it was double booked.

The staff worked diligently to ensure the cocktail hour and reception all flowed smoothly. We never once had to worry about a thing—they took care of everything, from setting up our decor to ensuring all the logistics were handled. We were able to truly enjoy our day without any hiccups. We are still getting compliments on the food and drinks from our wedding! The catering was top-notch—elegant, delicious, and served hot and fresh. Our cocktail hour was beyond our wildest dreams, the BEST cocktail hour ever! Our guests could not stop raving about the selection of food we had and how delicious everything was! Everything was prepared to perfection. The bar service was also exceptional, and the signature cocktails were a huge hit! Every moment at The Meadow Wood felt magical. From the stunning photos to the flawless coordination of the event, everything was just perfect. We felt so cared for and supported throughout the entire process, and our guests were blown away by the beauty and hospitality of the venue. It was an experience we will never forget, and we are so glad we chose The Meadow Wood to celebrate one of the most important days of our lives. l tour. Tara, our sales representative, was very friendly; however, several promises made to us were not fulfilled, leading to significant issues on our big day. One of the main reasons I chose The Meadow Wood was the availability of multiple getting-ready rooms, which would allow my entire bridal party and family to prepare at the venue. My hair and makeup was scheduled to begin at 4:00 a.m., and with nine bridesmaids and family members on both sides, having everyone ready at the venue was crucial for ensuring we stayed on schedule for pictures. I paid $1,500 for early access, expecting the venue to open at 4:00 a.m. However, I was informed by Tara just two days before the wedding that the venue couldn't open until 6:00 a.m. This was not disclosed until after the full invoice had been paid. As a result, I had to make last-minute arrangements with my hotel to secure rooms, which caused significant delays to our timeline with both the coordinator and hair/makeup teams. The wedding ceremony was held in the garden area, where Tara had assured us that 400 chairs would be available to accommodate our guest list. However, when I went to take pictures before the ceremony, I noticed there weren’t enough chairs. Both my family and event coordinators repeatedly asked the venue staff to bring out more chairs, but they were only added gradually and too late. Charles later explained that the venue only had about 290 chairs available for the outdoor space, despite Tara confirming multiple times, including just a week before the event, that all 400 guests would have seats. As a result, several guests were left standing during the ceremony, which was disappointing and unprofessional. Additionally, we had planned a baraat with dancing before the ceremony and requested that water, chai, and coffee be provided outside for our guests. Tara assured us this would not be an issue, but Charles later informed me that the venue didn’t have the necessary license to serve anything outdoors, contradicting Tara's earlier assurances. While The Meadow Wood is undeniably beautiful, with its elegant rooms and chandeliers, my experience was marred by poor communication and multiple unfulfilled promises. If I had known about these issues beforehand, I would have continued my search for a more reliable venue, especially for an early-morning Indian wedding. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and the problems we encountered made this venue not worth the investment in my opinion.

Guests are still texting me saying they are "still thinking about the Meadow Wood pizza station." The entire process from beginning to end was seamless, mainly due to Brielle, who was our event coordinator. She was extremely personable and down to earth, but she backed up her cool and collected demeanor with a hard working, responsive, and detail-oriented approach. Most of the reason I initially felt so strongly about booking at the Meadow Wood was because of how impressed I was with Brielle. Even after the initial booking, she worked incredibly hard to ensure that we were comfortable and prepared for the wedding day. The wedding went off without a hitch because of her organization and communication. On the day of the wedding, everyone on the staff makes you feel like family. Frank was the m'atre d, handling the day-of logistics. He was extremely hospitable and organized. My bridal party, immediate family, and makeup artist felt right at home and everyone knew where they needed to be. He pulled off a seamless ceremony and many people commented on how organized it was. Our bridal attendant, Brenda, was also invaluable when it came to delivering us drinks, helping me get around, and packing up our meals at the end of the night! Such a nice touch. I 20/10 recommend this venue to couples that want a wedding where they can actually enjoy their time and be present, rather than focusing on details. This staff has the formula down pat, and deliver an extremely thoughtful and gorgeous wedding! Thank you to the Meadow Wood for making our day so special!

We are happy we took a moment to pause and take it all in - from cocktail hour displays, to main course plating, to desserts that went on forever …. – “Amazing!!”. We appreciate all the work, professionalism and hands on attentive approach from the staff (a special shout out to Juan and Becky!!). None of this could have been accomplished without them working together in the same manner. It was seamless. . We mostly booked it for their outdoor space because we had our ceremony outside and it was beyond perfection. Meghan was our coordinator and we were so lucky to be in such great hands. She answered all and any questions I had and the whole process was just so seamless because of her and the rest of the staff there.

My first interaction was with George and he was pleasant and then with Meghan who was the contact when I signed my contract. At the beginning of my experience Meghan was difficult to work with and relate to as my wedding ceremony was ethnic while the reception was traditional; I almost signed the contract with another venue because of my interactions with her. And at times she was even rude to my family and wedding planner. However, my wedding planner was able to talk to Charles and George who met with us in person and assured us that everything was going to go smoothly and took over the communication. They also assured us that everything would go smoothly and George was also present on the day of the event. I can’t speak highly enough about them as well as Becky who was a great hostess on the day of my event. Everything went smoothly, the champagne for the toast was great, the staff were great. The hors d’oeuvres and food were great and everything started and ended on time. I definitely recommend this venue to other brides. You are in for a treat because it is a great venue and their employees are great and understanding.

Even though we went in the winter it was clear that our Fall wedding was going to be beautiful. The other piece was that as a Black, West Indian family food is really important and we really needed good food! Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was and how much food, they ate beyond what they can handle, there is soooo much food! Cocktail hour through to the dessert hour was just spectacular. Our coordinator Meghan went above and beyond in supporting and helping us, and all the staff on the day of was so accommodating and truly prioritized our peace and happiness. I cannot recommend this place enough! Our families are so happy with the end day. I’ve been asking my friends to get married here so that I can experience it as a guest as you miss so much on your day. I would choose the MW over and over again, it was just perfect! The space was great for our guests of 250+. If you’re on the fence, use this as your sign to book this venue!

p to the jaw-dropping ballrooms, the incredible food, the amazing staff - this night was truly one I'll never forget.  We worked with Brielle to book our wedding. From the moment we walked into each room, we knew this would be our venue. She worked with us the entire process, making sure we felt completely reassured the entire time. She made sure we had everything we needed and wanted for the big day. The day before - dropping things off, making the handoff absolutely seamless. We were treated with absolute respect every time we visited.   Our guests cannot stop raving about the incredible food and the displays. The staff truly makes this experience one of a kind - the fruit / cheese is hand-carved into beautiful shapes. I even have countless photos of the cocktail hour food from my guests! We swapped the Asian Station for the Mexican Station and our guests haven't stopped talking about the tacos.  The grand ballroom is a truly stunning room - the chandeliers are beautiful, the grand feel of the entire room just makes you feel so special. We had over 200 guests and it did not feel crowded, the dance floor is large enough to fit everyone with space. We opted to upgrade our dessert and that did not disappoint. The guests were completely shocked that there was another level to the night. We opted for the Boardwalk and it was absolutely delicious - cotton candy, zeppoles, fried oreos!  Our Maitre'd and bridal attendant waited on us hand and foot. If we said the room was too hot, it was immediately cooled down. If we were thirsty, we had a drink waiting for us. If we wanted food, a plate of food was set aside for us. It was truly an unforgettable experience. Another note - every time we walked into the Meadow Wood, something was upgraded beautifully. They update things so seamlessly that you don't even notice that there was anything needing updating in the first place. Unfortunately the bridal suites weren't ready while we were there but we cannot wait to go back and see the upgrades over time.  We cannot wait for the next person we know to have an event here!

, our maître’d was simply amazing. A true gentleman, he was incredibly professional and accommodating. The menu items are all high quality and the service staff are terrific. All in all, we were so happy with the beauty of the venue and attention of those who worked our event for our special night. My only feedback would be for the wait staff to take a beat before grabbing up plates off tables. A few of my guests mentioned they’d use the bathroom or step away from their table and when they’d return their plate was removed before they were finished. Also, (and this is not a complaint by any means, just would have been an added bonus) if there were some additional furnishings such as a love seat, or decorative his and hers chairs available for use. Thank you to the Meadow Wood staff for making our event a night to remember!

George was incredible and his knowledge and expertise of his field showed throughout our reception by its flawless execution. Brielle was very accommodating and thoughtful the entire time, as well as, quick to respond to any questions we had. Constantine was an EXCEPTIONAL maitre-d before and during our wedding day. He coordinated all of our vendors with ease and was very mindful of our needs, and our families' the entire night. EVERY single person we spoke to that attended our wedding were in awe of how beautiful the venue was, how AMAZING the food was, and how incredible the service was. We were fortunate enough to use the entire first floor of the venue. With cocktail hour starting in the Dome Room and extending into Laurel Room, our guests enjoyed a variety of foods from various cultures. This food was so exceptional, even family visiting from overseas said the traditional dishes during the cocktail hour were better than the dishes they would get at home. As the night progressed, our reception moved into the Grand Ballroom. This stunning room, decorated just as we envisioned, left us speechless. Luxury and comfort are two words to describe how our guests and us felt and were treated. Dinner entrees were absolutely delicious! If you and your guests enjoy a great steak, well the Meadow Wood chefs can definitely deliver. For those who enjoy more vegetarian options, the delicate details of the salad were incredible. Our guests’ last stop for the evening was in the Randolph Room, where amazing dessert stations had our guests enjoying a VARIETY of sweets and yummy drinks from the coffee bar. We want to say THANK YOU to the Meadow Wood staff for their professionalism and incredible work to make our wedding reception an incredible experience for all who attended! Hearing comments from our guests such as “This is the best wedding we have ever been too,” “There was any food you could have possibly wanted during cocktail hour”, and “I’m having sooo much fun!” make us grateful and smile. We would recommend the Meadow Wood Manor to anyone! Thank you again for everything!

I can’t express how extremely grateful I am for both Brielle and Constantine to make, what could have been the most stressful day of my life, the absolute best. There is so much I could go on about, but book your wedding or any event at The Meadow Wood and I swear you will not be disappointed!

The GM Charlie even introduced himself to my husband and I, which made us feel so special. For those of you who don’t know, The Meadow Wood underwent major renovations during Covid, the venue is practically brand new. Chandeliers and marble sparkle everywhere you look. I highly recommend The Meadow Wood for any event!

They reassured us that they'd work with the guidelines in place & they did just that! It rained on our wedding day & their team did an excellent job of moving our originally outdoor ceremony space indoor - just minutes before our guests arrived! Their attention to detail ensured a smooth day & they dealt with the inevitable hiccups like the weather seamlessly. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

ur of our outdoor ceremony. It was 15-20 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start and it started to rain. We begged to hold off a few minutes before making the call to move it inside.. minutes go by and the rain didn’t stop. The maitreD jumped into action and legitimately set the entire room up for a ceremony and got all of the guests inside and seated within 10 minutes. We started our ceremony on time and it was beautiful. I didn’t have any decor for an indoor ceremony but they made it work and we got so many comments on how beautiful it was. The upside to having your ceremony here is that if it has to be indoors, there are still pretty locations to do it. Also, their staff worked some serious magic to be able to set an entire ceremony up in a few minutes. Really appreciate their efforts and quick action!!

This rating given is because of the lack communication even up to one week before the wedding. We had Dawn as our sales manager. As I certainly hope and don’t think that it was intentional, I felt that I, as the bride, was not a priority. I like to stay on top of things especially related to business and money and the amount of emails and calls I had to make because of insufficient communication was simply unacceptable. I truly hope that anyone who has their wedding at this venue experiences nothing but the best despite mine, communication wise.

our plans became hectic...Nope. You would think that our plans became stressful...Nope. The reason why is simple; Brielle and Chris had a desire to make our wedding perfect and it was! They took all the stress on themselves and let us simply enjoy. Almost 1 month since our wedding and we are still getting calls from people saying that it was the best wedding they were ever at...AND THE FOOD...people are even asking me to find out from Brielle if she can get the recipes for such dishes as the lamb, shrimp on a stick, crab Rangoon, scallops, the beef seasoning and on and on. So many people stated that this wasn't just the best "wedding food" they ever had, it was some of the best food they have ever eaten anywhere...period! Go there once, meet with Brielle and you will quickly discover that no place else comes close...trust me, we looked at 16 places.

Being from an Italian family, the food was our number one priority and they blew all of us away with their delicious food options. Every single one of our guests complimented the food and the decor because of the recent renovations. The service was great from both the servers and bartenders. My husband asked for all three dinner options and they happily brought us them. The owner was also there and was extremely accommodating asking what he can do for us or if he can bring us anything. I would recommend this place to any bride who wants a wedding with delicious food, beautiful wedding decor and stress free planning. Well done Meadow Wood!
