My daughter held her January wedding there. Despite the curveball of unexpected weather, the team at The Mill pulled off a beautiful wedding! The staff was extremely professional while also being warm and flexible!! The venue is gorgeous and the staff is exceptional!! The best decision we made were to have the wedding there!!

We got married this September at the Mill at Rock Creek and couldn't recommend this venue more. Alexis & her staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best wedding day- they were super accommodating, helpful, and easy to contact throughout our wedding planning process.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our daughter's wedding. The staff was excellent from the time we initially viewed and booked the venue to the late night cleanup after the reception had ended. Everything was absolutely top-notch!

10/10 recommend! I truly loved everything about this venue. The views made me pick this venue and I am so thankful I was able to have my dream outdoor wedding ceremony at this venue (even with some rain!). We loved that we were able to have everything at the venue: rehearsal, bride and groom getting ready suite, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Our wedding was perfect and seamless as there was ample space for vendors, decorations, and guests. The staff was professional and efficient. We loved The Mill and I know you will too, 100% worth every penny!!! Would also highly recommend our wedding planner Kaytlyn at White Oak Events if you decide on this venue, they worked perfectly together and I am so thankful to say I am a bride that was able to have her dream wedding!

My daughter was married here 8/3/24. The venue is breath taking. We loved everything about her beautiful day . The staff was so professional. Her wedding planner Kaitlyn was on top of all details. Started to rain at beginning of ceremony. Stopped in less than 2 minutes and a beautiful rainbow appeared over the happy couple. Again just breathtaking venue. We highly recommend this beautiful facility for a wedding. I’ll never forget it. My daughter just loved her wedding.

WOW!!!! I was married on 2/24/24 at this venue & I cannot express how amazing it was! Amy, Alexis, and the other staff were incredible! They went above and beyond to help us switch our outdoor plans to indoor when we had an unexpected snow day! The building and landscape is so beautiful, I actually booked prior to viewing the property. Once we came for the tour I was IN LOVE. The mountain scape view is breathtaking. I was so nervous to switch my ceremony inside because I had dreams of the mountain background, but I am over the moon thrilled with how beautiful it was inside. They seamlessly switched from ceremony to reception without any awkward pauses or movement of guests. The fireplace - USE IT!!!! Literally one of the most beautiful pieces in the room. This venue was so responsive and easy to work. & from the first tour to the time we arrived for the rehearsal, I felt like I was being greeted by friends & family. I also loved their wooden tables & the fact that I didn’t need table cloths because the tables were so beautiful. HUGE thank you to Alexis for helping my vision come true!! I came in with 5 large rugs for my ceremony aisle and a large arch piece that my husband made & the staff, along with my amazing day of coordinator (Katie @ keystone event coordinating) made sure it was set up perfectly! I literally cannot think of a single thing that went wrong during my wedding day. Thank you guys so much!!!

Great venue for our 50th anniversary. Set up of room is very flexible and facilities are more than adequate with full kitchen and rooms for dressing and storage of personal items during event.

This venue goes above and beyond!!
From the second you walk into the Mill you will feel right at home. This was the first and only venue we toured and I knew right away it was the venue for us.
The ambiance of the Mill gives you the perfect setting for a classy mountain wedding.
The bride and groom suites were spacious making the getting ready process wonderful. Being able to spend time with our friends and family at the venue the morning of took the stress out of traveling the day of our wedding to different locations.
Everyone who works at the Mill especially Amy the venue manager went above and beyond to communicate and make sure all of our questions were answered leading up to the wedding. (Amy literally ROCKS!)
I will be recommending the Mill at Rock Creek to anyone looking for a spectacular breath taking venue.

The Mill was lovely to work with. They let us come back multiple times to show our parents and worked with us for the rehearsal and the day of. They also let us bury our bottle of Bourbon there (which helped with our weather!). The getting-ready rooms sold it for us, they were big and had everything we needed!

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely beautiful! The venue is gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect! A Beautiful venue nestled into the scenic Appalachian landscape. A private feel even though it’s so close to the roadway, you wouldn’t even know. Amy was incredibly helpful and our day was so wonderful. As a gay, we felt very comfortable and loved. Would recommend for LGBTQ+ weddings. It rained on our day and the staff did a quick turn to host the ceremony inside. With plenty of room, we were so happy we decided not to chance the weather. The farm tables and chairs were so beautiful we needed minimal decor. Thank you for a perfect day!

The Mill at Rock Creek made my wedding the fairy tale that I always dreamed it would be! The venue was so pristine and clean, the groom and bride suites were so beautiful, and everywhere you went was picture perfect. The staff was amazing and asked my opinion for everything I wanted! I 100% recommend The Mill for anyone who wants a wedding in the mountains.

The Mill at Rock Creek was the perfect venue for our New Years Eve wedding! We actually booked it sign unseen and did not actually see the venue until 4 months after we had booked it and we were blown away by how stunning it is - pictures do not to it justice. The team at The Mill was absolutely incredible to work with and answered every question I had. They are truly some of the kindest people I got to work with throughout this entire process. Not only is the venue beautiful but the grounds are impeccable. You have so many beautiful places for photos (inside and outside) and it’s large enough where you don’t feel on top of each other. The bridal suite and the grooms suite are so wonderful to have the entire day while getting ready - not only are they perfectly decorated but they allow you to have a quiet place to have a moment during a very busy day. I would recommend The Mill at Rock Creek to anyone looking to get married in the high country area. It will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

We hosted our wedding at The Mill in May 2022! We cannot say enough positive comments ... Outside, not only is the space beautiful but the grounds are well maintained and the mountain views are breath taking! Inside, every detail for brides, grooms, vendors and guests was thought through - including get ready rooms, a state of the art prep kitchen, floral room, clean bathrooms, etc. The icing on the cake is the amazing team that works at The Mill! We highly recommend this venue!

I had my wedding at The Mill at Rock Creek and scheduled it in the mist of Covid. With having to reschedule our date not once, but twice, they made it so easy and worked with us in every way! They are great at communicating and took care of everything for us. I had a last minute change in our layout due to several guests canceling and they worked so diligently to make the changes and made sure I had nothing to stress about. I had to leave in a rush the morning of our wedding to get covid tested to travel for our honeymoon and I did not have an ounce of worry leaving the set up team (I actually didn’t even see the final set up until wedding time, but it was absolutely perfect)! They truly played such a huge part in our special day. Honestly, the best wedding experience a bride could dream of (not to mention the beautiful property itself)!! I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was with every member I met of the Mill at Rock Creek team!

I recently had my wedding at The Mill in April. I could not have asked for a more beautiful venue to have my wedding at. I had planned to have my wedding outside on the patio but with Boone weather I had to change it to inside the day before. The venue has so many different ceremony site options that are all beautiful that changing the location was no big deal!
The Mill team was very helpful and professional throughout the wedding day and the months leading up to it.
My wedding day was truly perfect and I couldn't have imagined hosting my wedding anywhere else!

We booked the Mill at Rock Creek for our daughters wedding in April. The weather was perfect and the venue was a perfect, beautiful spot for a wedding! Working with Kristine was super easy. She was accommodating to answer all of our many questions in advance and the day of. Everything went smooth and their set up team was great and turned out exactly how we envisioned everything. What a beautiful spot for a wedding. Highly recommend!!! It's gorgeous!

The Mill At Rock Creek was the first and only venue we visited for our wedding. As soon as we walked into the space, we knew this would be the perfect spot for our day. The bridal suite below was a lifesaver and the outside areas plus large indoor fireplace captured our rustic, elegant, mountain wedding perfectly. We had 150 people attend and everyone fit comfortably in the space. We even met our planner, Kristine Martin, from touring the venue and it was the perfect combination. The tables and chairs were included which was a huge plus in saving rental costs too. I definitely recommend the Mill At Rock Creek for any venue needs!

We chose The Mill for our daughter's wedding because our amazing planner was managing the venue. So happy that we made that decision! The venue was absolutely perfect! The bride and groom suites are large enough to comfortably hold a wedding party of 13 with 6 stylist and even more family members. The outdoor ceremony site was beautifully landscaped and the water fall really made the atmosphere even more peaceful. If you are looking for a mountain feel that is located close to town, this is the perfect venue!
