Leading up to our wedding he checked in on every detail and made sure he knew exactly what we wanted and what was important to us, and on our wedding day he blew us away. He was prompt, super friendly, made everything run smoothly, flexible when things came up, and made our reception a great party. We have had people ask for his name multiple times since our wedding day and we are happy to share! Scott has a talent for reading the room and knowing what to do next. He played great county songs when our guests were ready to dance and sing, and wonderful slower songs when we needed a minute to breathe. When we had to run outside for sunset photos, he took it in stride and played background music for our guests until we could come back and get toasts started, never batting an eye. It is so important to have someone competent, flexible, and friendly by the time your reception starts and we got all that and more with Scott. Please consider hiring Music Man for your wedding, and definitely request Scott if you can!

Shawn came down with COVID a few days before the event and Jason introduced us to DJ Ethan, who filled in perfectly at the last minute. Shawn and Jason got Ethan up to speed without putting any added pressure on my wife and I just before the wedding, which we really appreciated. Ethan did a fantastic job and our guests had an amazing night on the dance floor. Ethan was a great MC, followed our instructions carefully, and made sure to hit all the special songs we requested. The Music Man DJ Service was a pleasure to work with and were a huge factor in making our wedding an incredible success.

We had some song suggestions but also trusted their knowledge on which songs would keep people on the dance floor and Ben delivered! Ben and Diane are a great team and I would recommend them over and over again for a stress free and fun wedding experience!

Jason had done several weddings at our chosen venue, and knew the location extremely well! He was able to give us expert advice on where the best setups would be, what would be logistically best for our venue, and more. This was such a huge help for me. Most importantly, our wedding music was INCREDIBLE! Having a lot of dancing at our wedding was very important to myself and my husband, and we also wanted to have songs that got people of all ages on their feet. We had the dance celebration of our dreams thanks to Jason’s selections. So many guests remarked to us during the wedding and afterwards how great our music was, and how our DJ was able to read the guests’ preferences so well. ne, to the day of the wedding, we instantly felt like friends. He was very detailed, upbeat, and organized, making it a stress free process for Ryan and I. He went above and beyond to make sure pronunciations and timelines were right - in addition to making sure we were taken care of. He was always offering to get us water or a drink, and was just so involved from start to finish in the wedding. When I say people were on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG - we literally had to get shut down or we would have stayed until the next day - easily! You NEED to hire Chris as your DJ, he goes above and beyond in all areas. Our ceremony was perfect, and our reception was a dream. Chris, we LOVE YOU!!! Barbra was very accommodating, including setting the tone with a fantastic cocktail hour playlist of French classics / gypsy jazz (not exactly a common request). When we brought the wedding party to the beach for sunset pics, Barbra joined us at the beach with a whole sound system and set the mood with the dulcet tones of Bob Marley - and then blasted Coldplay's "Sky Full of Stars" for the sparklers. And when it came time to dance, my god, we danced, and Barbra's tracks had us grooving until the very end to Suavamente, Get Low and Wagon Wheel. She did a great mix of our requested hits and rounded it out with tracks with a similar vibe, and some wedding classics. To our surprise, Barbra gifted us CD's with each of the day's mixes too! We knew how important the atmosphere would be to our small, family-only wedding, and from start to finish we knew that we were in great hands with Barbra and Music Man DJ. We cannot recommend Barbra enough, and we cannot thank her enough for making us feel like she was part of our family.

We had multiple phone conversations where we detailed how we wanted the reception to go, including the timeline and it seemed like DJ Shawn C. wasn't paying attention to those conversations. For such an important day, we thought our requests would have been followed with more care. Overall company presentation was outdated, most things had to be done via regular mail and the electronic pieces were challenging or didn't work.

We asked Brian to play the classic wedding hits for the reception and he did exactly what we asked! Our guests were on the dance floor all night and are still complimenting the music.

We had guests who told us that they usually don’t like DJs and they said that Jason did a fabulous job. The dance floor was packed the entire night - even people who we had never seen dancing were having the time of their lives on the dance floor. Jason was also super accommodating - the bride missed one of her must play songs, and then later in the night asked if he would play it again and he did it with no question. One of the biggest compliments we got from our entire wedding was that everyone loved Jason and thought he was great at making our wedding feel true to us as a couple and making sure everyone was having the best night ever. If you want a packed dance floor and a DJ who understands and integrates your vision throughout your wedding, BOOK JASON!!!!
