We loved working with the NR team! They were all so professional, highly responsive, and their creativity is beyond compare. Well never forget walking into our wedding tent. It took our breath away! Highly recommend!!

The BEST in the land!!!!! The team at TNR is nothing short of amazing!... a true dream team! I initially chose them because I wanted a one stop shop as I live in Chicago and was getting married in Austin, TX. They were extremely responsive and attentive to every need, want, and wish. I had two face to face meetings with them. And everything else was done via email. I really can't say enough wonderful things about them... The team as a whole is well versed in wedding trends and traditions all the while each member has a speciality. They exude approachability and they really listen. They brought my dream wedding to life and it was perfection.

Do not use these people. They hail themselves as "full service," but failed to preform on every point of the contract, including but not limited to: sending invitations to only 2/3 of the guest list, claiming to track the RSVPs while not following up with anyone or letting us know when invites had been returned to sender, failing to hire a single vendor 5 weeks before a wedding with 300+ people invited, and giving us a budget that was almost 50% over our budget. When confronted they actually told us it was because they needed to make 3 times the money they would make on our wedding and so had decided to work on somebody else's. This despite having told us repeatedly what a "beautiful, healthy budget" we had and what a wonderful job they could do with that much money before I hired them. They have twice admitted fault and agreed they should walk away only to return later with an open palm, by which actions I can only assume their business is struggling and will do anything (including take your down payment then ignore your wedding and attempt to extort you for the privilege) to get at money. They have all but admitted as much to me themselves. They have a lovely eye for design but are crooked, unethical, and run a bad business.

The short review: if you want a premier wedding design & planning team, choose The Nouveau Romantics. They will go above and beyond to make your dreams a reality! The long review: we hired The Nouveau Romantics for our wedding planning + design, which included florals, decor, and paper goods. From the beginning, we knew our wedding would be an intimate celebration and we loved TNR’s all-under-one-roof approach. My initial meeting with Liz (the owner) went so well, I wanted to hire her on the spot! We shared a vision for how the wedding might look, so the rest was up to the planning & decision making process… over the following 14 months. The TNR team was always available and supportive, and since I didn’t have family or friends who lived close by, they even helped me shop for my wedding dress! Our actual wedding weekend involved events on 4 days, which TNR helped execute flawlessly. Each step, our guests felt cared for — and we received so many compliments along the way!! On the actual wedding day, two members of the TNR team continually checked in to make sure that my bridal party & I were relaxed, happy, and fed. We ended up having terrible weather before, during, and after the wedding — thunderstorms and rain so bad our venue flooded in certain areas. But the TNR ladies handled every challenge with excellence and grace. There were so many things that were part of our original plan that they had to change, alter, and roll with on the fly. Our guests never knew the difference and had an incredible time anyways. Even under crazy circumstances, The Nouveau Romantics helped to make our wedding a beautiful and memorable event that represented our love perfectly!
