It's nice to meet you! While I was planning my own wedding in 2024, I discovered a deep passion for the structure and creativity that went into planning. From meticulously organized timelines to the satisfaction of checking off each task, I found joy in every detail — and had everything in place well before the big day. I hope to bring that same energy and expertise to your wedding, helping you turn your vision into a seamless, stress-free experience. When I'm not coordinating, I enjoy playing beach volleyball, running half marathons, and going to farmer's markets with my husband and dog, Russell.

We truly cannot recommend Carly enough as a day-of coordinator! From the moment the day started, she made everything run so smoothly and kept everything organized, calm, and stress...

-free. She handled all of the behind-the-scenes details so we could actually enjoy our wedding day without worrying about timelines, vendors, setup, or little issues popping up. Carly was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. She kept everything moving perfectly while still making the day feel relaxed and enjoyable. Every time we turned around, she was already taking care of something before we even had to ask. As someone who planned a lot of the wedding myself, having Carly there gave me so much peace of mind. She truly helped bring everything together seamlessly and made the entire day feel effortless. track of tasks, and help determine what we wanted. There are so many small aspects with wedding planning, and Carley really helped us figure out what we wanted and without making us feel overwhelmed. She helped us figure out what questions needed to know before the vendor asked which was also very helpful to run more efficiently. Overall, she could not have been better.
