I worked with The Red Stiletto for my wedding in October. From the moment I had my introduction call with Hope, I felt so comfortable and knew I would be in good hands. Although I was planning a wedding in Fort Wayne from Los Angeles, I never felt as though I was missing communication in any way with Hope. I did a trial about six months before the event date, and Steph (MUA) and Erin (Hair) immediately felt like old friends. They listened to what I wanted and perfectly executed. When I struggled to articulate what I wanted, they asked thoughtful questions to help me get to the final answer. They are so easy to talk to - you won't feel trapped in the chair! Based on Steph's recommendation (I have sensitive/watery eyes), I got lash extensions for the wedding week from Peyton - she did a full glam set that everyone loved! For the actual wedding date, Steph, Erin, and Andrea arrived on time, set up quickly, and had a scheduled spreadsheet for all eight ladies. Andrea set up a pre-curl station, and although most of us have been in dozens of weddings, we agreed we had 1. never seen it done 2. our Type A selves could not have loved it more. We finished on time and gave the ladies time back to relax. I saw the artists ask the same patient questions to my ladies that they had asked me. The overall vibe was chill. I could not be happier with my makeup and hair; it added to our overall theme, and my new husband thought I looked incredible. You're in good hands with this team.

I actually eloped to avoid it, but in doing so I sacrificed the "dream day" so many of you desire. My team is one of the first vendors you will see on your big day and we truly want you not to just have a "dream day", but a "dream experience" with us during your entire planning process. We will be by your side cheering you on from engagement, to aisle, to everyday.

for - fast, clear, and with all the details I needed. Hope, the owner, was great to work with and helped me ask all the questions I needed and got my trial scheduled. Erin perfectly nailed the hair style I wanted and Autumn was incredibly patient with me as a non-makeup wearer when I wasn't sure what I wanted - the end results of both made me feel natural, confident, and gorgeous for the big day! Some of the bridal party also got hair, makeup, and lashes done, which they got through ahead of schedule. I am so glad I went with The Red Stiletto as they clearly have a niche for wedding hair and makeup so they're on top of every detail and leave your day stress-free.

This was no problem for my stylist, Haven, and I was in love with the way my hair turned out! My makeup stylist, Stephanie, listened to what I wanted and it turned out better than I could have imagined! in Bloomington, IN. They were the first vendors to arrive despite the 3+ hour drive. I made some adjustments from my trial and they made the changes perfectly. They all had such a wealth of knowledge. They even put eyelashes on my 13-year-old niece at the last minute before they left (sorry about that!). I felt so beautiful while also looking totally like myself. My bridesmaids (and my mom & new mother-in-law) all felt beautiful too.

ing too made-up, and we were amazed at their work. We felt so beautiful and confident, and the makeup STAYED ON ALL DAY! In 90ish degree heat!! So did our hair! I never expected it would survive that heat and humidity, but the pictures at the end of the night look just as good as the moment they finished doing our hair and makeup. The ladies met us at our hotel and were so relaxed and professional. We wanted to continue relaxing (not getting stressed) for a few more hours before we needed to head to the venue, and Haven and Carolyn fit in perfectly with that. We chatted, watched TV while they were working, and just chilled while they made us look our most beautiful!

I had a sweaty ceremony at a home with 50 people in the morning, pictures downtown in 90 degree weather, another ceremony in the evening, and the reception (the venue was also very warm). My makeup was flawless as I was taking it off at midnight. Emily did my hair, which was even more beautiful than when she did it for the trial! It was beautiful and similarly lasted all day. These ladies were so professional and so much fun to work with!! I can not recommend them enough!!

contrast, on my *wedding day* my hair fell apart by the end of the reception and looked terrible. I can't believe how much I paid for it to have fallen apart like that. Makeup was good, though. It seemed like she wanted to get my makeup done and get out really fast, but I get that, if she had another appointment. The only thing that is annoying is that she uses alcohol on the eyeliner (which is great that she disinfects) but doesn't properly wipe the alcohol off and it burns your eyes. But overall, makeup looked good and stayed on all day.
