loral. Admittedly, I am a particular about details and what I want. Brenda exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Sometimes, flowers and tablescapes go unspoken of at weddings--not mine. Literally, almost every guest of mine commented on everything that Brenda created. I wish I could give this florist 100 stars because she truly deserves them!! edding in July, 2017. She was given a deposit and the date was secured. My daughter had a consultation with her in February and then both my daughter and I met with her in April, 2017 to firm up details of what the bride wanted for her wedding day. At the same time I spoke to her about doing flowers for my daughter’s bridal luncheon in June. The specifics of both events were discussed and Brenda assured us that she would take care of everything to our satisfaction. She emphasized that her main priority was the bride since it was her special day. We agreed on pricing and discussed in detail the flower preferences that we wanted. She made scattered notes in her book. We were told to expect a revised emailed invoice and she indicated final payment is due one week prior to the event(s). It took multiple phone calls and emails before we could even get Brenda to respond to us regarding the proposal(s). She would always give an excuse that she was busy and promised an invoice the next day – that day never came without continual follow up. Her communication and organizational skills leave a lot to be desired. She said she is more interested in creating her floral arrangements rather than dealing with paperwork. We were continuously assured by Brenda that she would "take care of us" and "not to worry." On the day of the luncheon while the flowers were nice they lacked the exact specifics as described in her proposal that we discussed. The wedding, however, was a different story. She did not supply the BRIDE with the bouquet she had dreamed of. It was reiterated to her numerous times how important that bouquet was and we were assured it would be perfect – WRONG! Not at all the bouquet we discussed. Sweetheart roses were requested and she used cluster roses. She claimed the roses she obtained for the wedding opened too much and were too big! The roses she used were already turning brown and they were in refrigeration right up to the time of the ceremony! Brenda could have easily gone to a local grocery store or another florist to acquire the few roses she needed for that one bouquet. In a response to an email I sent Brenda she indicated she wished she had made two bouquets to let the Bride choose which one she preferred. Talk, just talk. This did not happen. She said “I wish I could do this over again” – how?? This is a life event that is not going to be recreated. I requested a refund of only the bridal bouquet and she has completely ignored all correspondence, either email or phone contact. My daughter also tried to contact her and she does not pick up the phone or respond to her emails either. The Wandering Florist is not someone I would recommend doing business with unless you want to end up with flowers that did not meet the specifications discussed and/or wilted or browned flowers.

I didn't have to worry about anything with her she set it all up for me at the venue and I was I glad I entrusted her with that because it was all gorgeous and I got many many compliments.
