Tim is THE MOST AMAZING WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER, and I can't say enough good things about him!! He is so, so talented and is such a pleasure to work with. He is patient, gives direction well and has a vision for every photo that he takes. Also, his wife is unbelievable too! She is such a sweetheart, and she always made sure that my hair and dress were perfect in every photo. Our wedding was at the Chicago Botanic Garden, and it rained the morning of. Tim and his wife walked around the wet grounds with us to make sure that we got every photo we wanted and more. I cried my eyes out when I got our wedding photos because I couldn't believe how beautiful all of the photos were and the moments that he captured. He is even going above and beyond to further edit some of the photos for me. Hiring Tim was truly one of the best decisions that I made for our wedding, and if you're a bride reading this and haven't hired a photographer yet, HIRE TIMTAB or you'll regret it. He's the best of the best, and I wish I could work with him a million times over!!!

I am so happy I found TimTab Studios! The best wedding planning advice I was given was to work with a great wedding photographer and I made sure I worked with the best! While I was living in Florida, I phone interviewed 10+ Chicago wedding photographers and knew Tim was the right person for the job after we chatted on the phone. He was so personable and listened to our wedding day vision. His wedding packages were perfect for our needs and he was able to add on a couple of things we requested. The first time we met was for our engagement shoot and he was amazing to work with! He made us feel so comfortable and kept us genuinely laughing throughout the entire shoot. I am definitely a detail oriented bride and Tim was able to capture the perfect moments between us. Unfortunately, due to Covid19, our big wedding celebration was postponed. However, Tim was still able to work with us and offer services for our small 11-person wedding in July. That day went by so fast! Before the wedding I sent him a list of pictures I thought would be great to capture and he made sure we captured those shots at our wedding. Tim made sure we always looked our best and offered great stylistic recommendations. My family greatly enjoyed working with Tim and loved seeing the wedding pictures he took on our wedding day. TimTab Studios is so wonderful and very professional to work with! I highly recommend Tim to all wedding couples looking for gorgeous and timeless wedding pictures that you’ll cherish forever! My husband and I cannot rave enough about Tim and his work! It is truly a work of art. Tim was beyond professional, but also super engaging and friendly - seriously cannot rave enough. We are a COVID wedding couple, so we still went through with a micro-wedding on our original wedding date, and Tim made the process SO seamless and SO easy for us to have him twice. The flexibility and support was a god-send during the initial COVID rescheduling. The pictures are FANTASTIC quality and SO amazing. All of our family and friends cannot get enough of how great our pictures turned out.

Can not recommend more highly!! Their work is stunning and they captured the spirit of our wedding so perfectly! I was so greatful to have Bethany as a calming force the morning of our wedding. BEST WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS EVER!! My husband and I got engaged in November 2017. The FIRST THING I did was book Tim Tab as our photographer. We had an engagement photo shoot last year and I still have people messaging me to this day asking who our photographer was - the pictures were beautiful. It is not every day you have someone taking pictures of you for two hours and Tim made us feel completely at ease and was joking around with us. It was so fun! We then got married on June 8th at Cafe Brauer. Our entire wedding party and family said they have never experienced more professional and organized photographers. We got EVERY picture we requested (Bethany was crossing off pictures on our checklist) and more - from my mom helping me in my dress, my dad's face when he first saw me, my husband wiping a tear as I walked down the aisle, me twirling my grandma on the dance floor, my best friend and I laughing as we walked into the church; pictures of the program, menu, every appetizer, floral arrangements, gift table, etc. - the things I didn't see. They were so creative with our pictures - some of the shots you would not believe. As I said before, they made us feel completely at ease and even got our entire wedding party to smile and laugh (which is not easy!). At the end of the night, my husband and I were genuinely sad saying bye to them. They were so fun & nice and we LOVED working with them! Tim and Bethany are worth EVERY penny. Our wedding pictures are incredible :) Thank you, Tim Tab!

We were lucky enough to book Tim & Bethany only a month out from our wedding, after our original photographer backed out. And boy, are we so glad we did! Tim & Bethany were absolutely fabulous to work with - so friendly, easy going, and absolute pros. In spite of not having shot a Milwaukee wedding before/not knowing the area, they captured gorgeous photos on the fly and made everyone feel so comfortable. It was really such a pleasure to work with them... I only wish we could do it again! Memories of your wedding day will fade with the years to come, but photos last forever. We're so glad we trusted Tim & Bethany to capture these memories of our special day, and couldn't recommend them more.

It was such a pleasure to have Tim and Bethany as our photographers for our engagement shoot and wedding day. Not only did the pictures turn out perfect, but they also ensured our wedding day was stress-free. When our transportation was significantly late, they rolled with the punches and managed to still get every photo we wanted in each location while maintaining a sense of calm and confidence that helped us not worry. They delivered a set of preview photos within a few days of the wedding which was so exciting to see and share with our guests long before we thought we’d be able to. Overall, I would recommend Tim & Bethany to anyone knowing they are so talented, kind, and fun to work with! Thank you for making our wedding day even more perfect.

I find picking the perfect vendor is about quality, style, value (meaning the product matches expectation based on price, not cheap), and compatibility. TimTab exceeded all of my hopes across these attributes. TimTab is a married couple (cute, right?) that makes your feel comfortable from the start. I would say what drew me personally to them was their balance of modern, but timeless style. What I left with was amazing photos (even 48 hours after the wedding!) that will leave me smiling forever! It actually rained on our day, and they were prepared with Plan B! They made the day so carefree, it was easy to feel natural and like ourselves in pictures. I cannot say enough how lovely they are to work with. LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

Tim and Bethany were amazing. We did an engagement session about 6 months before our big day and knew immediately after that they were the ones for us! They communicated well, were prompt and punctual and had a great sense of humor (which was perfect for a day expecting to be filled with nerves). The photos we received after the wedding were incredible and they had a quick turnaround in getting them to us. We will definitely recommend them to all our friends getting married in the future!

Tim and Bethany are a dream come true and truly some of the best people we have ever worked with. Starting with our engagement photos, Tim worked with us to find the perfect locations and made sure we were completely comfortable for the first session. We didn’t know what to expect going in, but it was such a fun day and the pictures turned out absolutely gorgeous! He seriously thinks of everything and takes some of the most beautiful photos I have ever seen. He captured our happiness and excitement perfectly at the time of our engagement. Organizing and planning for the wedding day with Tim was also extremely easy, he is super responsive and easy to work with! Also, aside from amazing photos, early in our planning process he gave us some vendor recommendations – many of which we ended up also working with who were equally as amazing. For the main event, our wedding, Tim and Bethany truly went above and beyond. We were working with a tight timeline which included a first look with the groom, my dad, and my bridesmaids as well as two different getting ready locations, and a large wedding party. None of this phased them at all – our timeline was managed perfectly while still getting all the photos we wanted. They also helped us pick the perfect locations for our photos – the Ambassador balcony for our first look and a park for additional pictures that allowed us to be by the lake/city, and still close enough to the ceremony location. Tim and Bethany were also snapping pictures when we didn’t even know it! We have so many special photos of memories we didn’t even expect, like crossing the street to the church with my sister holding my dress and my sister helping my mom with her dress. They worked flawlessly throughout the event, and I hardly even knew they were there! Tim also made sure I got all the different friend shots I wanted and worked with my sister to round everyone up! I look at our wedding portfolio at least twice a day and I will never get over how perfect the photos are. Thank you again Bethany and Tim for capturing our perfect day and us so magically! We will cherish these memories forever.

There aren’t enough words to explain how much we loved Tim and Bethany!!! We had them do our engagement photos, rehearsal dinner and wedding – all of the photos were absolutely stunning. They managed to capture every moment perfectly and their photos embodied all of the emotions at each event. They got shots I hadn’t even known I had wanted/needed that completely blew me away when we saw the final portfolio. They brought back memories I didn’t even know I had, made everyone look beyond gorgeous and brought to life the most heart-warming and funniest parts of the evening. Photos aside, they made all three events so much fun while they were shooting – my husband and I instantly felt comfortable with both of them and were sure of ourselves/natural when photos were taken because of their expert guidance. Their professionalism and communication went above and beyond what we could have asked for. They listened to what mattered to us in the photos and executed accordingly, providing excellent recommendations for locations/poses along the way. I truly don’t think you can find a better photographer – I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone!!!

Tim and Bethany were truly incredible to work with. Their work speaks for itself - they are extremely talented photographers who excel at their work, and I could go on, and on, and on about that. Outside of the end product (which is amazing!), what stuck out the most throughout our planning process and the day of the wedding was the calming, reassuring presence that they carried with them throughout the day. I felt like they were there to not only capture the small, meaningful moments on camera, but also to ensure that those special moments were there for us to enjoy. They made the photography throughout the day feel fun and natural, and I truly believe we had a better, more perfect day because of their presence (not to mention we got some spectacular pictures out of the deal!). The fact that we picked our wedding date around Tim and Bethany's availability basically says it all! We were first recommended by two of my sister-in-law's friends that used Tim Tab for their own weddings and then after meeting them in person, we knew there was no point in searching further or meeting with other photographers. Tim and Bethany are easy-going and the most delightful to work with. Their chill yet organized vibe is exactly what we wanted (and needed!) on our wedding day. Our photos came out absolutely amazing and we couldn't be happier with the end results! The compliments continue to roll in to this day.

We used Tim Tab Studios for our October 2017 wedding at The Ivy Room. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tim and Bethany! From the moment we started planning our wedding, I knew photography was going to be one of the most important elements of our day. They were recommended by our venue, and from the moment we got off the phone with Tim, I knew there were going to be the “ones” :) We had a long engagement and they were there for us every step of the way! Bethany styled my bridal details beautifully on the day-of and provided wonderful shots. Tim had amazing ideas for portraits of my husband and I – everyone cannot stop talking about how wonderful they are. They have the best personalities and amazing energy not only with each other (of course), but with you and your guests. Our entire wedding party felt at ease and enjoyed working with them as much as we did! 10/10 would recommend for any future bride and groom getting married. You will not be disappointed!

Tim and Bethany are amazing and so much fun, you will want to hang out with them after your wedding day. They were also more than just our day of photographers, they were resourceful through the entire process (both for photography as well as other elements of the wedding) and extremely helpful as we got everything planned and scheduled. Tim and Bethany are extremely considerate and accommodating and don't let anything stop them from making sure your photography experience is an amazing part of the whole day. We had a very rainy wedding day, set a record for rainfall actually, and had picked a few outdoors spots to take pictures. They provided alternative covered options on the spot and also still walked around with smiles on their faces in the rain to take pics in our favorite spots (they even shared their umbrella when I felt I wasn't getting the coverage I needed post hair/makeup, pre-wedding ceremony, sharing an umbrella with my soon-to-be husband, haha). Tim Tab crushes it with a big group (family photos, large bridal parties) and will bring even more happiness and fun to your big day! USE THEM!

AMAZING! One of the few things we knew when we got engaged was that we wanted an amazing photographer and TimTab came highly recommended. Tim & Bethany are an amazing duo that make you feel so comfortable, as though you have been friends for years. They are patient, caring, professional, are full of helpful tips (s/o to Bethany for telling my mom & sister to add more pins to my veil!) and make you laugh and savor the moments (which is very important when nerves set in!). They shot our engagement photos in the fall of 2016 and from the photos we have received from our wedding a few weeks ago, they captured the day beautifully and we cannot wait to see the rest! Our Wedding Day was very rainy and dreary and from what we have seen, they captured the special moments without letting dreary weather cut in to the amazing shots. We have received countless compliments ("absolutely stunning, gorgeous, OMG amazing, beautiful" and etc.) regarding their work so far and could not rave enough about them!

We used Tim Tab Studios for our September 2017 wedding. Tim and Bethany are awesome! They're fun to work with and were so helpful in coming up with different locations for photos and made everything so easy. Tim and Bethany were the photographers for my daughter's wedding this past July. We immediately knew upon meeting them that they understood what we were looking to capture. My daughter and son in law were having a wedding that was going to be filled with incredible energy and tradition. Tim and Bethany did not miss one moment of that memorable day. Their ability to capture family, friends and several toddlers/ children was incredible. We also wanted to have portraits taken at an alternative outdoor sight other than the wedding venue. Tim and Bethany scouted out several beautiful spots days before(on their own) at a near by university. From the "getting ready" to the end of the evening Tim and Bethany have given us a lifetime of gorgeous photographs to cherish. We can not be any happier.

Looking back, booking Tim Tab Studios was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding! Not only are they extremely talented but Tim and his wife Bethany (they work as a pair) are both two of the sweetest people around! It rained on our wedding day, and at first I was stressed and disappointed about it. Tim and Bethany were so positive and cheered us on the entire day! They really eased our nerves about the rain and my goodness, the photos they got are breathtaking. Looking at all our photos, they were able to capture the spirit of the day, and everything looks so unique and beautiful! Rain included! Honestly these are pictures our family will treasure for years to come. During the whole planning process, I didn’t have a wedding planner and Tim was so so helpful with going over timing and the plan for the day. He was extremely patient with all of our questions/emails and went above and beyond showing us examples of his work that would help with all of our decision making. Also, my husband and I didn’t feel strongly about having engagement pictures done, but getting to meet Tim before the wedding day made us feel so much more comfortable with the whole process. And his pictures turned out so wonderful, that it gave us confidence that they would do absolutely fantastic job on our wedding day! So it is definitely a plus that they include it in their package. Overall, working with them was a dream, if you’re considering booking them- do it, you'll be happy you did it!

This duo is so incredible! Tim and Bethany were so much fun and captured our wedding day perfectly. The photos are both artistic and timeless. They work with you the whole time to make sure it's the style you want. Our massive number of relatives could not believe how quick and efficient they were for family photos. We continued to get compliments all day. Everything went so smoothly & we highly recommend Tim Tab Studios!

There probably isn't much to say that hasn't already been said about this amazing husband-wife team. We knew at our initial meeting with Tim and Bethany that they were the kind of people we could easily laugh through an entire day with, which was important to us as two people who aren't entirely comfortable in front of the camera. Without complaint, Tim spent an afternoon in the freezing cold with us to get the snowy engagement pictures that we were after. Bethany had an excellent eye on the wedding day for tiny details like flyaway hairs or a crease in my dress, and even graciously offered to take my veil back to the bridal suite after the ceremony so I could enjoy our cocktail hour. It was their amazing eye for photography and artistic style that initially led us to book, but little things like this that made us so happy we did. We've only received a few preview shots from our June 24 wedding, but based on those alone, we know our photos will be cherished forever.

We selected our photographers on the basis of not only their photographs but also the people we would be comfortable hanging out with for our wedding day. Tim and Bethany were perfect for us! First and foremost, I did not work with a wedding coordinator, so I had to plan the day of schedule myself. Bethany was INVALUABLE in helping with this process. She worked with me over email to plan the day "backwards" so that I had my hair and makeup vendors scheduled properly etc. Then we also worked "forwards" so we could make sure that the photographers were present throughout the "big moments" of the reception. As a type A bride, it was a relief to have someone to help me with this process. On to the photos, we love them! We did engagement photos and wedding photos with TimTab, and so many of the pictures are incredible. Obviously, not all can and will be perfect. But Tim and Bethany did a great job with both posed and candid photos. We will have an amazing album of memories for years to come. Working with TimTab was an amazing experience, and while the exceptional photos are the "end product," TimTab exceeded expectations on so many fronts.

Tim and Bethany are so amazing! Tim Tab Studios did our friends’ wedding in 2016 and the photos were incredible, so when we began planning our wedding, the very first call I made was to check Tim Tab’s availability for 2017! Tim was so great throughout the entire process — he was super responsive, answered tons of questions, and had great ideas and suggestions around photo locations, timing, and more. I wasn’t sure we were going to do an engagement shoot initially, but it was included in our package and I’m SO glad we did one! Having your picture taken can feel awkward and it was nice to spend time with Tim before the big day and a great way to get a bit more comfortable in front of the camera. On our wedding day, we had the privilege of meeting his wife, Bethany, who’s equally amazing! They both have such a great eye and make a perfect team, capturing the entire day from different angles and perspectives, without you even noticing they’re there. Tim and Bethany are both so warm, nice, and easy to have around — it was such a joy working with them. We just LOVE our photos and are so thankful we can relive our wedding day through all of the pictures thanks to Tim Tab Studios!

Words can't even describe how thankful my husband and I are for the most phenomenal and stunning pictures Bethany and Tim captured on our wedding day! Their amazing talent shines through every picture! Even my sister's ugly cry picture looks pretty! From our first meeting with Bethany and Tim, we knew we were in great hands! ! Tim and Bethany were very responsive, helped us feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera and made the long list of family pictures happen very quickly. Both Tim and Bethany have such an easy going disposition which helped me remain calm, made us laugh, kept us on schedule, carried bouquets and quickly adapted to impromptu pictures. We got married in March and weren't sure what the weather was going to be like until the day of, Bethany and Tim quickly coordinated to do our first look outside, these are some of my favorite pictures from the day. Impressive turnaround time for wedding highlighted and engagement photos. We will treasure these pictures forever!

Tim & Bethany were beyond amazing. They are true professionals and artists with their photography, and their easy-going, positive attitudes made everything so enjoyable and fun. I greatly appreciate their style of capturing the candid, "in-between" moments of the wedding as well as the obligatory family photos that my parents wanted. The fact that they're a husband-wife team made it even better to have a part of our day - showing us how marriage is truly about communication and teamwork. Absolutely loved them and hope to use them for our future family photos!

Tim and Bethany were awesome. We are the type of people who do not like getting our pictures taken but they made us feel completely at ease. They also are extremely talented. My husband and I cannot say enough about Tim and Bethany. From our first meeting with Tim, we knew that we were going to get fantastic photos and have a great experience. We did our engagement session about a year before our wedding, coming to being nervous and super awkward, however Tim made us feel like rock stars. He didn't overly pose us, but gave us general direction to let us be goofy and silly with each other that we forgot we were being photographed. The day of the wedding, Bethany came to take getting ready photos of the girls. Her sweet and captivating spirit melted away all possible nerves. She was able to execute and get photos, all the while keeping me and the rest of the wedding party calm. Throughout the day, they were able to capture family, friends, and wedding party photos without it feeling forced and awkward. Again, they didn't pose us in unnatural and cheesy poses, but let us and everyone be themselves in front of the camera, capturing everyone's fun and natural personality. The photos of my husband and I turned out absolutely incredible. The lighting and editing was exquisite making us look like super models. With their patience, eye for detail, and incredible kindness they were able to capture our day in every possible way we could have ever imagined. The images they captured will help us to relive the day forever. I cannot recommend Tim and Bethany more. They will truly go above and beyond to make your wedding day incredible.

I had the hardest time finding the right photographer. Every other photographer I looked at was pushing the cheesy poses, outdated editing, awkward and forced angles. Then a friend recommended Tim Tab Studios, who shot for her wedding. “The best in the business,” she said. I looked them up online, and immediately was blown away by quality, color, and naturalness and sincerity of their photos. When I contacted Tim, he was quick to respond and answered all my questions. He met with my fiancé and me and carefully went over all his services and what to expect. The price for the engagement shoot and 8 hours of wedding photography was well under what we would have been prepared to spend, making the value of the services unmatched. The pictures from the engagement shoot were insane. The colors and the vividness of each photograph were so impressive. The poses were modern and flattering. Tim was extraordinarily professional, yet cool and friendly, making the shoot fun and making us so comfortable giving him one of the most important tasks of our wedding day. The day of the wedding, Tim and Bethany were punctual and immediately began shooting. The day of the wedding was our first time meeting Bethany, but it was clear we were in great hands. They captured so many small, impromptu moments that we will always treasure. Their documentary-style photos encapsulated so many beautiful emotions and details of the day. However, it was the posed pictures that we were most impressed with. Tim and Bethany weren’t finicky with the exact angle of our chins or the exact position of a bouquet. The poses were natural and comfortable, which was so apparent in the final photos. They respected our friends and guests time when they took photos with us, making it fast and efficient, while taking fabulous photos. They were flexible, have clear experience with weddings, and they didn’t get annoyed when a relative would jump in front of them to take an iphone photo (even though I did!). Not only did they not once complain about the 105 degree weather, but in the photos, they made us look like it wasn’t a degree over 70. We are so grateful to them for providing exceptionally gorgeous and flattering photos of one of the most perfect days of our lives. If you are thinking of hiring them – do it now before they book another client on your day! You will be so glad you did. It was one the best decisions we made for our wedding.

Although I have not gotten my wedding day photos back. Tim shot my engagement pictures and I love them. I get comments all the time "these could be stock pictures" "this pictures are amazing." I knew I wanted Tim to be my wedding photographer after him and his wife shot my brothers wedding three years ago. I loved their pictures and knew that I wanted that no matter the cost. Tim was also great to work with. He is very laid back and does a great job capturing the joy and love. He and his wife work very well together. You can sense their love for each other and their job that it is just fun to be around them. I would recommend Tim to anyone who wants high quality pictures that capture the day. He will also do what you ask but has great ideas that you would never even think about!

Tim & his wife were the most amazing people.They listened to every idea we had- every single one. They were not pushy- they were helpful. They took the most amazing photo's!
