Edit: After connecting with Timeless directly they were able to find the last batch of photos we were hoping for. They were also kind enough to send us the raw photos as well as an...

edited batch. Their communication was amazing and I’m very impressed with their determination to address our concerns. Our photographer and videographer Timeless contracted were amazing! The wedding video turned out so great and we got it within a month of our wedding. Unfortunately the process to receive our pictures wasn't a positive experience. The first batch of photos received left out key moments (our bridal party, getting ready pictures, ceremony pictures, half of our family pictures, our last dance, send off, etc.) After immediately asking for the remaining pictures or the raw pictures (I even offered to pay for the raw photos) it took 3 months to get the next batch. This batch still left out the groomsmen, getting ready photos and the end of the night. Over a year after our wedding and after multiple requests, they finally released the raw pictures to us. Unfortunately they stop halfway through the reception and we don't have any photos with our friends and family taken later in the night, or our private last dance or send off. They said they couldn't recover the photos since it has been so long, even though we had been asking for these photos since they delivered the first batch of edited photos. To be clear I do not at all blame the photographer for our trouble, they were clear that they take the photos, deliver them to the editing team and then Timeless takes care of everything from there. I am disappointed with how Timeless handled our situation and am mainly just sad that we don't have pictures of some of our special moments.

When I first looked into booking with timeless Texas, I was a little concerned about other reviews that mentioned that they had experienced a lack of communication from this vendor...

, and not knowing exactly who from their team would be at your wedding until you've already booked - but after looking at their work, and speaking with the company I decided to move forward and book with them because I really liked the idea of hiring a "team" for photo/video who would know how to work together versus hiring individuals who may get in each others way / clash. At first, it was very hard to get ahold of anyone at Timeless after booking, but when concerns were brought to a manager, they were handled quickly & professionally. They did assign a photographer who I did some game planning with, but then they assigned me a different photographer, so I had to start over with my game planning with her. My new photographer was Victoria, and she did an incredible job. I did provide a very detailed shot list, but unfortunately it was not followed so we did miss some very important photos. Otherwise, she was easy to talk to in the planning phases, stayed in communication, asked all the right questions, and was fabulous the day of the event. I was also assigned a videographer, but the communication from her was lacking. My videographer contacted me once in December, and I did not hear from her until just before the wedding, only because I had reached out to management again expressing concern. The videographer then reached out for a planning phone call 3 days before the wedding, and basically told me that she would just be following the photographer around. The day of, the videographer was great to work with, and the video was beautiful. Turn around time for photos and videos was short and overall I am very happy with what I received on both ends. I would happily recommend them to other brides, I just think there needs to be some work on the communication end of things, like the company could set up minimum expectations for anyone on their team. I could see this stressing out a type A bride, whereas I was more relaxed about the planning process so I just dealt with it and moved forward.

I loved having Timeless TX photograph and videography my wedding as well as take my engagement photos. The people were so nice and the photos were beautiful! Only complaint I had...

was the video. Overall I really loved the video. I do wish it had a little bit less of the special dances and more details from the speeches. They also showed a lot of the groomsmen during the ceremony and not as much of the bridesmaids. Not that big of a deal but maybe something that you would want to mention to them. Just be very specific about what you want in your video.

h I really appreciated. Kim was my photographer, and she was truly amazing. She was so excited about everything, asked all the right questions, and communicated so well throughout the whole process. She helped us plan out our timeline and made sure she understood exactly how we wanted our photos. Austin was our videographer, and he traveled from Austin to Fort Worth for our wedding. There was a travel fee, but honestly, it was worth it. Even though Kim and Austin had never worked together before, you would never be able to tell—they worked so seamlessly as a team. Both of them went above and beyond what was expected, and I truly appreciate everything they did for us. I can’t wait to see our final photos and videos!

ur wedding day, as well as an engagement shoot, for an unbeatable price. We also opted for an additional photographer for 4 hours of coverage which worked out perfectly for us! We filled out a questionnaire that matched us with a photographer and videographer that fit our style and vibe. Haley led the photography crew and Dan handled the video – both were so communicative from the start, and as we got closer to the wedding date, Haley and Dan both reached out to us to check in on the timeline and answer any questions we had. Additionally, we had a call with Haley the week before the wedding where she asked us thoughtful questions about our expectations and vision for the photos, and she took that conversation and implemented it seamlessly on the day. We could not have asked for a better group of people to spend the day with (they were so fun, professional, talented, and kind!). We didn’t have very much experience in front of a lens, but each member of the team gave us the confidence, direction, and laughs we needed to feel comfortable which resulted in the best photos we have ever/will ever take together. The editing team provided us with a bright, quality, authentic, and joyful portfolio just a few weeks after our wedding that we will cherish for a lifetime! We would absolutely choose TimelessTX over and over again for any photo/video needs!

Our second photographer, Basil, and our videographer, Arnie, were equally fantastic. The entire team was professional, organized, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. My husband and I are not naturally comfortable being the center of attention and can be a little camera shy, but they made us feel completely at ease. They gave just the right amount of direction while still keeping everything natural. They also really listened to our feedback on photography and video styles we liked, which meant so much to us. Their customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. They were always responsive, patient, and helpful when answering our many questions. We never felt left in the dark or unsure about anything. We booked their Timeless PLUS Package during an incredible sale they were running, and it truly included everything we could have wanted and more. We even got drone footage, a social video, and the full ceremony video with the deal. We were also able to add on the raw photos and raw video footage, which was so special to have. The value we received for the quality of work was amazing. Our photos are stunning and timeless, and our highlight video perfectly captures the emotion and energy of the day.
