These guys are just scammers. Everything about their warranty is meant to sound reassuring, but the fine print is where you get into trouble.

ING, THE WARRANTY IS VOIDED. That's right, the add-on service that TF.com sells themselves? That is a void of warranty! Your warranty is out the window before the product ever gets sent out. The site doesn't mention that their own modifications to the ring are included in what determines if you can get a refund or exchange.
And instead of fixing it? They wanted to charge me a second time for both rings (half-off, because they're so kind) and have me send the original ones back. So, I'm paying 1.5x so they can melt down their errors and send me the right ring? Absolutely not.
If you've already purchased from them, make sure to keep your email proof of purchase. After my exchange with them, they modified my account (adding the word BITCH to the front of my email) so that I couldn't get back in or use the site anymore. Because that's professional.

ut up, the size was the same as the one that was a size up.
The story was:
I ordered a ring, it took over four months to get in and was the wrong size, so I emailed their support team to make sure my next purchase would turn out okay. I mentioned that their ring sizing was off, and they got defensive of that, and made a bunch of excuses. I ordered a new ring a size up on 50% off and it never showed, took another three months or so. They emailed excusing it as backorder, delays, and all of this other stuff, but it was total bs. I emailed pissed off demanding a refund, to which they said they don't refund engraved rings. Back and forth with them telling me I was dumb and that the ring was in fact fine, and I posted a review.
They came for me threatening me with legal action if I didn't take it down, canceled my order and said I didn't deserve their service anymore, and scared me half to death. I was younger at the time and actually did take it down with the promise that they would give me expedited shipping, but they made me pay the FULL COST AGAIN. That ring showed up a size up from the very first, and it was an identical size. I gave up. They are horrible people.
Do not trust them. It took me years to feel comfortable throwing this edited review up with the idea that they would not threaten me again. Run.

Totally lied, deceived and took advantage, and after checking there are many such reviews. Pay a couple dollars more elsewhere. You may actually get what you buy. actually bought something from these people had a positive experience. They show the ring and size I want as “in stock.” I order it, they get my money, I hear nothing for 2 weeks. I email them twice, no response. I threaten to file a case with PayPal and they finally respond telling me my ring is shipping in a couple days. That day comes and goes I say, hey why haven’t I gotten a tracking number. Then they respond and say my shipment is coming and I get a “tracking number originated” email. It sits there for 4 weeks, they never shipped it. I email them again multiple times, they finally respond with excuses of course, not any reason why they were doing nothing about my order for 6 weeks. I give them more time, email them again, more excuses, oh it will ship next week. So I tell them if I don’t see it ship next week I’m filing a claim with PayPal since it’s been two months. Then they cancel my order. Well I guess that answers my question they had no intention of shipping it. Total scam job.

e. All they had to do is engrave the back of bracelet. When I received the finished item I discovered that they engraved the front of the bracelet. This is where the problem really began. He told me three times that they shipped the corrected bracelet. I found that he never even ordered the replacement bracelet from Amazon. He has the ability to create postal tracking #'s on his end. He used this ability to basically lie about shipping the item to me.
I did finally receive a refund for everything after I applied enough pressure to do so. I understand that people make mistakes but why he just didn't correct the mistake in the first place is beyond me. So, you've been warned stay clear of this business at all costs.
These rings are great! I love the inscription we put inside and happy that my ring (the woman's ring) is big enough to have an inscription on the inside.
