From showing up on time, set up, service, and breakdown, Uncle Tim's was flawless in their execution. What a spectacular venue! The lounges, dining room, and warehouse space all provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding. On top of that, the staff was amazing and the cocktails were perfection. We could not have done better!

For years, I’ve loved experimenting with bottling craft cocktails. I captured some of life’s best moments to give as a gift: from a raucous happy hour with friends to a serene evening at home. Later,I found out my great grandfather was a rumrunner during prohibition, and his smuggled alcohol kept New York City speakeasies running. I guess keeping the party alive was always in my blood, and I’m proud to continue the family tradition of chasing and sharing the perfect evening – whatever that means for you. Cheers, Uncle Tim
