We had a super easy and positive experience working with Valley Liquor for our wedding. Ray was always available to talk if needed and was super quick to answer our questions. The bartender we had, Stephanie, was so friendly and nice to us and all our guests! They made the entire experience easy and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We highly recommend them for all your wedding beverage needs!

We hired Valley Liquor for our son's wedding at Pioneer Creek Farm this past weekend. The process was easy, Ray is the best to work with, he made sure all our needs were met and removed any worries we may have possibly had. The bartenders were awesome and mix the best old fashions around. I would highly recommend them for your wedding or party!

Bartenders, Teardown, Pickup, Rentals, etc. During and after your first consultation, you will start to piece together your wedding day package. This collection will include all the necessary bits like keg trailers, electric tappers, oak tables, portable bars, and stainless steel ice bins. All the extras are included too, from cups and garnishes to picks and sticks. Valley Liquor is fully stocked, locked, and loaded, and ready to serve your family and friends throughout the day and night.

pen bar for our guests, and the setup they provide worked so well for our location. They arrived and setup promptly, and we didn't hear any complaints about the bar or bartenders. We had selected blackberry Old Fashioneds as our signature drink, which was met with uncertainty when we told them that is what we wanted. We hoped we showed it could be a really great option, as our guests went through 10 liters of blackberry brandy. They charge you for whatever gets opened, and so you take home everything remaining that has been opened. We were prepared to spend more on a drink caterer, as we wanted open bar, but the overall cost was well worth it, and comparative. Ray provided an good estimate of what our size wedding would cost, and helped with some liquor selections, as we don't know a whole lot about options. Although we wanted to just pay off our bill immediately, Ray made it clear from the start that he was easy to work with if we needed to do payments. Picking up our leftovers the next morning was quick and easy as well. Our venue was Homestead Meadows, and they work together so often, I don't know why you'd want to go with anyone else for your drink caterer. We would highly recommend Valley Liquor.

h the pricing. We had some "bill shock" when we received our final invoice. Prior to the wedding, all of the information was conveyed via phone conversations and when asked about prices directly, only round answers and past figures were provided verbally. Further, it wasn't apparent in any conversations that the company charges you to "rent" their equipment. Last, the cost of having everything piece meal (we paid MSRP for alcohol, but then we were charge for consumables, bar tending, set-up, rental of the equipment, etc.) seemed like a cheaper option, but when considered to the "price per head" model of other vendors, it ended up being more expensive. I would recommend that you consider Valley Liquor for your catering event, but make sure to get a detailed quote in writing prior to the event and that you compare to "price per head" options.

of this world, our total tab was a third of what we thought it would be and our guests drank a lot! Highly recommended for those that like to stay with a budget, Ray will definitely deliver!
