after a stunning food tasting overlooking the East River and an extensive conversation with Chef Eduard and his team, we had absolutely no doubts. They catered to all our needs and we had many :-) We had a diverse guest list and many request . We loved everything food -service and drinks and music .

My passion for food started at an early age in my father's multiple bakeries and pastry shops in Vienna, and I received my degree from the College of Hospitality and Tourism at the Vienna Culinary Institute. I have served as personal chef to the Austrian Ambassador and the German Ambassador to the United Nations. In New York City alone, I have opened four restaurants.and earned a Michelin Star I was a judge on The Food Network's Chopped, CBS The Dish, season winner on Esquire Network's Knife Fight, and claimed a victory on Iron Chef America. I would love to invite you for a complimentary tasting of our menu, and the opportunity to form a future relationship.
