He has since earned a Michelin star, appeared on TV shows like Chopped and Knife Fight, and now offers his fantastic cuisine for your special day.

o the wedding, Teresa was always available to chat. She was super flexible, she was willing to chat at anytime, and she was very thorough. I was very impressed that multiple people from the company toured the venue (our church!) and made sure to reassure our church staff that they were, indeed, professionals.
The day of the wedding, I was absolutely blown away!!!!! They brought so much staff, and even brought someone who was a great point person for the wedding - she helped make sure everything happened on a great timeline, and she addressed every concern I had before it even appeared. Thank you Angel!!!
I haven't even mentioned the food - the food was AMAZING. Honestly, some of the best food I have ever had in NYC. Definitely the best food I have ever had at a wedding. The presentation, the quality, the taste, the originality - everything was amazing.
Everyone was very professional. I really appreciated that they went out of their way to congratulate and recognize my husband's parents and my parents.
