We couldn’t have asked for a better catering service for our wedding. The staff was professional, warm, and truly went above and beyond to make the day special. My passion for food started at an early age in my father's multiple bakeries and pastry shops in Vienna, and I received my degree from the College of Hospitality and Tourism at the Vienna Culinary Institute. I have served as personal chef to the Austrian Ambassador and the German Ambassador to the United Nations. In New York City alone, I have opened four restaurants.and earned a Michelin Star I was a judge on The Food Network's Chopped, CBS The Dish, season winner on Esquire Network's Knife Fight, and claimed a victory on Iron Chef America.
