We focus on making everything you have the perfect fit for you. We offer a wide variety alterations from wedding gowns to t-shirts. We also offer custom service such as making gowns and suits to your specific designs. We also provide Wedding Gown Preservation services with a 100 year warranty to keep your dress stunning after your big day. We are also excited to announce the kick off of Men's Suit rentals and sales for special occasions, grooms and groomsman from top designers like Kenneth Cole, Mark of Distinction, and many more! For the past 20+ years I have been sewing and altering; custom work, wedding dresses, suits, formal wear and everyday casual wear. We also do custom work and can make veils, headbands, sleeves, or belts to complete the look. We can turn anything you can dream into your wedding dress. Veronica can look at any dress and suit and recommend alterations that you did not even know were possible. For wedding gowns we have a two - three month turn around. We are able to do rush orders; however, there will be a rush fee if you’re needing your dress sooner then two months. We will do a series of three fitting to ensure the perfect fit. Our wedding gown alterations start at $400 and price varies depending on what is needed. Veronica has 20+ years experience working with suits, sport coats, jackets, shirts, vests, and slacks. I will help you in the process by adjusting inseams, waist, sides, or restyling any clothing to enhance the appearance you envision. As a bride to be moving from California to New Mexico, I was very nervous about finding someone to alter my Maggie Sottero designer wedding dress. I had more than just hemming, I wanted my straps replaced and back paneling taken out. I found V’s alterations on Yelp and saw that she had an outstanding amount of great reviews! I called her up and she assured me that she was well versed in my designer and could make my bridal dreams come true. My first visit, I told her everything I wanted and she said we could absolutely get it done. It took four visits to get my dress just right; she would never let me leave a visit without making sure everything was perfect. On my wedding day, all of my guests said the dress looked like it had been tailor made to me and it had. I appreciate V’s eye, her precision, technique, quality work, and styling. She is also one of the kindest and most welcoming people you will ever meet. Thank you so much for making my visits so wonderful, and my wedding dress gorgeous. I will be taking all my future alterations to her and definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone I know.

I can’t say enough good things about Veronica from V’s Alterations! She went above and beyond to finish my wedding dress on short notice. My dress was huge when it arrived and she was able to tailor it to me perfectly. Her attention to detail is exquisite! I would make a 10 hour drive just to see her for any other special occasion alteration needs. She truly saved my wedding dress. Veronica is absolutely amazing!

V is absolutely the best! I had a nightmare of a rush trying to get my dress altered in time and I asked her to make all kinds of crazy, HUGE changes. She did such an amazing job and she did it so quickly! I could not be more happy with my dress she altered. I recommend her to everyone I know and I will definitely be using her for everything in the future! They are also so super nice!

We were so pleased with V's work on my daughter's dress. We bought the dress in Seattle and took it Lubbock for alterations. This was not an easy dress to alter since it was all silk organza. V did an amazing job and let my daughter come in multiple times until the dress fit her perfectly! I was very thankful V took the time to teach me how do bustle the dress as well! I highly recommend V for any alterations needed! V is a pro!!!

V is absolutely amazing. A brides DREAM to work with. I had to go in so many different times because i had a lot of changes i wanted to make to my dress and she was always so patient, kind, and reassuring. She is SO talented. She talks through everything with you to make sure you feel the most beautiful! She also taught my mom and sister how to bustle my dress & gave us printed directions so it wouldn’t be stressful on the day of! SHES THE BEST!

This seamstress was a nightmare and I would not recommend her at all. I wore my mother's wedding gown and had several changes that needed to be made including letting the gown out and also adding several inches to the bottom and she disregarded almost everything that we spoke about and waited until the last minute to tell me that she couldn't get the wrinkles out of my gown. My wedding was on a Saturday and she informed me on a Wednesday evening. It wasn't until I was ready to bustle my gown at the reception that we found out she had removed them completely. Not being able to bustle the gown made it hard to walk around and dance once I switched my shoes. Everyone had to be extra careful not to step on it too for the entire evening.
