Instagram since 2020 (earlier on TikTok but I’ve since deleted the app), and cannot begin to describe how incredibly lucky I feel to have been chosen to attend and paint our wedding. Maggie exceeded our every expectation! What struck us most about Maggie was her ability to capture the pure essence of the true happiness we felt and the fun moments that occurred throughout the wedding day! Her attention to detail and artistic eye brought out the small, tender moments that may have been overlooked. Maggie was not only a master behind the canvas, but also a true professional. She arrived on time, maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, and made us feel truly at ease throughout the whole day! We mostly dealt with her sister, Melody, throughout the planning process and her level of communication is impeccable as she was always willing to answer a text, email or call whenever we had a question, so we knew we were in good hands the day of the wedding. We interacted with Maggie as the wedding got closer to go over the necessary information to capture, transform and bring to life the ideas we had for the vision of our wedding painting. She was a true champion throughout our outdoor wedding, on July 12th, in Virginia! After hearing what particular image we wanted painted, she suggested many different ideas and shots, which ended up helping the painting become our favorite memory from the day. She threw in a couple of our requested “Easter eggs”, which included our two dogs, Lola & LeBron, a cardinal for our lost loved ones who couldn’t be at the wedding, and most importantly to me (the bride) a tribute to my father who died and was not able to be with me on this special day. Receiving the finished painting at the end of the night was our greatest gift of all. We’re blown away by the level of craftsmanship and artistry. Our painting is a true work of art that evokes the joy and tenderness we experienced during those precious moments. Maggie managed to encapsulate those emotions and create timeless memories that we will cherish forever! Working with Maggie has been an absolute pleasure from the moment we were chosen to the end of the wedding day. I have ever met. It has been such a joy seeing everything she's created on social media and it feels like such an honor to have had her come to our wedding and do the same for us. It is no shock to us to hear how amazed our guests were as she worked her magic throughout the night. Maggie is able to capture the emotions of a moment with such precision. Melody was very communicative with us leading up to the wedding making sure all details were handled. If you get the chance to have Maggie come to your wedding, do it. There will be no regrets.

Melody so many emails pertaining to adding "Easter eggs" and she was soooo patient. Maggie was the star of our reception and I was absolutely in love! Everyone was in absolute awe! I lost my mother just over 3 years ago to breast cancer, lost my brother last year to Covid, my husband's grandfather also passed away, and we lost our fur baby earlier this year. Maggie was able to incorporate all of them in to the painting and it was amazing and just truly the most beautiful way to have them be part of our day. If you are wondering if you should book her for your wedding, the answer should already be YES!
