With over 25 years of experience working in the childcare and event planning industry, Jessica Williams-Flores decided to combine her passions into a flourishing career. She aimed to create a solution for couples that wanted to include children on their special day without the worry and stress of them running around too much. Whether it is partial or full-day childcare, Jessica and her team at Wedding Sitter can make it happen. Wedding Sitter offers couples a range of packages to suit their needs. Some of these packages include wedding party prep and ceremony, cocktail and reception as well as their red carpet service. This team loves supervising and entertaining the little guests while the adults enjoy the celebrations knowing their children are being taken great care of.

inally had invited 50 children and due to the up's and down's with COVID our guest list went up and down and we ended up have 30 children. The Wedding Sitting Team was the best EVER!! They were professional, pricing was reasonable, they brought so many activities, the kids had such a great time, it was hard to get them to leave for dances, etc. All my guests and their kids can't stop talking about how much fun they had at my daughters wedding!

ich had its own challenges because of the NYC mandate requirements that went into effect only a few weeks before our wedding date. The team was on time and fully prepared to receive the children. We had one couple that declined the use of their services initially and asked to keep the children with them at their table during the reception. Once they arrived at the venue and met the Wedding Sitter team, they said they felt extremely comfortable with the team’s level of professionalism and care. The room was transformed into a child friendly space, equipped with age appropriate entertainment (non screen time). And most importantly, they said the children said they had a wonderful time! Don't leave children out of the wedding day, they are a part of the family too! Hire Jessica and her team instead!

Jessica and her team were so professional and really worked with out outdoor venue to secure a place for the children. They made a separate visit and met with my wedding coordinators and they brought everything ! They had cupcake decorating, toys, games, everything we could possibly think of! ir contract was very solid. Their flexibility really helped ease my stress as some guests had last minute add one, and Jessica was able to edit the contract and send me a new quote right away. Jessica was one of few vendors I actually had a great time planning with. I had an honor to meet Jessica near the end of the reception when I finally had time to walk around, and she said that the kids all had a blast. I also asked around and the parents and kids all said it was a great idea and that the sitters were great. Jessica and her team went above and beyond to make sure our little guests and their parents were all well taken care of. They had a list of who was attending, and kept track of everyone in the room.
