When we were searching for an officiant, Wes' name came up as highly rated multiple times. We were impressed by the reviews he received and how he presented his services on his website, and we ultimately chose to schedule an introductory call with him. We connected right away and he was extremely helpful not only with the ceremony but also with details regarding how to handle our marriage license. We live in Memphis but eloped at Cheekwood Gardens and since we didn't have to worry about guests, we wanted a customized ceremony with longer vows than normal. Wes got us started with a ceremony outline and welcomed us to make as many changes to it as we wanted! We reviewed the ceremony with him about a week prior to the wedding which helped me feel comfortable. He arrived to the ceremony early, helped calm us down after a mishap with our photographer, and provided the perfect balance of sincerity and humor/lightheartedness! We couldn't have asked for anyone better to lead our ceremony and would recommend Wes to anyone looking for an officiant!

was a no brainer decision. Once we booked with him, he sent us a script with a few options in a shared Google Doc and told us to make any and all changes that we wanted. We were able to completely customize what we wanted him to say, but he provided the “bones” of it so it helped alleviate that stress tremendously. It was also nice to know exactly what would be said to help envision that moment and, now looking back, to help remember that moment. Wes spoke with such excitement and love during the ceremony, I had people asking me how we knew him. Wes also completely disappeared out of view for photos when it was time for our first kiss and when we walked down the aisle after the ceremony. The entire ceremony went so smoothly and was not too lengthy, thanks to Wes. Your officiant is the most important decision for your wedding ceremony. That’s what all of your guests are focused on and your video will absolutely have your officiants voice in it. You want someone who is NOT monotoned and is so excited and enthusiastic. You also want to make sure they’re saying the things you want them to do. With Wes, he checks all of those boxes. You won’t regret booking with him!
