In total, I've been a bridesmaid 7 times and a bride once. Of all the weddings I've been a part of, White Magnolia Weddings is by far the BEST event coordinator I have ever seen or worked with. I was a bridesmaid in the wedding where I witnessed the unbelievable professionalism, attention to detail, and coordination of Rayven and Gianna, and I was truly blown away by their work. I've never witnessed any coordinating group of such high caliber in my entire life, and I wish I had them at my own wedding. They exceeded any event planning efforts I have seen ten-fold. I can't recommend White Magnolia Weddings enough, and if you can get them for your own event, you should know that you'll be in the best of hands on your special day!

We hired Rayven for the month-of-coordination services. Although we had the majority of the details planned and just needed help pulling all the final details together, Rayven went above and beyond to make sure that everything happened perfectly. She was incredibly easy to work with and always had time to answer our questions. Additionally she was incredibly flexible in scheduling times to meet up that worked around our work schedules. Walking into our wedding and seeing everything come together was absolutely magical and could not have happened without Rayven and her team's hard work and dedication. Hiring White Magnolia is one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. I absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding, whether you need help with planning from the beginning or just need help making sure everything happens smoothly on the day of.

If you are looking for an amazing wedding/event planner, look no further. Rayven is the best! Her dedication and knowledge is unmatched. She is extremely detail-oriented and efficient. Rayven was my wedding day coordinator. She met with me several times to go over all my wedding details and create my wedding timeline. The day before my wedding, Rayven contacted all my vendors for me and even showed up to the rehearsal to help me set up. There were several tasks we didn’t finish during set-up, but Rayven went above and beyond to make sure every detail was set and ready for my big day. She kept the entire day on schedule and checked in with me and my husband to make sure we were calm and enjoying ourselves. Rayven treated us like family and our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her!
