Chad with White Tie Events was our DJ for our wedding this past weekend 3.18.23, and I can honestly say he was the BEST PART OF OUR EVENT!!! Chad and I got to work together closely, and he really went the extra mile to make sure what we wanted for our reception was brought life. Absolutely worth the money! Everyone told us to splurge on two things: photographer and dj, they were right! Chad was so incredibly detailed and helpful in every way! He listened to all my crazy weird song choices and still found a way to use them (and believe me, I noticed! It made me so happy to hear them). He's clearly a professional! He plans in advance and makes sure that he has the right version of the music you want. Very accommodating to things like wanting clean music. 100% recommend! While planning our wedding we had a very specific vision of getting our guests involved and on the dance floor- I think we have all been to weddings that were a little lack luster on the dance floor and that just wouldn’t work. Chadwick was amazing! From our first conversation until our wedding he was very responsive and organized. We asked his opinion on several things and he gave us great advice but always ended with “it’s your wedding so I will do whatever you want”. I wanted a party for my reception and Chadwick and white tie events helped to pull it off. The dance floor was never empty the songs were absolutely perfect. Chad knows what he’s doing and how to make sure everyone is having a great time. We had some very last minute changes due to COVID and Chad was able to pivot and made everything wonderful. White tie was instrumental in our wedding being the best we could have ever hoped for!!

Chad was the DJ at our wedding in October at The Treasury and he did such a great job! He followed our playlist and had everyone dancing all night. From the moment the dancing started until our private last dance there was always people on the dance floor. We also appreciated how quickly Chad responded to our emails and answered any questions we had.

He kept our guests on the dance floor the entire evening with a great variety of songs spanning the decades! I highly recommend doing the uplighting as well. Choosing a DJ was a difficult decision for us during the wedding planning process, mostly because we had no idea what questions to ask or what we were looking for. A DJ could really change the entire mood of a wedding day and we wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible. The moment I spoke to Chadwick with White Tie Events, I was certain he was the DJ for us. Chadwick knew exactly the questions to answer before I could even ask them and White Tie Events truly stood out in our heads as the right choice for wedding DJ. Chadwick was willing to cater to whatever we wanted and even had extras such as lighting we could add to our DJ package as well. He worked closely with us and our coordinator leading up to our wedding, ensuring that he had all our song choices perfectly laid out for our wedding day. On our wedding day, all of the music was perfectly timed and our uplighting addition was amazing and truly added to our decor. From even before our wedding we were so excited we chose Chad as our DJ. When meeting with our other vendors (before the wedding), our other vendors (florist, photographer, videographer, etc) knew Chad and couldn’t say enough good things about him. And they were right! Our guests were up on the dance floor ALL NIGHT! I don’t think there was a time the dance floor wasn’t crowded. Chad provided music during both our cocktail hour and reception (in different rooms) as well as did uplighting and dry ice for our first dance. Chad is awesome to work with and does a phenomenal job! You won’t be disappointed!

We have been to several weddings recently and he was by far the smoothest, most professional, most organized and most fun DJ I’ve met. When we started our search for a wedding DJ, I had no idea where to start. We sent in dozens of information requests to vendors but Chad at White Tie Events instantly stopped us in our tracks. He was so informative, and answered every little question I had. From the time we booked on, he was incredibly helpful. He has a great process in place to ensure all the songs you want to hear are played. We were nervous planning a morning wedding that we would struggle to find a DJ that could set the right mood but Chad absolutely blew us away. From the ceremony through the reception he did an incredible job. All of our friends and family had a great time on the dance floor. He is an incredible professional who has mastered his craft!

Chad from White Tie Events was simply fantastic!! Prior to the wedding, I had a hard time deciding what kind of music to play before the ceremony, during dinner, etc. Chad was super helpful in recommending types of music/songs to play for every single moment and took all the stress away from deciding on what kind of music to play! Our wedding was pretty small (about 40 people), and not much of my friends/family are big dancers, but Chad was able to get the party started and get them out on the dance floor! Chad was super personable, friendly and very easy to talk to/work with! We could not have picked a better DJ... thank you so much Chad!!

Chad was absolutely the best!! From the very beginning he was very organized and detailed. He had us complete a form that listed everything from the start to finish to ensure everything ran perfect. He was there every step leading up and ensured everything was exactly how we envisioned. He even looked at our layout and had been to our venue before and told us that he can be put in the location we had the DJ table set but it would really work better at a different location. Thanks to him, we were able to fix our layout and it turned out perfect!! Our main thing is that we did not want cheesy. He asked, well what do you consider cheesy because what I think is cheesy may be different then what you think. I loved that he asked that and ensured that it wasn't anything like that. I don't want the DJ that does that ridiculous conga line and chicken dance. Where it is your old creepy looking uncle that talks cheesy. We wanted someone fun, younger in our generation and Chad was everything plus that. He even went with our crazy last call song that is an :08, Gainesville Gators classic and made it happen and it was perfect!!! He played the Gator chomp and it was incredible! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Chad with White Tie Events was a life saver when my DJ canceled on me one month out from my wedding date. Chad quickly hopped on the phone with me, worked with our budget where he could, and even turned out to be a more incredible DJ than I think we would've had in the first place. I could tell he really read the room to keep guests on the dance floor, and it worked! Thinking back on my wedding, the biggest thing that stands out about the reception is that we danced and danced and danced (and actually didn't do enough talking with guests- whoops!) White Tie Events did a great job at my wedding! They provided music for ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and a mirror photo booth. My guests had so much fun with the photo booth and I am so glad we chose to do that. Chad played fun music and the dance floor was wild. From their advice and professionalism, to knowing how to execute an amazing wedding reception, White Tie Events gets 5 starts from me (if I could give 10 I would). Chad was my DJ for my wedding, his knowledge of the timing/scheduling of the flow of events at a wedding reception, to where to place his booth for the best experience for the guest was impressive. He was also very prompt in replying to the numerous amount of emails I sent (which as a type-A bride, that mattered the most)! Chad held the attention of the guests, used his judgement to meet the needs of the crowd on the dancefloor, and was spot on with the music selection! So many of my guests made it a point to mention how great my DJ was and that it was the best wedding reception they’ve been to. Not to mention his uplighting was sync’d to his music so it made the ballroom look like an upscale nightclub by the end of my reception. He was very detailed oriented and really cared about getting everything right. He was easy to get a hold of by phone and email. Half the wedding guests were Hispanic and Chad did a great job mixing up latin music with American music. Everyone danced all night and had a great time. I also had white tie events provide the photo booth which was a great hit. Chad had a lot of equipment to set up for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception which made the transitions very smooth. He did a great job touching base with me throughout the night as well to make sure everything was going as planned. The attendant was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend white tie events!

We hired White tie events for our wedding day and they did such an amazing job. Chad picked fun upbeat songs to dance to, nailed the timing for all the special moments and basically joined in on the party while he worked the playlist! He kept everyone on the dance floor and having the time of their lives. The music projected around the large reception barn as well to keep a fun atmosphere in every corner of the room. I think a DJ is a huge factor to the flow of a wedding day and Chad made everything seamless, professional and fun. We recently had our wedding at Epping Forest Yacht Club 10/13/18. White Tie Events surpassed all of our expectations and did an amazing job. Chad was wonderful and easy to work with. He was very thorough, and also played every song we asked. I highly recommend them!

Highly highly recommend. I needed a DJ last minute and Chad came to our rescue and met our budgeting expectations as well! The DJs that came did an amazing job, and even joined our dance party.

I had the best venue the food was amazing. Out of all of the decisions I made, having White Tie Events DJ our wedding was the best decision! We had an outstanding experience with White Tie Events and Chadwick! We were planning an Amelia Island wedding from Georgia. Chadwick was kind enough to meet us personally during a quick trip through town. He was very prepared, personable, and professional. We were impressed immediately. He continued to show professionalism throughout the planning process, listened to what we wanted out of our reception, and made sure we had the specific songs we requested ahead of time to confirm. Our reception was everything we hoped for, and our guests commented on what a great time they had. Songs flowed into each other, the party was non-stop, and the dance floor was always full!
