I cannot express how highly I recommend White Veil Occasions!!!! I got married on 3.15.25, and I would have been an anxious mess all day without them. I DIYed all the decor, and I was absolutely blown away by how they brought everything to life. The way they set it all up was beyond anything I could have imagined—their attention to detail and creativity made everything more beautiful than I ever expected!
That morning, my glam was running super behind schedule, and I was on the verge of a panic attack when Megan showed up at the Airbnb with the most calming vibes. She held my hands, reassured me that everything was fine, and reminded me that nobody was waiting on me. Then, she even helped my bridesmaids pack up a few things we needed to bring to the venue.
Throughout the day, they wrangled the bridal party and made sure everyone was exactly where they needed to be. After the ceremony, Megan and Emma brought me a Diet Pepsi and a plate of snacks from the charcuterie table—which, in that moment, was the most amazing snack I’ve ever had in my life.
They are truly the sweetest people on the planet, and they made sure my day was perfect and stress-free! You will absolutely, 100000000% never regret working with White Veil Occasions!

I cannot recommend my wedding planner enough! They were incredibly thoughtful and attentive to every detail. From the moment we started planning, they were there for everything I needed help with, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding was perfect. These ladies know what they’re doing when it comes to weddings!! We had the pleasure of working with Megan for our wedding day and let me tell you she was a complete life saver and helped make our day everything we wanted and more! I would recommend them to ANYONE that wants a wedding day without any worries!

These women helped make my day run so smoothly!! They went above and beyond to help make sure all the details were exactly what I wanted and truly made my wedding day be what it was! I was living in a different state than I was getting married in and they were so helpful with fining vendors for me and let me ship things to them to pick up when I got there for wedding week!! I would recommend any bride getting married to have a coordinator for their wedding and that they should definitely hire Megan and Emma! And not to mention they are the sweetest souls❤️

I truly cannot say enough good things about Aidan, Emma, and their team at Veil and Vinyls! My wedding day was everything I dreamed it would be thanks to all of their hard work, dedication, and passion for their jobs. Leading up to the wedding, I was experiencing all of the emotions of wedding planning; anxious, excited, stressed, overwhelmed, etc. They were always checking on me leading up to my big day to see if there was anything I needed and making sure that I got to truly just enjoy this season of my life while they took over. On the day of my wedding, they got there early and immediately started helping wherever help was needed. They came and checked on me so many times throughout the day to make sure I was okay and to see if I needed anything. It is truly the little things that matter on the day of like their intern, Lauren, who stayed in the bridal suite and held my bouquet for over an hour making sure that it didn’t get messed up so I could enjoy being with my bridal party! I whole-heartedly believe that my wedding would not have been the same without them. They helped my vision come to life and were truly the best team to work with! If you are looking for someone to help plan or coordinate your wedding, Veil and Vinyls are your people!!!
