The one piece of advice we got from everyone was to hire a coordinator and Malia was the perfect choice! She worked with our busy schedule and was so accommodating with all of our emails. She even gave my mother-in-law a task to help all of our stress throughout the wedding day. We gave her free reign to set up all of our decor and it turned out great! We've already recommended her to all of our engaged friends and HIGHLY recommend her to everyone else.

I truly could not have gotten through my wedding without Malia and her team! Malia was a multitasking master! She was on top of it the entire day with set-up and keeping our crazy family under control not to mention we always had a drink in our hand. Malia and her assistant were amazing and went above and beyond for us consistently throughout our wedding weekend and planning process. We had an issue with our initial rehearsal dinner venue and Malia helped us find a new venue, provided beautiful floral centerpieces free of charge, and lent us a lot of other extras like a nice standing cooler, folding chairs, vases, picture frames, a wedding card box, etc. Malia was on top of everything during the wedding and did a great job setting up the reception venue and keeping vendors on track. Would highly recommend her - I don’t know what we would have done without her!! She’s a steal.

We were so excited to become a wildflower couple! We knew we wanted to hire a wedding planner because I had so many ideas on my pinterest board. Malia was able to consolidate my ideas into vision boards that allowed us to pick what we really wanted for our big day. From recommending vendors to organizing our timeline Malia really lived up to our standards. She made our 'rustic meets glamorous' vision come to life.

We were connected with Malia through mutual friends two months before our wedding. We had a previous coordinator leave us high and dry. I knew from the first call with Malia that she was going to be the blessing I needed. Her wisdom about weddings, details, and things that can/will go wrong was the biggest sign to hire her immediately. She was always honest, responded to the enormous texts/emails I had, and most of all detail oriented. This was shown in her timeline that was 15 pages long. Clearly no stone left unturned. All of this is everything wonderful leading up to the actual day. The actual day of the wedding I had absolutely zero worries. I was able to be present with my family, enjoy getting ready, relaxing, and just breathing. None of that would have been possible without Malia. I didn’t worry about the chairs that needed changing. I didn’t worry about people being able to find the shuttles. I didn’t worry about the boys getting ready. Malia took care of everything. I’m sure she ran miles that day making sure every detail was in place and it really makes the biggest difference. If there’s one thing I would tell any bride it’s to 100% get a wedding coordinator. And with that, let it be Malia. I would hire her again and again. She truly makes your day stress free. Which says a lot about what’s usually the most stressful day.
