Catered Mushroom Shooters and Canapes
Rather than a seated dinner, a selection of canapes were passed around to keep guests on the dance floor. Ron and Tonee had a menu of quail eggs benedict, coriander seared tuna with avocado mousse, mushroom soup shooters, mini monte cristo sandwiches, flatbread with roasted squash and gruyere, and grain mustard glazed lamb (all provided by Opia).
